Latest release broken
I have been using this app for a long time, but the latest release crashes instantly every time I try to use it. The app help leads to a “not found” page on their site and an email sent to a general email address was ignored. If they fix the app and contact me, I may change the rating, but for now, this app doesn’t work, so the rating is deserved.
Once Great-No More
I’ve had this app for quite some time and was always happy with it until now. Every time I open the app, it crashes. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it 3x and rebooted my iPhone each time. No change.
I attempted to get support from the developer and that was not possible.
My subscription expires in April 2027 so I’m out of luck as I have a useless dead app.

Effective a Subscription Only Service
An easy one to delete from my iPad's Home Screen. Pretty useless anyway.

The second you open this app they want a 5 star review. It’s like the fast food joint who wants a tip before they even finish taking your order let alone do anything close to worth of a tip. Thats the first red flag. Second is everything is pay, even the free trial is 3 days then monthly charge. You cannot see anything past this screen. So in order to know if there is anything even remotely worthy of paying you have to agree, sign up, look, then go and cancel the subscription. Is it too much to ask these apps not pull this garbage hoping we will sign up and forget so they can keep collecting money?!?! I am clearly a cranky old man, accepted. But I refuse to accept it makes me wrong. There are other apps that do the same thing better and at my age perhaps more importantly, more transparent.

I subscribed to this app and almost immediately after I sent my payment info, there were three unauthorized transactions made from my bank account, totaling $300 +. I hadn’t used my card for a couple of weeks prior to that, so I know that it was connected to this purchase. Had to have my debit card blocked, had to get a new one, all of that. What the actual f is going on?
Are you guys removing features?
No longer able to see all flights to or from any airport. Now i have to put the specific departing and arriving airport code…. Thinking of switching to another app just for this reason

I recently tried to use this app, but when I opened it, it froze. As a result, I was forced to upgrade to the latest version. Once I did, I opened it up, only to discover that it had deleted all of my data; over a decade worth of flights. I will now be looking for a replacement for this app.

Very inaccurate
Use this to track my husbands flights and was showing he was in air and over half way home when my husband texted and said they hadn’t even taken off yet and were still in the process of having the plane de-iced.
Where’s my Free trial
Prior to signing up it clearly shows the 3 days free trial but still I got charged for the weekly subscription.

Awful app, I was apparently charged with the monthly fee even after I canceled within the trial period, cancelled it on the first day. DO NOT USE THIS APP, go with FLIGHTY.
Wrong info
Listed a cancelled flight as active over an hour after its cancellation was posted (VB 5084 on 10/31/25). Other apps reported cancellation correctly. If it cannot be trust the app for this type of information what’s its use?

The only way to try the app is to agree to pay for a subscription. So if you don't like the app you have to remember to cancel the subscription. It's a scam to weasels money out of unsuspecting people.
No Longer a Free Ap
This used to be a free app that worked great. I used it infrequently to track relatives who were traveling. But now they want to charge. Not worth it. Deleting from my phone.

Used it for many years and liked this app. but now they’re asking for weekly fee. I don’t travel enough to do that nor would pay regardless. So will find another source of getting flight status info.

They used to provide basic free services. Now the only option is to pay. Oh and they keep popping up the window to have you rate their app.
False advertising
It works fine but when I purchased it, it said there was a three day trial and I was charged right away. I canceled the next day and was still charged. I requested a refund from the App Store and it was denied.
Not worth it
Stupid that you went to a subscription only model. I can track flights for free on the airline apps. Having a single source was better, but not worth a subscription.

App used to be good. Has become unreliable. Shows flights that don’t exist. As aircrew I depend on a good flight tracker. This app has become horrible.

588 trackers
588 privacy invading trackers is what you get if you don’t pay. In 30 different ways or categories. It goes up to 781 companies that you will share some identifiers. This wasn’t like this. I have used this app since its inception and I don’t know if the company was sold or they became greedy but they completely changed its privacy stance and even for legacy users like me we don’t get to benefit from the same benefits we had back then.
I say avoid this app. They try to hide a weekly subscription from the very beginning (there is a hidden X sign in the top left that simply is invisible). But maybe the wisest thing to do is just delete the app as I have just done.

Ui is laggy and hardly works half the time, flight info is hardly updated and incorrect, and after paying for a premium subscription I got to use absolutely 0 of the features for the money spent. Save yourself the time and go with a different app

Also, as of May 30, 2026, the app will not launch on my iOS 26.5 iPhone 15 Pro Max. Constantly crashes while it goes through its time-consuming launch screen sequence. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still won’t launch.
When it works and is able to find my flights, it works very well.

All of a sudden I’m getting flight updates from 2-3 days ago. I’ve deleted all my previous flights, but I keep getting alerts. Is this a bug or has something changed?

From free to outrageous, and SPAM galore
This used to be the best free flight tracker app, detailed everything you needed to know. Am cool with even paying for it but six bucks a week to use it maybe two or three times a year? Nah. Not only that, but also noticed when installing again I began getting tons of spam email. Wonder how the developers can explain this.
