I am not sure what happened, but I am getting notifications of changes in flights and times from trip it as well as airlines, and the flight times are not accurate anymore on flight update PRO (yes I have paid for this). This completely makes this app unusable!

I do understand that you have to be profitable but something should have been done for the people who paid full price for the pro app prior to your conversion
Now it’s paid subscription
I’ve had this for a long time and paid for the premium version, now they want to charge me for it. I’ll be uninstalling it.
Not for occasional travelers
I originally paid for this app so that I could track the flights that I took. It worked great. I am not a frequent flier, I may take 6 or 7 flights a year at most. Sometime after I paid for the app, it was converted into a subscription service. Now, the app is completely useless unless you pay a monthly fee. I get why, it costs money to run the infrastructure that is used to provide data to the app. I don’t appreciate what was essentially a bait and switch. I paid for this app, and now I can’t use it. It is absolutely not worth paying for unless you’re flying all the time. That is not me. I will not be purchasing a subscription for this app now, or ever.
Cash Grab for a mediocre App
I have been using this app for years. Paid for a lifetime subscription and suddenly I no longer have access. The developer is doing a cash grab and killing previous licenses. This app isn’t good enough to warrant additional expense. I just used it out of familiarity and will just as easily go to google and get updates. Considering often times this apps data is out of date and useless I will probably be happier in the long run. Don’t waste your money unless you want to throw good money after bad when they decide their profits aren’t high enough. Good riddance.

I BOUGHT a lifetime “Flight Update Pro” a few years ago. Could have used free alternatives, but chose to pay this developer for his work, as it offered some minor extras. NOW, it no longer works, unless you PAY a subscription fee, either monthly, or yearly. I guess paying for a “lifetime” purchase means nothing to this crooked developer. Avoid rip-off, scam artists like this, and buy from an honest seller!
Greed Overrides Usefulness
Years ago, I bought this app. Now greedy developers want subscriptions. I'm leaving this app now and using Flighty instead. Today it's me, tomorrow it could be you. You shouldn't trust.

No Loyalty for Loyal Customers
Purchased Pro version many years ago. Very happy with the app. Always reliable for me. Now, the developer wants to take a money grab from its customer base in the form of a subscription. I’m simply not going to pay the ridiculous subscription fee to continue its use this app when there are other options much more affordable. I see this all the time with developers who implement subscription fees to keep the revenue stream alive. Especially when customer growth has slowed significantly. Can’t blame the devs for wanting cash. It’s just too bad they can’t reciprocate the loyalty that the first customers gave them years ago when we bought the product and helped them grow. They should’ve grandfathered us with a zero subscription fee instead of kicking us in the butt. Which in turn, is causing us to kick their app to the curb and move on. It was a good ride until your greed outweighed loyalty. Bye.

I just subscribed again for a month to experience any new big improvements but nothing ,honestly waste of money.
I will recommend to users try Flightradar24 and best of best Flighty. Flighty subscription is really worth every penny. It inform well before time any change of gate or delay and also info for incoming flight to your gate in all on in page .. Dynamic Island very handy

Wrong gate info
I just started using App loved. Then realized it was giving me wrong gate for Orlando flight for American this morning. It had Terminal B for American when they are Terminal A. Thank God my husband who drops me off said “that does not sound right”

I used to love this App…
This was my favorite flight tracker for the longest time. Lately, though, it has gotten spotty with information and timely updates. Only about half the time do I get gate information or data about a flight departing/arriving. I cancelled my subscription and will look for a new app.
Paid app no longer works
Disappointed to have spent money for this app only to have it rendered useless after the developer unilaterally decided to switch to a subscription model. I track 3-5 flights a year… you really can’t grandfather me in?
