They removed a free service of on map tracking live and now want more money for a formerly free feature

It’s a decent app but it loads pop up ads the cover the entire screen and there is not way to close it no matter what you do. And of course you inadvertently click on the ad which is a fancy way of fooling the advertisers to think the app is generating clicks. No way to get rid of the ad without closing the app. Therefore it’s useless.

The app was perfect. Now, after the last update, flights don’t load. The search bar isn’t responsive. I used to think it was because of bad reception or iOS. Plain and simple, it doesn’t work.

This app used to be amazing, but now it has been overran by corporate greed with aggressive data mining and selling, even when you opt out of it. I have always been opted out of your tracking, but I am still getting numerous data deletion request alerts with data packages traced back to this app. Shame on you guys. A user of over a decade but I value my privacy over your bottom line so I will never be using your service again. Shame on you all.
Responding to your reply: you are full of it and you know it. As a gold subscriber of several years I have cancelled my subscription and am moving onto other platforms. The fact that you sell so much data to third parties has not only made me delete this app and cancel my subscription, the company I work for, which is actually an aviation repair and service provider, actually has your website blocked on their servers and categorized as spyware. My company has us use other, safer alternatives. Again this platform has been destroyed by corporate greed.

Way to many ads

This level of greed makes EA sports greed look like a 4 year old arguing over a toy. just use the app.

Can’t click off the ads. What an insulting app.

This app used to show so many airplanes. Not so much anymore. I can look up in the sky and see several airplanes and this app won’t show anything.

I first downloaded this app back in 2013. It was a one time purchase for the pro version and it was awesome. All features available and no bothersome ads. Ever since they switched to a subscription service, the app has been nothing but a disappointment. The ads are long and pop up too often. Sometimes it feels like the app is almost unusable. Typical corporate greed has led to a poor user experience in the name of earning an extra dollar.
