Poor return policy and experience
I have to agree that the products are cheaper (compared to other eCom sites). BUT, if you ever happen to initiate a return, probably because you do not need the product or not like the product as much or bought it just to compare it with another one (meaning buy two, so that to keep one and return the other), you are in for a really really really long and painful experience.

Terrible user experience for adding new address
Attempted 4 times to edit the name of person in saved address could not do, it offered only to change the address not name.
Tried adding new address, entered partial address of my building it suggested full correct address but when tried selecting, something else gets selected.
Trying it order 4 items but giving up now, sad to see basic order process is broken.

Most irresponsible delievery staff and the delay they kept giving about the product was the worst amongst all of the apps i’ve ever used.going to delete it after my order get delievered and never gonna install it again even if it was the last app on earth which can deliever my prosducts….

Flipkart Is Not Honest
Experienced cancellation of refunds multiple times because FlipKart could not arrange return pickups without informing the customer of their decision essentially leaving customers to pay for the company’s mistakes… in what world does that happen? Not in Amazon … no wonder they will keep trailing
Item delayed for several days, no way to reach out
Item is delayed several days with absolutely no way to reach out. Seems to just be shuttling between the same two delivery hubs. Poor business practices - they say click on “Need Help”, but there is no such option on website or app.

Poor customer service, terrible product quality, and even more awful delivery. The delivery pupils are ALWAYS disrespectful and whenever I try to file a complaint the representatives response is “I can’t guarantee anything” and I keep on getting the same arrive over and over again.
If you actually want a good service with good product please go elsewhere because I will fs not be using this any longer.

Order details page changes are worst
New order details page is so bad. Now it doesn't show what size of product i ordered?
Like kids clothes have 24 number written on cloth but 4-5 years on product detail page. On order detail, nothing is shown. I have np idea what size did i order if it's small and i have to order bigger size.
Return should be visible on order detail page. They hide that button on Help section. Why can't they make intuitive UI?

Not Useable in MAC, all the time you will get retry and there will not be back button to go back, so you are trapped and have to close the window.

I want to share my extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Flipkart so others don’t fall into the same trap.
I ordered a TV from Flipkart expecting smooth delivery, installation, and reliable customer support. Instead, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an online purchase.
1. Damaged Product Delivered - The TV was delivered in a damaged condition. It was clearly not in proper working order, yet Flipkart had no issue taking full payment and dropping off a faulty product at my doorstep.
2. No Demo or Installation - As per the commitment, an installation/demo team was supposed to visit. Till today, no one has shown up. I have followed up multiple times, but the promised service was completely ignored.
3. Refusal to Return/Replace - When I raised the issue and requested a return, instead of resolving it, Flipkart is now flat-out refusing to take the damaged TV back. This is completely unethical. If a company can’t even stand by its return and replacement policy, then customers are left helpless.
4. Pathetic Customer Support - Every call to customer support feels like going in circles. They keep giving false promises, scripted replies, and dragging the case without any real solution.
This whole experience shows how careless Flipkart has become with its customers. Selling a defective product, not providing installation service, and then denying a return is nothing short of cheating.
I have wasted my hard-earned money, time, and peace of mind because of Flipkart’s negligence. A company of this size should be accountable, but unfortunately, they seem more interested in washing their hands off once the product is delivered.
My advice to others: Think twice before ordering large appliances or electronics from Flipkart. If something goes wrong, you will be stuck with zero support. I will make sure to share this experience on every platform so people know the reality of Flipkart’s after-sales service.

Whoop 4.0 delivery was promised on 8th. Changed to 11th. Again changed to 12th. Not sure if I would get it on 12th.
The reason for the delay was give by the escalation team is due to less man power at the Delivery Hub at Mumbai.

Worst shoping app
Never shop on flipkart because they send worng product and refuse to return. Waste of money and time. I ordered screenguard for iphone 12 they sent iphone 12 mini screenguard when i asked customer care to return the product they refused.

Irritating App Experience
While navigating the items if we click on some item and go back, the whole page starts from the beginning. Thats so annoying. And over that you are charging platform fee to order items from your app. I could not use app for more than 2 mins at a stretch to navigate items on app. Please make the application performance better then platform fee can be justified. Or it’s totally useless.
