Customer support is not responding properly and keeps delaying the process instead of providing a clear solution like replacement or refund. This has caused a lot of frustration and loss of trust in Flipkart. I request immediate action to resolve my issue instead of further delays.

Keep shutting down the app within 1 minute of browsing
It’s getting the worst app day by day . Not searching anything no updates on app and also without phone number cannot login. Also while browsing the app keeps crashing or closing

This time Flipkart doing fraud… when you make a order on Flipkart and it’s delivered and if you trying to return any item they accept but they are not sending any person to pickup the order and it will be automatically cancelled that’s why I lost my 5000 rupees .who will responsible for it
Wrong pricing
I have been searching a product , and the pricing changes as soon as you go to the cart or buy now .This is such a disgusting way to attract customers. This app is utterly useless and fraud . I recommend everybody to not-use such a app when there are so many better alternatives available.Indeed Flipkart has lost it’s valuable customers and continues to do so with its many ‘schemes’

In general there is excessive calling in Flipkart .. so much waste of time from pickup to delivery to every issue raised. But it’s horrible in return; seller can reject return and it goes on forever. Can’t return item even if in the return window without approval. This is misleading and so stopped using it

Poor return policy and experience
I have to agree that the products are cheaper (compared to other eCom sites). BUT, if you ever happen to initiate a return, probably because you do not need the product or not like the product as much or bought it just to compare it with another one (meaning buy two, so that to keep one and return the other), you are in for a really really really long and painful experience.

Terrible user experience for adding new address
Attempted 4 times to edit the name of person in saved address could not do, it offered only to change the address not name.
Tried adding new address, entered partial address of my building it suggested full correct address but when tried selecting, something else gets selected.
Trying it order 4 items but giving up now, sad to see basic order process is broken.

Most irresponsible delievery staff and the delay they kept giving about the product was the worst amongst all of the apps i’ve ever used.going to delete it after my order get delievered and never gonna install it again even if it was the last app on earth which can deliever my prosducts….

Flipkart Is Not Honest
Experienced cancellation of refunds multiple times because FlipKart could not arrange return pickups without informing the customer of their decision essentially leaving customers to pay for the company’s mistakes… in what world does that happen? Not in Amazon … no wonder they will keep trailing
Item delayed for several days, no way to reach out
Item is delayed several days with absolutely no way to reach out. Seems to just be shuttling between the same two delivery hubs. Poor business practices - they say click on “Need Help”, but there is no such option on website or app.
regarding my order and refund
I am very disappointed by the flipkart service . I ordered decor item set of 4 packs which include 12 pieces per pack and they just gave me a single green stem for which I paid 1370 and they are not picking up order . Don’t recommend anyone to buy items from here. I got the worst service.

Poor customer service, terrible product quality, and even more awful delivery. The delivery pupils are ALWAYS disrespectful and whenever I try to file a complaint the representatives response is “I can’t guarantee anything” and I keep on getting the same arrive over and over again.

Order details page changes are worst
New order details page is so bad. Now it doesn't show what size of product i ordered?
Like kids clothes have 24 number written on cloth but 4-5 years on product detail page. On order detail, nothing is shown. I have np idea what size did i order if it's small and i have to order bigger size.
Return should be visible on order detail page. They hide that button on Help section. Why can't they make intuitive UI?

Not Useable in MAC
Not Useable in MAC, all the time you will get retry and there will not be back button to go back, so you are trapped and have to close the window.

I found an bug in reviews when I try to open product from ads on Instagram, it’s taking me to the chrome web browser on iPhone but the reviews words are overlapping like truncated please check this

You are doing everything excellent flipkart just one thing that is ruining my mood everytime is packaging a lots of time we order undergarments for ladies gents even kids in the family and that transparent packaging makes it really embarrassing while receiving the order please bring back the old packaging and our happiness of receiving our products which only we know
