This game used to be amazing with extremely minimal micro transactions. Now it’s just pop up ads, sound glitches that break the game, and bugs that don’t have a fix. Ignore the bot comments and don’t play this. Sad to see a company go from great to non existent for something with a decade worth of playability and potential.

I bought this game on the computer and love it. Went to get it for my iPad and realized they want $10 a month. NOPE! Not paying $120 a year for a game. BYE!

previously had a pretty positive 3-star review with a couple of tweaks. my main issue was originally the game speed options; the fastest option is simply too slow, and when you get in-game events forcing you to spend thousands and go into debt, you have to wait 5-10 minutes just to get back into the positives. having to spend a bunch of time just sitting there being unable to do anything is not fun.
not to mention that the speed that new airports pop up in a new country is extremely fast, making it extremely difficult to keep them running efficiently
again, this would be less of a problem if not for the game speed options and the income penalty. so i unlock a country, new airports pop up every 3 seconds, and have to spend all of my money, resulting in one or more of these locations getting too full and turning on the income penalty. and god forbid i also get hit with an in-game event that puts me 2k in the hole. so now, i’m -$1k at least, if i’m lucky, unable to do anything but wait, and i’m earning money slower because of the income penalty, meaning i have to spend more time doing absolutely nothing.
then, when i finally was able to start playing again, i discovered that there’s a limit for how many countries you can unlock in a day? so the game also punishes you for wanting to continue playing.
then, finally, after having multiple in-game events force me into spending $4k, go into debt over and over again, and having to deal with the constant income penalty, i save up $4k, enough for a new country, and to get started with airports and routes. i watch yet another ad to unlock the country, open the first airport, and immediately get hit with two events that each require me to spend $4k, ending up $5k in debt and once again, being unable to do anything but wait and get hit with penalty after penalty as new airports open in the new country, yet i am unable to connect them. finally i get to -$1k after sitting there for 15 minutes, only to get hit with two more lawsuits that result in me going back down by $3.5k.
this is simply just not fun anymore. i’m spending more time just having the phone screen on and watching tv rather than playing the actual game. hell, i was playing before class and just turned my phone over with the game on when the class started because it wasn’t like i was actually going to be able to do anything but wait to hopefully get out of debt. i’m not even that far into the game, this would’ve been my sixth country.
and i typically love simulator games like this (like Mini Metro or Mini Motorways or Cities Skylines), but those games don’t punish you for wanting to continue playing, or force you to just sit there doing absolutely nothing for 15+ minutes. maybe the PC version is better, but i have zero desire to spend any actual real money on this game to try and find out. and this is with me glossing over the ads shoved everywhere and not even mentioning how buggy the game is.
i’d give this zero stars if i could. one of the most unenjoyable gaming experiences i’ve had in a long time

10 dollars a month and the game is still impossible without micro transactions and more ads. Like at least make the ad buttons work without ads if you pay $10 a month to remove ads.

This game ruined my phone. It was lagging all the time, and I lost all my progress. When something happened. I tried to save my game and then all of a sudden the volume kept breaking and going up whenever I lowered the volume it went back all the way up to max volume, and it keeps popping out of the side of my phone and then going back in and repeating that so it technically broke my volume button, so I hate this game and I wish it was never made L game.

Waste of time & money
In-app purchases crash and never show up. Game crashes. Game play is poorly designed and stops being fun after 20 min when the algorithm falls apart and it’s too expensive to do anything in the game.

I played the american DLC and i bought ballots about 10 it worked, later on i bought another 10 it DID NOT work, i bought 50 after that. IT STILL DIDN’T WORK.

The game has a large ad on the corner that links to a page warning about an Apple ID charge and tries to automatically call a number. This company should be banned from the store for scams and trying to steal from people.

Disappointed after over a year of playing
I downloaded this game in early 2024 and was instantly hooked. After playing for a month, I subscribed to the $9.99 monthly plan to remove ads.
Later, I realized some cities in the Northwestern U.S., like Seattle, never appear in the game. That was a bit disappointing but still acceptable.
What really made me give up was the repeated in-game purchase failures. As a paying player, I’ve recharged several times over the past year, and on multiple occasions, the money was deducted but the game credits (ballots) never arrived. I estimate I’ve lost around $50 due to this.
Just a few days ago, I saw a promotion-$3.99 for 150 ballots. I bought it, and it worked fine at first. But two days later, all 150 ballots disappeared from my account. Restarting the game didn’t help.
At this point, I’ve decided to quit the game. I truly enjoyed it, but the payment system and support have been too frustrating.

Saves Corrupted
When I save the game and load in I get less income from my airports. After loading up for the 4th time I now receive no income after the whole world is almost unlocked. Please fix.

This game is no longer fun
I’ve played this game for a long time now. After returning after a break I purchased the American Dream DLC. The discover all states is impossible and I regret buying it. Even when exchanging notes for money I still fail! This game is so frustrating now and it’s only wants you to pay more money. Do not buy this or any DLC IT’S NO LONGER FUN.
Purchases don’t work
I bought 50 ballots to help me start the game and it didn’t give me them. I then try to buy it again but the purchase button didn’t work. I then bought 100 ballots but that also didn’t work and it didn’t give me them.

Game makes you pay for a lot, I’d be okay with that if it worked. multiple times I’ve paid and didn’t even get the ballots. Game will end abruptly and send you back.

When I was playing the free play mode, I would lose progress every time I closed the app. It is discouraging when you go on the app again and all of the flight lines linking the cities and the additional cities I’ve earned have disappeared and you have to start from scratch. Otherwise, it’s a fun game but it’s not worth playing if you get nowhere.

I buy ballots cash them in expand my Territory and save game come back later my territories are reset but my ballots are gone too. Takes your money but doesn’t save your progress absolute money grab scam game don’t waste your time or money!
Corporate greed run amok
The audacity of this game to 1) place ads directly in the UI of the game, 2) entice you to watch ads to get boosts (more money, more cities, etc), and 3) watch an ad before you can unlock another country is just stunning. Or…pay $10/month to eliminate ads. It’s actually laughable that the creators of such a simple game would have the gall to expect people to pay $120/yr to simply not watch ads.
I’ve been robbed/scammed
I love the game. But I Bought 120 ballots then i changed 50 ballots for 100.000 Money. I got to have an infraestructure of 250k + i got to have 5M passengers.
The next day. I woke up with NO MONEY. An infrastructure of 60k. And serving 1.8M people.

Disappearing Flights
The game sometimes randomly deletes the lines connecting airports together. Very annoying and it doesn’t even give me my money back.

I used to absolutely love this game. I needed some money fast so I tried to buy ballots. I restarted my phone and everything but the ballots would not come through. Even though it was $1 I am still very mad

Game has major flaws!
Game has some major flaws. It’s nearly impossible to make enough money to upgrade route, planes and airports. The game also quits out a lot and makes you lose all of the progress you made. The only way to save your progress is if you manually save a file of it in the game which is hard to keep track of. After the game stops working you literally have to restart everything making the game useless and a waste of time. Fix the game!

I've read some other reviews talking about how the game is impossible, and I've noticed that they don't stress it enough. The game will give me ads while playing, and when the ad ends I've lost. No, I wasn't about to lose before the ad; the ad covers the fame while it continues to play. Not only that, but there is no where near enough money at the beginning to progress far in this game. Please fix your game.

Hello, I am a mobile player and i got this game around a year ago. I enjoyed all countries mode and best the game 2 times. I came back to the game just for this game to be IMPOSSIBLE. i’m not joking. 250 starting cash to connect 4 cities, not enough. once you connect them all, another city pops up and you don’t have the money to buy it: once you do, you realize you don’t have enough money to buy the next country. if you don’t bother with the city it overflows and you loses. FIX YOUR DANG GAME!
Ads make it unplayable
Before this last update I would have given this game a 4 star review. But the way they put ads in this new update makes the game unplayable. One slightly wrong movement and you will get yanked out of the game and sent to a website for some product. Ads in the game used to be voluntary, you could watch an ad for extra points and what not. To get rid of ads you now have to pay $9.99 A MONTH! They added a subscription to remove ads. Now I can understand a one time payment to remove ads, but a subscription!?!? That’s ridiculous.
Takes painfully long to get money
The Timelapse feature isn’t fast enough in my opinion and it takes a very long time to rack up money in the game, making upgrading and expanding a very slow process

Used to play this game a lot. Recently started again and now it’s a 9.99 a month subscription to play without ads. I’m willing to pay $10 one time to have the full game without ads but not a reoccurring charge. Update: found this game on Steam. Definitely worth a buy on steam. Not here though.
Fun Game, But COSTS WAY TOO MUCH!!!
Ok, love this game, but the fact that you have to pay $10 a month to do most of the core mechanics just seems like bad design. You can add a subscription, whatever. But don’t have it affect so many things about the core game. Also, the add system is pretty bad, especially when playing timed modes. All in all the game design is good, but it seems like greed has poisoned the excitement and captivity of what could really make a good game.

I would have happily paid for the game, the logistics management seems fun. However, the game only offers a $9.99 subscription to keep ads away. What a disappointing monetization strategy. "Keep paying us to not annoy you" is a terrible business plan. I would much rather the game just be priced at $4.99, $9.99 or whatever price the developer actually intended to charge.
Crashes nonstop
Dang. This game is honestly pretty awesome for awhile. I paid for no ads and some money in the game when I first started because I liked it so much. They haven’t had an update in 7 months so I’m guessing the developers gave up on it? Once you get to a certain point in free play, if you make 2 routes in a relatively short period (let’s say 4 minutes), the game crashes. Basically rendering it unplayable. If they updated it or something, I’d happily play it more and probably keep spending money to progress further faster. But it becomes unplayable. A real bummer.

I’ve seen gameplay on Steam and this game works. On mobile it’s completely unbalanced and most everything is impossible if you don’t want to sit around watching ads all day.
Please fix discover the world mode
ive played this game for years now at this point and i’ve always loved it. discover the world was my favorite because it didnt take long at all to build a pretty big network and ive beaten the game before. im not sure what sort of balancing was done or altering with the money that you get but now i can’t even get past germany and one other country without running out of money and eventually losing. please fix this so i can play the game ive loved for years❤️❤️
