Useless
This app, like many others, charges a high annual subscription rate that’s unattainable for most people with health issues. Additionally, the AI is not only horrible for the environment but WRONG. It tells me that some of the only foods that are safe for me are not safe.
Frustrated
I can only give one star because I can’t afford to actually join a subscription. I wish all apps would put subscription requirements/options in the app description so we don’t sit there filling everything out only to be prompted after all of that to pay. Be up front about fees associated with things.
Good and bad
The barcode scanner s very helpful , though when I compare results with other resources they do not necessarily agree. The ingredient scanner is not helpful - I just scanned a can of cannelini Beans and it read the ingredients as including cod and nuts, and other random things not listed. What to do with that but ignore it and wonder about the accuracy of the barcode scanner?
