This app drains my battery very rapidly and has caused performance issues. It has crashed in the background several times and I cannot request a refund.
Will not track with phone asleep
After letting the app run in the background, it will only track your location for about 5 minutes. The only way to ensure it continues uncovering your path is to leave your phone with the screen on.
I have tried everything to resolve it (battery saver is not on, location always allowed, precise location l), but nothing has fixed the issue.

I can modify the fog now????
The whole point of having the fog tracking is to allow app to do that for you! Now being able to modify the fog, it kills all the fun!

I never signed up for the service and they somehow charged my card. I don’t even know how to delete this. There is no account. Apple needs to remove this app.

用了好多年了，竟然发现没办法导出csv
今天想把多年的足迹导入其他的软件。竟然发现没办法导出csv或者其他通用的格式，真的崩溃了😫
Don’t waste your money like I did.
Seriously the amount of times this thing just doesn’t track your movements it’s ridiculous. I have everything set up in setting to run in the background so I don’t have to open the appAnd unless you plan on recalibrating it every single time you move it won’t map your movements. $30 for an app on a phone and it better work perfect and this thing isn’t even close. Huge SCAM. I travel a lot for work and thought this was going to be awesome. You’re better off just getting one of the free app or pay for pin traveler. This thing is worth $1 maybe $2 at the most. Even when you leave the app running in the background you will still have to physically go into the app every time you stop moving and start again.

Backup Ootions
It’s a great app. With that being said, there’s no reason why I should be forced to do a backup to a cloud service. Just let me export the backup file to my iOS file system so I can do whatever I want to with it.
Keeps missing data
Wish I could get my money back. I wouldn’t care if it were inaccurate and cheap. But for 30$ it shouldn’t miss out on so much

I think its kinda ridiculous that pikmin bloom tracked my route better. Really sad bc I prob wont go to nyc for a few more years .
Not compatible with CarPlay
For how expensive the app is it’s not compatible with CarPlay which is what I use when driving so the app doesn’t track the distance when in the car.
battery destroyer
Nice app. But it drains 60-70% of my battery within a few hours of use even with the most battery saving drawing option on.
New interface is very untidy
Been using FotW for about 10-ish years. It remains as functional as ever but the new UI, specifically the badges, is poorly designed.
The previous UI very clearly showed your progress toward unlocking a badge without tapping on each individual one. Now, as far as I can tell, there is no indicator of progress for the badges. Additionally, both earned and unearned badges are displayed together making it impossible to tell which ones you actually have.
As far as I’m concerned, removing the badges altogether would have been less frustrating than the awful replacement they now have.
Returning the badges to a better state would get a better review from me.

Great in the past, crashes now & lost my data!
I was turned on to this app in 2018 by a friend, & it was really cool to see my progression through all the roads & neighborhoods I had been to. The app was great up until a recent major overhaul of the interface. It is now confusing to use, & even after the most recent update I kept having to rebuild the database as it crashed, which lost a large chunk of my last adventure each time.
Now it lost everything today, & 5 years of data is gone just like that. Not happy at all with how downhill it’s gone.

User Since 2015 - Buggy Now
Love this app. I use it all the time. Level 244. This latest update has made the app very buggy. It crashes frequently, both in the background and when switching back to it from another app. The UI is also a downgrade from the V2 UI. I would just prefer a revert to the legacy V2 interface until these bugs are fixed.
Not giving me cleared fog
Right when I booted up the app it gave me a circle of cleared out fog then I rode my bike down the street and it didn’t give me any cleared fog.
