Getting trolled by the onboarding screens
The worlds most annoying onboarding process. Somehow the developer thought ‘I can make the user tap Continue a dozen times so they see my cool modal screens’ and didn’t think twice about
Unfortunately completely unplayable
I did a lot of reading reviews on external sites to find a good 3DS emulator, it seemed like this is worth the purchase, but unfortunately, after spending over an hour just to figure out how to launch the ROMs, they’re all close to unplayable. I spent hours tweaking the settings, finding different installations of the ROMs, and even testing them on other emulators, and there was no way to fix the issues on this emulator, that I could find at least. I had really high hopes, thought it was wroth spending the money, and it just doesn’t hold up.

Folium just simply does not work. It cannot run as it should yet is a paid app compared to better free alternatives.

This app used to be so simple, active community and the other emulators that were supposedly promised, but never came. The files are impossible to find, even if you do, still required the bios and bugs out, I payed money for this. This is sad. Save your money.

Doesn’t work at all
RetroArch for iOS works fine, this doesn’t recognize any games at all. I load the game and it doesn’t do anything and it still says zero games. There aren’t many settings to adjust so there doesn’t appear to be anything further I can do. Using an iPhone air with latest iOS version. Of course there are zero instructions.

Crashes immediately
Crashes immediately without fail when I open a game and the audio lag is horrendous and it skips frames and is only like 1 frame a second. I have like an iPhone 15 pro.

Don’t waste your money
It seems with each new update you’ve got remove all your roms and reload them or it will crash with no other recourse. Even when it “worked” Pokémon y would crash every few minutes, like clock work, and Pokemon alpha sapphire would crash every few hours.

Scam app
Bought the app thinking I was actually going to get a decent emulator. Quite literally crashed every single time I tried to load up a game. Went online for troubleshooting. Not a single thing worked to help this “emulator” run at all. Waste of money and a scam.
Unfortunately
Was very excited about this emulator and unfortunately it works very poorly. It is very complicated to add the game to the system and even tho I checked a lot of guides and did everything right, it didn’t allowed me to add game anyway. Plus it crashed many times for no reasons.

Before last update I could run any game I wanted, but with the most recent update I cannot run anything on this app
Laggy, and incompatible with keyboards
The lag is pretty bad with the dpad and joystick movements not releasing properly, along with the controls on the screen just being trash in general. This app isn’t worth the money. While they could’ve saved this by having support for an external keyboard that’s mappable, they don’t.

My games worked perfectly fine before the new update, it was a great app, but with the way the update has changed the app I genuinely cannot import anything, and my old game files dont work. ridiculous
Wish there were better options
Button response not the best, very little forgiveness. Stupid save state/load state buttons, man this one really messes it up. Please just put that in an options menu or something. Obviously the creators don’t use this, the placement is terrible. Not even worth $5 honestly.

The old games were also lost. The game cannot be re-imported. All 3ds games cannot be played.

Even when doing everything right. App crashes and running games and never works. This is not finished wait for an actually competent 3ds emulator to be released. Until then just use Citra on pc
An absolute mess
Absolute nightmare to set up anything to begin with, and then the games hardly ever worked and crashed constantly do not purchase. It’s an absolute rip off.

New update broke
The new update no longer allows me to play 3ds games with the AES I previously provided. I have tried to delete and redo the settings but the launch of Pokémon X keeps crashing and any other .3Ds games

Still have a lot of performance issues (as it could be expected) but a big turn down for me is that also my controller does not work… im using the app in my iPad mini a17pro and trying to use my razer kishi ultra and it doesn’t Work I hope you get better compatibility with other controllers like the Kishi ultra I hoping we better performance.

App Doesn’t Work
Opened the app and the sign in functionality was broken. Then skipped the sign in and the rom importer wouldn’t work when adding my roms. Just gave me a blank screen. I paid 5 dollars for this in hopes it would be a decent emulator but guess I will need to go back to another one…

Extremely difficult to set up. And super buggy. Even on the best phone that’s on the market. You have to decompress and unzip files. And even after you spend all the time, trying to figure out how to do that on an iPhone, the app just crashes as soon as you try to open anything.

No longer works
Seems like this app just doesn’t work anymore because when I BOUGHT IT it was completely blank. All the videos I’ve seen about starting the app all have words and systems options on for you to enter things to get them working but mine is nothing but a black screen that says library. No grape, cytra, literally nothing…

app keeps breaking either updates aren’t consistent or this app is still under development which for both situations idk why they would make this app cost money if it’s not being updated much/not done, it’s broken most of the time i’ve had the app which is pretty upsetting since you have to pay for the app, right now the keyboard doesn’t work, can’t import games anymore or play them, it’s been broken for about 1 month or more, please fix the app that i and many others paid for i decided to switch to another app dont buy it’s a waste of money :(

Get Manic EMU instead, it’s free, and doesn’t lag anywhere near as much.
This app started out as great but now theres so much lag rendering any game unplayable. It also makes my phone overheat to a point where I could cook an egg. This is the worst thing I’ve ever wasted five dollars on.
