after payment we called back after 1 hour, they said it’s on the way but the food never got delivered, when we called the hotline guy spoke rudely and said it was our problem we selected a wrong option from the app when we did it correctly, the phone was never answered when we rang after more than 2 hours we texted and said we didn’t want the food anymore and want a refund and still we didn’t get any response at all not even an apology until after a few days we got a confirmation we will be refunded and got a refund after a month+. awful customer service.

I ordered from a cafe in male i usually order from another app but the same cafe and it usually takes 35-45 mins maximum however, its been more than 1hr now and still the driver haven’t even picked up my package from the cafe . This is the very last time i use this app and i wouldnt recommend this app either.. avas food and eezap is much better than this

Food arrived soaking wet! Ignoring attempts to contact for refund!
Horrible Service
I ordered and everything went well until the agent picked up the order. It took several calls to their support and 53 minutes from agent picking it up to agent starting the en route process. It took almost 2 hours to get the delivery. Out of which one and half hours was spent on the delivery agent. More over.. the support agent stopped answering the calls.

Worst service ever
Delivered wrong order after 03 hours of waiting. They went back to collect the correct order and said the items we ordered are now unavailable! Wasted our time and money! These people should not be allowed to carry out this service

Food was ready within 10 mins but it took over 2hrs to get my food. Cold.
Bad experience
Several instances occurred where this app struggled to process payments for orders. Despite the app indicating payment failure, BML records showed successful transactions. Upon reporting the issue, it took them over a week to initiate the refund. While I acknowledge that service failures can happen, the slow response to these issues significantly worsens the overall experience. Also, they failed to address complaint messages on Viber despite numerous attempts.

Vey bad service almost took 4 hour to deliver food
Worst experience
A delivery app without reliable delivery agents. Food was ready and the agent was not picking up the food from outlet. Called the hotline several times, kept on saying that “it’s assigned to an agent”. After 2 hours since we placed the order, food was delivered. Imagine the status of food after been in a box for 2 hours.

Terrible experience
Agents are not reliable
Food was ready from the food outlet and it took the agent more than 2 hrs to pick up the food
Not to mention the agent had to be changed two different people during the process for whatever the reason and when my food came it was soggy and messed up

Poor delivery
I have used this app 6 times now. Each time it took more than 30mins for drivers to pick up my order from the restaurant.
It would be quicker if I went to the restaurant my self.

Bad service provider
I did order from this app. Delivery takes 2 hours and it comes like a garbage. Leaked and mixed foods with others.
