Market bug
I tried to email and get this resolved but I never got a response! Tried to sell guys on the market one for 10 million and he somehow sold for 5 same with another guy at 888,888 he sold for like 700k that’s far more than the 5% now I’d just like my guys back if that’s the case and no one will respond or fix it

Game stopped working
This game has been a great time killer and I’ve been playing for over 6 months but it’s a pay to play if you want to get better cards which i reluctantly did due to it being addictive but it suddenly stopped working today not sure if it’s due to maintenance or what but it won’t load. I’d love if someone can reach out to help me solve this problem and I’ll gladly change my rating to 5 stars. Thanks
Just Don’t
This game if fun till you hit the pay wall (around 86 rating). Then you are losing WAY MORE to teams that you are several points better than. I mean 70% loss rate to teams lower ranked point wise is crazy!!
It then becomes buy better packs or enjoy losing games you shouldn’t statistically. The amount of games I lose to lower ranked teams is silly at this point.

Cash grab
Good concept but you only get enough energy to watch 3 simulated games and then you either have to pay for more or watch an ad or wait 8 hours lol.

The games broken and rigged. Don’t spend money on this game. It’s broken, if you have an issue where the game doesn’t work and you contact their “support” they take weeks to respond. Do t really ask any real questions and then say they can’t do anything to help. When you mention you spent money on the game for it to just break and waste your money they don’t even say sorry. Just more reason they so t look into it or do anything to repay you for their broken game. And when you call them out for this they just stop responding.

Started out OK, until I played a game. Everything is basically from the 20 yard line, How is this football. You get a punt on you 10 yard line and then all of a sudden your on their 20. Stupid, not for me.

Customer service is a joke they intentionally wait two weeks to reply so you can’t get refunded for their bugs and errors. Fun fact they have social media pages where they’ll reach out to you when you complain do nothing about your issue and then ban you from the pages. Game is great Mods and Devs are terrible. Great for F2P wouldn’t recommend getting sucked into spending money they constantly have bugs glitches and mistakes that will leave you feeling ripped off.
Poor Dev support
Some missions are broken and devs refuse to acknowledge. Prevents completion of mission no matter what you spend. Devs repeatedly claim it’s not broken despite being sent photos. If there is no loyalty to those who play, why invest time or money?
DONT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME
Imagine spending money and not recieving the player you pulled from the packs, that’s exactly what happened to me. Pulled a 98 Lamar Jackson from film noir then it glitched saying “John Doe” and the wrong stats and he was never put on my team the customer support said there’s no log of this even when I attached a screenshot of the matter. THEY ARE CROOKS STEALING MONEY
PVP is horrible is still horrible. 2-8 is crazy!!!!
All the PVP in this game is horrible. Your team level means nothing. You struggle to get past 50% wins you consistently lose to Lower lever teams even when you adjust your def and off strategies. PvP needs reworking and still does. Makes no sense! Only got 2 wins out of 10 games played!!! Just horrible
Absolutely horrible
Don’t waste your time. The game can be super glitchy. There’s missions that you can do, they’ll show completed, but when you go to claim the reward it will say you haven’t completed it. Log out and log back in and it wipes what you did out. Used gold to purchase more turns, just to see if it was a mistake and still did the same thing. Contacted customer support, which is a joke. Explained to them what happened, and they tell me that there is no way it’s happening and closed the customer support chat. Honestly don’t waste your time with this game, play Madden Mobile if you want your football gaming fix.
Customer service
I sent a complaint to the customer service for this game. When they got back to me they said there was nothing wrong and I didn’t complete the mission to get my reward. I sent them screenshots of the mission completed with the game not giving me the reward. I explained to them that this isn’t the first mission this has happened and they said there is nothing wrong on their end and they have closed the ticket and stop emailing them. Probably the worst customer service experience I have had with a game. I have enjoyed playing this game but don’t want to anymore because of this experience.
over priced in-ingame purchases
you think you are spending some good money for packs but once you get like 87+ ovr those 83+ovr player packs are a robbery. you rarely get good cards. its a robbery. change the prices or probably chances like damn. everything is only about money now a days
Buggy
Decent game sometimes, very buggy. Been having an issue for weeks with meeting task requirements, doesn’t let me collect, then resets. Multiple support requests in with 0 help.

Market bots are ruining the game
Fun game, but having bots gatekeep events behind artificial paywalls ruins the experience. Anime pack event came out and every Big Easy player immediately got bought up by whale market bots and put back at a 10x mark up because the quest line requires you to go through the market to buy them. Dev needs to crack down on AI run accounts or make it so their events don’t have to compete with them.
Ridiculous
Teams that you should beat are constantly beating you even though you have a higher rating and the cool down time between being able to play is absolutely ridiculous.
Ads, ads and more ads
If you could build a good team and progress without ads and spending money, the concept would be fun, but my goodness the ads are just over the top. Adding to the frustration is you can’t mute them. I tried the game first a couple months but I’m done, I can’t watch another ad

I like the game but I am often having the rewards disappear or bug out and won’t let me claim prizes I earned or out right pretend never completed a mission. I wouldn’t advise spending any real money on this game with this bug in the game.
Unfortunate
Today i had to retire this game , i was a really big fan of it this year the last month or 2 , i finally got 80 quick game wins and got to open a pack with an 87+. I opened it got some really good cards , 91 ARSB and 88 Kerby Joseph . Then i proceed to open the rest of the packs and go to my roster . That’s when i realized , they have an option right under the card that says ‘Quicksell’ and one above that says ‘Add to Roster’… I pressed add to Roster and my app closed . Open the app back up , and my 2 cards i wanted out of all the ones i got were gone . And i had 2000 more coin . Not sure what happened but this one burned me so im giving it up . Had lots of fun while i could tho 👌😕
