Customer service is a joke they intentionally wait two weeks to reply so you can’t get refunded for their bugs and errors. Fun fact they have social media pages where they’ll reach out to you when you complain do nothing about your issue and then ban you from the pages. Game is great Mods and Devs are terrible. Great for F2P wouldn’t recommend getting sucked into spending money they constantly have bugs glitches and mistakes that will leave you feeling ripped off.

Pulled a 98 Lamar Jackson from film noir then it glitched saying “John Doe” and the wrong stats and he was never put on my team the customer support said there’s no log of this even when I attached a screenshot of the matter. THEY ARE CROOKS STEALING MONEY
PVP is horrible is still horrible. 2-8 is crazy!!!!
All the PVP in this game is horrible. Your team level means nothing. You struggle to get past 50% wins you consistently lose to Lower lever teams even when you adjust your def and off strategies. PvP needs reworking and still does. Makes no sense! Only got 2 wins out of 10 games played!!! Just horrible

They’ve taken all of the fun out of the game by giving the lowest ranking card possible on every mission.
Absolutely horrible
Don’t waste your time. The game can be super glitchy. There’s missions that you can do, they’ll show completed, but when you go to claim the reward it will say you haven’t completed it. Log out and log back in and it wipes what you did out. Used gold to purchase more turns, just to see if it was a mistake and still did the same thing. Contacted customer support, which is a joke. Explained to them what happened, and they tell me that there is no way it’s happening and closed the customer support chat. Honestly don’t waste your time with this game, play Madden Mobile if you want your football gaming fix.
Customer service
I sent a complaint to the customer service for this game. When they got back to me they said there was nothing wrong and I didn’t complete the mission to get my reward. I sent them screenshots of the mission completed with the game not giving me the reward. I explained to them that this isn’t the first mission this has happened and they said there is nothing wrong on their end and they have closed the ticket and stop emailing them. Probably the worst customer service experience I have had with a game. I have enjoyed playing this game but don’t want to anymore because of this experience.
over priced in-ingame purchases
you think you are spending some good money for packs but once you get like 87+ ovr those 83+ovr player packs are a robbery. you rarely get good cards. its a robbery. change the prices or probably chances like damn. everything is only about money now a days
Buggy
Decent game sometimes, very buggy. Been having an issue for weeks with meeting task requirements, doesn’t let me collect, then resets. Multiple support requests in with 0 help.
Trash
Terrible game all you do is wait for hours just to play a game with isn’t even you doing anything pure rng trash, then they gorse micrtranacrions on you, quit after they put me against some pig that spent a bunch of money
This is a cash grab!
The game concept is alright. The execution of the actual game is horrendous. You can’t actually get enough energy to make any real progress in the game without spending money. You also will maybe get 1-2 packs a week that are completely obsolete compared to ones you can buy with real money. If I could give this game negative stars I would. I’ve spent maybe $300+ on this game in under a month, and it actually might have been a better idea to take the money outside and burn it. Coming from someone who has put more time into this game than I’d like to admit… do not touch it.
Awful game support
There was a technical issue that caused me to lose a top rated player card and their support, which is not based in the US, was slow and extremely unhelpful. They told me they can’t support and gave no compensation for an error caused by their programming issue.
Spend a ton of money, or spend 95% of game watching adds

BORING TEDIOUS MISSIONS
QUIT making missions where you have to sell a certain amount of players. Makes the game incredibly tedious when it should be a quick in and out everyday. Also stop being so greedy and asking for ungodly amounts of money for lame card packs.
Player Trade
Cannot progress on any mission completion set due to player trade challenge 1 not recognizing that I’ve completed all 3 sets. Many of the mission set rewards are centered around player trade challenges and the first challenge I have completed the first three required trades to accept my reward and start other sets. But, I cannot even start other sets due to me not even being able to accept my reward. Very frustrating.
Pay to win
This game is horrible, unless you pay 10k to purchase special packs you wont win. They put a new pack out every week with new backgrounds just so you buy them. My overall team rating is 86 and im losing to teams ranked 75-80 overall. All because the opponent has purchased special packs. This game sucks and it’s another pay to win type scenario. Save your time and money.
Not enough to do - too expensive.
Unless you’re just addicted to a snails pace of the slow grind - to get better players you have to spend $30 MINIMUM. No $1.99 , $5 not even $10. You get a free player from ads a day , but that’s it. To top it off you only get 3 energy daily… with an 8 hour refresh?? Like that’s only 5 minutes a day you’re even able to play??? I just don’t get it. This game is marketed and the idea is so good but just very poor management when it comes to actually playing the game. Logged on at 9 and was done by 9:03 after watching 4 ads for only 500 coins and a 75 overall. Wish it would change.

Made a purchase
I made a purchase and it over charged me twice for the pack I wanted, also when I purchased the part bundle it charged me for the whole instead part of the bundle . I tried to reach out to them no response, they already over charge you and top of it they rip you off. I also noticed that if you sell a player for cheap it get brought out by bots, the game does not want you to buy at anything at a discount or price. A few of my friends and I tested this method , place a card in the market for cheap less then what is expected to get in return, it will sell fast.
Pass on this game.
You can never build a team to compete without spending money. Even then you’ll lose regularly to teams not as good as yours. And you will NEVER beat anyone better than you.

Ads, ads and more ads
If you could build a good team and progress without ads and spending money, the concept would be fun, but my goodness the ads are just over the top. Adding to the frustration is you can’t mute them. I tried the game first a couple months but I’m done, I can’t watch another ad

I like the game but I am often having the rewards disappear or bug out and won’t let me claim prizes I earned or out right pretend never completed a mission. I wouldn’t advise spending any real money on this game with this bug in the game.
Unfortunate
Today i had to retire this game , i was a really big fan of it this year the last month or 2 , i finally got 80 quick game wins and got to open a pack with an 87+. I opened it got some really good cards , 91 ARSB and 88 Kerby Joseph . Then i proceed to open the rest of the packs and go to my roster . That’s when i realized , they have an option right under the card that says ‘Quicksell’ and one above that says ‘Add to Roster’… I pressed add to Roster and my app closed . Open the app back up , and my 2 cards i wanted out of all the ones i got were gone . And i had 2000 more coin . Not sure what happened but this one burned me so im giving it up . Had lots of fun while i could tho 👌😕
Pay to win! Pay play!
The game is fun and you can 100% build a pretty decent team without spending money, but after playing for about a month maybe 2 I find it ridiculous that you only get 3 energy and it’s 1 every 8hrs. You can of course buy energy, but that takes all the gold the game gives you, essentially making you spend money on gold if you’d like to get ANY of the packs they come out with during the new updates.
Won’t give me rewards after finishing missions
Game was fun but now won’t award me for finishing all missions required - Daily, weekly, and villains. Guess it’s time to move on to something else.
Pack buying
There will be moments when you don’t get the full amount of packs when you purchase packs. If you reach out to them they will not help you and you just spend money for nothing. I’d stay clear from this app and find something better.
