Terrible app. Very confusing. Definitely not user friendly. Tried to look up questions I had and was all over the app with no luck. Then I sent the questions to the support email and no answer for over 5 days. The jury is still out whether I ever use your service or not.

I do not have an option to create a book for print.
Money scam
They add new features like facial recognition or to actually be able to watch your videos, but you have to pay over a $1000 each to use those features. That’s ridiculous in my book. Not to mention it’s $1000’s of dollars to add more storage. 1T of storage is $6,000 are you kidding me??? I’m constantly needed more storage and I can’t afford it. FOREVER is only for the rich. There are cheaper better options out there. I wish I wouldn’t have invested so much money into this company that doesn’t value me as a customer.

Losing functionality
All of a sudden this app no longer shows my albums. I have an older iPad but it shouldn’t lose functionality and I shouldn’t have to upgrade my device to see my albums. They are there on my other devices.

As soon as I signed my email up for an account on this app I started receiving a ton of junk emails. As far as the other features I like not having to buy a subscription.

i am trying to save my pictures in an account because i am getting a new phone tomorrow. i want to completely refresh everything and wanted to keep my pictures. i downloaded this app. i spent at LEAST 20 minutes selecting all photos and videos which was an overall of around 6,000. the uploading process was taking WAY too long (about a minute and a half for each photo). it would keep resetting the count of pictures downloading, and you could not let your phone shut off or even go onto another app else it would restart again. for how slow this was moving, i would have had to been on that app for about 9,00 minutes for all the photos to complete and download. jus get like google photos or something 😹

Integration to upload files to forever website is poor. When photos are selected they often never make it to the site. Super frustrating.

The app doesn’t explain how to purchase more space or let you select multiple pictures at once. Had this not been a gift I wouldn’t have used this.
EXPENSIVE
Compared to other storage apps this one is very expensive if you need more than 2GB. I recommend Bublup which is $2.99/month for 100GB or Dropbox which is $12.96 for 2TB

If I could give this 0 stars I would, I downloaded this app to save specifically one video and delete the original video from my iPhone and when I go to see the video the app tells me I have to have a premium account to see my One and only video I have in the forever app. What a SCAM !!!

Downloading photos
I have been downloading for weeks. I have deleted many times and it is still downloading. Very frustrating!!!

I’m giving this 2 stars only because syncing the photos TAKES 30 YEARS AND YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE APP OPEN. Idk bout y’all but I have like 9,000 photos and it loads 1 by 1!! Super super annoying that I can’t close the app without it stopping the upload!

I thought this was a good option
When I first saw this app I thought it was a great idea, a place to keep all my pictures in one place. After getting it and downloading some of my pictures, I found out that there is barely any storage for your photos. They only give you 2 MB or gigabytes for free and buy more it is quite expensive. So, if you don’t how many pictures that you want to store this would be a good option otherwise, it’s a waste of time. And not worth the money.
