Liked this game till I figured out you can’t have a busy job and make it anywhere in the game. The game is a slog unless you’re in clan but if you miss a war or something because you’re working then it’s 22 hours till you might get a chance to get into one again. Just not worth the time.

I was at 5.7mill power and then the update and I have all the same things as before but now my power has dropped to 3.5 mill power and has dropped me may stages back and now it’s not worth playing unless I pay to get back to the same amount of power the game was good until it updated

disgusting moderation
the game itself is boring. slow paced. getting boring fast. gets old. however, the problem comes from the chat. while i was playing this game i was getting notifications from the chat where people were referring to immigrants as “aliens” and “illegals.” an argument arose where i told the individuals calling immigrants these names “privileged.” the people making these sick comments continued to double down and make even worse ones. after it had gone too far i decided to report the accounts for hate speech. in return, MY account was banned. the fact that a moderation team can ban an account for attempting to defend such a topic is beyond me, and the people making these disgusting comments were not banned. do not support or download this game. it enables hate speech and the admin is disgusting.

Can’t use chat
Game was good but I can no longer chat or even see messages in chat it’s just stuck on a permanent load bar. This has killed the game for me and I am thinking about asking apple for a refund of all the money I’ve spent on this game due to that fact. Even after switching phones it still won’t load.

they’ll mute you from chatting for a suggestive joke but they let players spew homophobia and misogyny in the chat with no consequences. it’s clear the mods have a political agenda of hate to uphold in their chat rooms

AWFUL WASTE
Although I appreciate no forced ads. This game is only about the money you spend. Without in app purchases you are stuck with few daily challenges and disappointed clan members (which is the key to any sort of progress) forge upgrades take almost a week even with the new accelerated update which did not compensate members for the time they spent as even upgrade 15 was around 3 days. Also changing key parts of the game creating massive inconsistencies. It took over 2 weeks after the update to get one mythic skill when I had a a full row of mythic pets and was only 3 levels behind in invasions before the update. Money is the only thing this app is looking for. Not to mention they have the absolute worst side game I have ever encountered in any game. Stepping stones is basically a 50/50 heads or tales for 8 different steps which is essentially 1 in every 512 and with 8 attempts it is a 1.55% chance (only occurring biweekly and without paying theoretically it would take 2.4 years to have a 99.9% of receiving a significant bonus without paying). It is the most unoriginal, outdated, boring, and ultimately the biggest waste of time. This game is all about money, greed and taking advantage of young impressionable kids with micro purchase enticement and no strategy just pay to play and luck. Not to mention the late action on recent bug fixes including double eggs and mounts resulting in wasted resources even when they are handed out like rations.
Update: no response for almost a month. I wish they would listen, compensate, and apologize. Especially players who downloaded before updates, players who do not pay to play, and for players who interact daily with the game.

You will create a good build kinda following the meta players and will wake up to it nerfed into the ground not worth playing because takes a while to get a build together just for the dev team to be like nah to strong. Literally ruined the game by their own doing good job.
Potential to be my favorite

It feels like a cheap way to force people to pay cash to get any progress anymore and I can’t stand it. Creators, if you see this please, I know your intentions arent bad… STOP NERFING EVERYTHING!!

the luck is awful, you just get stuck in a loop of getting low tier garbage plus the fact that the main gimmick of the game is a limited resource just make this game awful

They really chat banned me for zero reason, and said I’m permanently banned from chat from my clan and public server. Stupid game

Newest update makes it where you can merge skins for better buffs, but not the easy to get skins only the ones that take tons on money or luck to get
Developer's are greedy
I've spent more than I care to share on this game just for that investment to be erased by the last several updates. They could have balanced the game in a way that protected player's real money investments but they did not. They drastically reduced the value of resources, compressed everyone's progress by 50% (thousands of dollars wasted on gaining an advantage that was eradicated), and increased the price of already overpriced packs. The developer's do not care about you and never will. Do not spend money on this game.
Misuse of Dev power against the player community
This would have gotten a 5 star if the devs actually thought through their most recent update before implementing it instead of rushing to push an unfinished project. While I see their view for update to make everyone at a more equal playing field, they stole from many of the average players and “whales” who purchase in-game rewards with this update. Rewards were not accurately refunded with the update, resulting in a MAJOR loss of progression for whales and a waste of money for everyone who wanted to purchase and have fun in the game. They halved the technology % for forge progression and cost reduction as well as sell price for equipment, while further decreasing the amount of hammers received as a whole. I really enjoyed playing this game as a casual spender on basic inexpensive packs, but the devs nerfed the whole game to ground. Miscommunication and representation of future plans seems to be a common theme now, since they are telling the community different information whether you are in the whale discord or community discord. Players are currently and have gotten banned from discord and the game for speaking out against the improper use of Dev power and the amount of greed they have for community money. Insufficient refunds by means of in game resources were not properly distributed post update. A true disgrace.

Title says it all. Good luck progressing unless you’re willing to drop a mortgage on the app. Btw all the reviews that give the game more than one star are whales and or bots. Really says a lot

Rewards, gems, and updates.
Game is solid. But man do they really need to send the rewards for events to a mailbox or something in case you cannot get on. Update broke chat for me. Again. No longer have a chat area nor clans. Not the first update that it has happened on. Need some quality testing for updates. New update says event going on. There is no event at all. No way to ever earn any gems either without spending money. First game I have ever played like that.
Clans suck
This whole game is real iron on you upgrade yourself and get better and once will not cleanse if you’re not 1 million power most of them will kick you or you spend IRL money to make your own and if somebody kicks you, you have to wait 24 hours to even apple to other clans
Wars are frustrating
The game is fun until your clan consistently gets paired with another clan 4 times your size. They then will only have to win one day because they will automatically win day 6 because that day is worth twice the points as any other day. Used to love this game but it is highly pay to play now and the only way to win against bigger clans is to spend a fortune…
