So Misleading!
I got tricked! After a google search about Google forms, the results really make it seem like this is officially associated with Google. But when I sign in to my actual Google forms account, there is no trace of the form I made in this app. Worst of all, the app requires you to pay to see the responses, which is absolutely ridiculous. In no world does that make sense as a “premium” feature - seeing responses is quite literally THE sole purpose of making a form in the first place. Now I’m stuck because I sent out a form and I can’t see the results without giving these tricksters my payment info. So frustrating! Im usually so careful and I can’t believe I was fooled.

Right after I downloaded this, I “ran out of storage,” and it keeps begging me to pay, and I don’t want to. Don’t get this app.
Not the best
Having an app for Google forms is great as I don’t have to use continuously use it on my search engine but I can’t even see my responses at all! In order to see my responses I have to upgrade and pay $6 a week or $40 a year! That’s ridiculous! Plus on top of that, 30 seconds after opening the app, I get hit with an ad! I would NOT recommend this to anyone else.

SCAM! NOT ACTUALLY GOOGLE FORMS! Predatory behavior 😭
This is a predatory app that appears to look like Google Forms, but is NOT Google forms. It even has the look of Google forms, but I learned the hard way that it is not. It is flooded with ads and doesn’t let you review your responses without paying for a subscription! I did not realize it was not Google forms until I sent it out and starting receiving responses, that I can’t even look at without paying. Go back and find Google forms this is not it!
Have to pay to see results
I would not get this app, you can’t see the results without paying a lot of money for the app. This is a scam other apps do the same thing and have more access.

what in the world is the point of this if you can’t see your responses and have to PAY to see the responses at all. i get paying for other features and for no ads but this is absolutely useless if i can’t see any of the responses. i wish i knew this before creating forms that people have already responded to.

Non functional if you don’t agree to at least a trial of pro. The app won’t let you do anything you can do on a browser without an obnoxious, unskippable ad for Pro and if you close it you cannot continue.

Unfortunately you have to give a star to submit a review, this app is pointless and do not waste your time!!! You can create a form for free but to see the results you have to pay a premium (which is not cheap!!!). Truly pathetic of these developers. This app is good if you are a teacher in Loudon county Virginia who makes money and are extremely lazy.

DONT GET THIS APP - Fake google form and it cost money
It cost money to use and is totally not the real google form . Now because I already sent an email out to 800 people and I can’t simply send a second one I have to pay for one week of premium… I’d like to be repaid but I doubt that a scammer will do that.
Survey monkey doesn’t even make you pay to see results
Thought it was going to be great because it was part of Google. Created the survey just to find out that you have to subscribe to see your results.

Absolute Garbage
App constantly crashes, so hopefully you're a fan of constantly hitting the "save" button. And even if you do save your progress, good luck, because it'll just tell you there is an error saving. After my 5th time of signing in I just called it quits. Sign-in to use the app, sign-in again to save, want to preview? Sign-in again. I feel like I've been scammed into just giving over my email password at this point. Waste of time. Thankfully I got a 3 day free trial before being charged.

Horrible cesspool of an app
Ads every 2 seconds. Only 1% of the features in normal Google forms. Sometimes the ads completely block the page and you need to fully restart the app. I don't think this was designed by google. It is an absolute garbage app
Doesn't save when I get done
Title says it all, every time I get finished making the form it fails to save. I have tried using my data and my WiFi and nevertheless it failed.

Have to pay to do anything
It makes no sense how you can make and share the forms but you are unable to see responses without paying either $5 a week or $29 a year which is unreasonable if someone wishes to make a form for anything.

Respectfully, what is the point of making the app if you have to pay to see the results? I get that some features you have to pay for but it’s extremely inconvenient considering that the desktop version you used to be able to see the results without needing to pay. It just seems unnecessary. And also just seems like a cash grab considering the fact that people take the time out of their days to MAKE the form, might as well be able to see what the answers are. It’s a waste of time :/

I downloaded this and didn’t pay attention that it was not by google. My stupidity. I followed instructions to delete the app from my App Library and there is no way to DELETE the app as I can with all my other apps. Very frustrated. Will need to call Apple Supoprt. UGH

Awful
Does not respond well, does not save progress (even when manually saved), very poor design and function. Also does not correctly save titles and questions.
Glitchy 3rd party app
Often refuses to save progress. Sometimes keyboard doesn’t work when typing answers. Keyboard occasionally covers the typing box.
Scam
Scam, don’t download or agree to anything. App Store, please start addressing and removing all of these fake Google Forms apps. This is getting out of hand.
