The App is riddled with Glitches
This is the most chaotic App to use. Continues to tell me to check my internet connection, daily check ins keep resetting to day one, and experiencing problems with the app freezing up. Experiencing issues with being able to finish a daily lesson and move on, often having to exit the app and restart my iPad for anything to happen. I have discontinued use of Fortify.
Literally takes forever to load.

Customer support is very slow. Ally mode doesn’t work. Some goals don’t populate after you’ve made them.

Glitchy piece of garbage
This app might be helpful to aiding with sexual sobriety if it ever worked. Unreliable is an understatement, data constantly gets lost and features can be spotty.

Unusable
Absolutely love this app, but with all the new updates it has only gotten more difficult to use. Now for example I cannot even log back into my account which I have payed for. I contacted impact suites but they never reply and it has been well over a monthly with multiple attempts to try and get help and log back in.
Not functional
I made my account and tried to do the daily check in. On one of the questions I couldn't press any of the buttons. Then I tried using the journal and I couldn't get off of the screen when I was done. I had the same problems even when I restarted the app.
Stay Away
Recent update is terrible. Totally threw me in a funk w/ the recovery journey I was on.
New Update Is Horrible
I’ve using the app for years now but the newest update is horrible, the interface used to be very user friendly and organized but now it’s a total mess and on top of that it crashes and has some type of bug.Would be great if y’all could fix it or maybe go back to the old version which it was great!
I started this a week ago
I have been able to successfully log into the app 2 times and both times there were errors in the app, im currently locked out of the app and cant access what im paying for. If you're doing updates communicate that to your patrons
New Update is Terrible
The new update is incredibly slow and glitchy. I can’t even use the app anymore. Plus it deleted all my tracked days and data. Old version was much better

app doesn’t work
i downloaded the app for the first time today, i was excited. but when i tried to open the app it kept crashing. it doesn’t even lemme in. it keeps crashing.

Couldn’t change my password
I get suddenly logged out of my account, and I misplaced the password but when I tried to go beyond to reset it, I couldn’t.
Without forking over money its a lifeless sim app
The whole thing felt fake and was filled with nothing but animations and AI generated questions and blocked areas hounding you to subscribe

Bugs need attention ASAP
This app is great when it works. However, the daily trackers are so glitchy that it is pushing new people away, and long time users are getting more and more frustrated. Please fix this new update.
Can’t create account
I need the help but every time I’ve tried to download this app and create an account I get stuck on the creating account loading screen.
Can’t sign up
Have tried 3 different times to sign up and at the end of all the questioning, it just sits on a load screen for hours at times.

Would be good if I could use the app
Literally every time I install the app it works the first time I open it. From there it crashes every time I try to open it again. Would love to start using this app as I need the help, but it never works. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it’s always the same thing
Feels super invasive
Was very interested in the app. Immediately opened the app and it asked for my first name. Red flag number one. Then it asked for my second name. Red flag number 2. I figured I could deal with using a fake name. Then it goes on to ask for an email address. How laughable. There’s no reason why I shouldn’t be able to remain anonymous on this app. I never even made it to the Home Screen. Not a single other app I have requires any information even remotely that personal. I would give zero stars if it would allow me to.

This wouldn’t be so bad, except that the app frequently glitches after I have finished a daily check in or updating a journal entry, saying the check in has failed and to try again later. This is frustrating because everything I spent time writing is gone, and I have frequently lost 20+ minutes of work this way. If I wasn’t so happy with other aspects of the app I would have moved on a long time ago, but it could be hugely improved by even just adding a feature that takes you back to the entry and prompts you to copy it if there is an error in saving it.

New Aug 2023 Update Issue
The newest updated interface doesn’t allow users to edit previous days on tracking your daily setbacks/victories. I only ever track the NEXT day because how do I know if the full day was a victory before it’s even over?

Use to be great but now it’s not.
I’ve had this app for about 3 years. It used to be very good. Very stable and the content was informative and helpful. It’s gone down hill lately though. I don’t know what’s going on but the platform has been buggy and lately unusable on the website end. It’s like they release an update about improvements and one side doesn’t work anymore. If the website works, the app has bugs. If the app works, the website has bugs. It damages the value provided by the app and for that reason I can’t use it reliably anymore. It’s a shame too because it used to be really good.
Ally Review
I signed up as an ally for a friend who has found the app and the program very helpful. As an ally, there are a lot of options for me to help track my friends progress and give encouragement and support when they are struggling. However, very few of those features work on the apps (I have both iPad and iPhone) as well as on the website. I can’t see the well-being analytics, daily tracker data, victory streak, badges or coins my friend earned, even though I check them, and can see them in I log in as my friend. It seems like there are quite a few bugs for the ally experience.
Incoherent from the jump
The 18-question opening quiz is straight bush league. Every question is about frequencies and habits, but the answers have nothing to do with frequency or regularity or consistency. Instead, the app asks you to respond with adjectives about quality. To questions about frequency.
If a doctor asked you, “How often do you exercise?” and you responded with any of the options Fortify forces you to choose from in their opening questionnaire (like good, poor, or excellent), the doctor would probably think you misunderstood or are trying to dodge the question.
What am I supposed to select when the question is “How often do you eat healthy meals?” and the only available responses are adjectives like poor, fair, good, very good, etc.? None of those are a meaningful response to that question or any question of the same category.
Right away this app screams “bad UI/UX.” It’s thoughtless design that gives a poor to fair first impression at best. I would rather find support anywhere other than Fortify

Main function does nor work
The app is okay, one of the the main functions of being able to create and complete goals does not work for me, I cannot swipe right to complete goals. I contacted customer service they asked me to send screenshots which I did, and I got a generic response that said they are aware of the problem and thank you for your patience. Other than that the talks are okay, heavy on statistics, but for all of the other services like messaging a coach they want you to pay another subscription on top of what you paid already. To me it is too expensive for what it offers, which is essentially a podcast on different subjects, an online forum among users, and a check-in. (With the goals non-functional for me). Will cancel after my first month.
Getting worse and worse
The bottom line for me is - you can’t even use the daily tracker without the app glitching and lose data
Great App Originally
I’ve enjoyed this app, I’m sad to see that it’s turned into a paid subscription to be in a community. Isn’t the point to have a community with this app? I got back on after having not struggled in a while - yet now, there’s a payment needed so I can talk to others with similar issues. I hope this returns to its origins. I can keep track/journal of how many times I mess up without the app, I can’t talk to others without it…

The activity section isn’t working right lately I don’t see when people reply to my comments or when they like my comments.
Bugs
First off, I’m grateful for what you guys do. Here are some bugs I can’t get past: Most journal entries aren’t saving when it says they’re saved. The few ones that do save are on the wrong date.
