Hice una compra por $2.99 para una pregunta express , espero casi 2 hrs y cancele el pedido ya que era 2da vez que la asesora EMPERATRIZ no contestó la pregunta , PERO SI SE COBRATIN LOS $2.99 y no hubo reembolso . Espero mi dinero me sea devuelto con un crédito para poder hacer una nueva pregunta .

Worst app ever. The “Psychics/Witches” they talk to you very pretty and happy that everything’s ok, everything’s beautiful etc etc. but they never really go in depth with the truth they only tell you what you wanna hear and get people hooked into this. When in reality I have a real relative that is able to know everything without using cards, and out of all the 3 years I’ve had this app and this “psychics/witches” they never ever told me that I had actual REAL witchcraft! I’ve had REAL witchcraft for 3 years and it’s the same time in which I’ downloaded this app and the mean time I had it. Not saying it was them the ones they did that to me I know who did that to me, which is a person from my personal life. What pisses me off is that NONE of this “witches/psychics” never told me that in the mean time I’ve had this app I had witchcraft on me. And none of the dozens of the readers I’ve had none of them ever told me I had witchcraft on me, none of them! They only tell you “oh everything’s gonna be ok” ‘everything is pretty and flowers’ everything is pretty, everything is perfect in your future and they sugar coat it. And also I knew I had a hacker in my back also someone from my personal life, And I’ve asked that to other readers and they told me everything is ok he’s just bluffing he’s not doing anything to your phone; when in REALITY HE WAS HACKING MY PHONE AND MY PERSONAL STUFF. I would not recommend this app to anyone, and I would like all my money back! I want my money back so if y’all could send me an email or some way of contacting I would really appreciate it, I’ll be waiting. Thank you!

Update: I have reached out to this person named “Anna” and I have yet to receive an response back! If you care about your money and not being lied to please save your money and go somewhere that had reputable psychics and services.
I have dealt with too many of these “psychics” scamming! They will tell many lies and often times tell you to go with your intuition instead actually providing insight. They will refuse to refund your money as well! I had a session with Lata in which she lied and was saying my husband was cheating on me! Then the more I started questioning her and paying money for her to provided me more details she kept lying and lying then finally she tells me to follow my intuition! Saying if my intuition believes he is cheating then he is and if my intuition says he is not cheating he is not cheating! These people are not psychic whatsoever! And tarot cards do not provided insight as these tools can speak about the card puller’s life as well. So perhaps her husband is the one cheating on her and that’s why she confused my reading. Nevertheless do not use this scam app!

This app is negative I feel they don’t tell you the truth
Since Hazel thinks that’s she’s good and accurate, which I thought she was telling me the truth at first, but then I tricked her, I asked her a question pretending that I didn’t know, and she got it wrong, so these people tell you negative stuff so download something else.

Slim pickings choose Smita
Smita is the best psychic hands down. Her readings have been accurate and she’s fast. There is one reader on the app that has been there for a long time. her readings for me were the same exact wording. Meaning.. I got a reading from her 2 years ago, a year ago and last month about different people and they were the same exact reading word for word. Kinda like she copied and pasted. I won’t put her name on here because I don’t want this review to affect her job but it’s suspect. But smita is the best very compassionate and so is hazel but she’s blunt.
Fake Psychics
Hazel is a horrible reader. She told me the same lie over and over again for years about a man of interest wanting to have a serious committed relationship with me. Years later, it still hasn’t happened.

They literally make you pay to ask questions and then they don’t even answer your questions simply because you don’t ask the question a certain way...and they have the nerve to ask you to pay more money to ask more questions. They didn’t answer mine because I didn’t put my name, birthday, and she in the question even though it’s literally in my bio lol...Seems like a scam if you ask me. Really not happy with it.

Felt like I was being attacked by Hazel
I really liked this app at first and even went to an advisor that a few people in the reviews recommended. It seemed like the advisor I went to had something against me from the start. I confided in her about problems I was having with my boyfriend and him lying to me, saying hurtful things to me and disrespecting me and the relationship with other women and she basically blamed me and said I’m pushing him away that’s why he’s disrespecting me. I purchased another reading and asked is me pushing him away me confronting him about doing disrespectful things to me and telling him that those things hurt me, and she said yes. She was basically victim shaming. She kept siding with him disrespecting me when that’s not what readers are supposed to do. It’s like she was basically telling me that it’s fine for him to look at other women and I need to stop saying things to him and It’s my fault by bringing it up. She told me not to take it out on her because of my doing. I haven’t done a thing to this man but be faithful and patient but somehow she attacked me and is saying I’m in fault. I didn’t care for her at all and my feelings were hurt even more. I just decided to delete the app.

This company is only interested in making money. They charge $4.00 for a “reading” and pay the people that do the readings under fifty cents per reading. They have no understanding of anything psychic and are ONLY interested in exploitation of the consumer. They are nothing more than a pimp, making money off people’s neediness. The entire app is a sham and a complete waste of money. Go to a reputable psychic and pay them a fair amount and get a real reading. Don’t support this unscrupulous company that doesn’t have a clue and is only out to exploit both its employees and the consumer.

Before you register, they make it seemed like there’s a free part of the website or you can ask public question, once you sign up that’s gone! I took advantage of the “promotion” 2 questions for $2.99 for a tarot reader that was available and found it thru a popular Instagram, and never got my answer. Stay away!

App isn’t working for me anymore
So I used to actively use this app and would ask a lot of quick questions which would get helpful responses most the time. but for some reason now every time i try to ask a quick question it doesn’t let me and it says, “hold on, our crystal ball broke but we’re putting it back together” or something like that. it literally just doesn’t let me purchase any questions anymore, it either disappears or it gives me that message i just said. it’s been bothering me because this used to be a go to app and now it just physically does not let me ask questions anymore, i’ve tried everything like deleting and reinstalling the app and resetting my phone etc.
