In-app Purchases are a Scam
Buyer beware. This game uses highly deceptive and manipulative tactics with several events, namely the Unknown Omen event, to force players to spend far more money than they should for advancement. To obtain chance currency for the event you have to purchase specifically structured packages, that only give a limited chance to obtain reward currency. However, in order to obtain enough reward currency the player has to purchase the most expensive packages. This is not clear, and a limited number of low cost packages are offered to suck the player in. The cost for the reward is set so high that it is near impossible to obtain without purchasing the most expensive packages. Further limiting the ability to obtain the desired reward, the reward currency is reset after the event, something that is not as clear as it should be. Heaven forbid you don’t spend all of the currency, then it is converted to other currency for pennies on the dollar. This is a terrible gambling scam and I feel the game should be banned from the Apple Store for it. Stay away from this game.

This is NOT a game about the book Foundation
When the show came out, I saw this game ad. I like the game interaction in the ad. However, when I downloaded this game expecting a Foundation storyline, there is no mention of key characters like Harry Seldon. It’s just another wannabe strategy game where the ad draws you in and the gameplay is totally different.
Another upgrade template game
So many games made from this template! Last furious, the newest one, age of origins, Kingshot, etc. Endless building upgrades, lots of tapping, no real gameplay. Please stop making games with this template!

Steer clear of this game. You can log out with your ships inside the hub and even if you log in only minutes later guess what? Your ship is going to be outside of the hub where people are able to attack you. I started playing this game from day 1 and finally decided to call it quits. The developers are so greedy and you can tell by the gambling style tactics they use in their pay-to-win mechanisms, I was continually surprised by just how much more greedy they could be. “Here’s a gift for you…” oh its just the ability to purchase a loot box with undetermined prizes, this is not how gifts work. Don’t start this game unless you want a gambling addiction. I’m serious, STAY AWAY. These types of games are an affront to the gaming community.
Not fun once you hit level 10
I played the game and thought it was enjoyable. Then came level 10. Once you hit this level, other players can attack you. The players who attack you are going to have 10 times your power, sick up resources, destroys ships and support craft, and the same players can attack you over and over as much as they want. Not a fun game unless you want to spend an insane amount of real money (which I don’t) just to survive. The steep learning curve of definitely not worth the enjoyable level of this game. The repetitive gameplay is bad enough, but this bully factor was the final straw for me. There’s enough other games out there that are similar to this but have built in protection from players like this. This game, unfortunately, has no such protections.

I have played this game for about 6 months and tried to be very patient with the developers as they attempted to make improvements. Overall gameplay is glitchy. Developers will not listen to recommendations. I would not recommend this game to anyone. Devs are focused on making money and not on improving gameplay. This is a 100% pay to win game.

I have been playing this game for the last few weeks now, and at first I enjoyed it. The game gives you quite a bit at first to make you feel invited and that you will not have to spend money. But just this last week I have seen players go from 3 mil power to over 15 mil. Even if you are active a lot you do not get rewarded enough to make progress that fast. Which leaves you open to get attacked consistently by other players that put money down. What happened to when games could just be played without having to spend hundreds of dollars to maintain. I even hit a block where I had to wait 3 days just to beat one mission. The game needs to be more fluid than that or you will lose the players that just want to play the game for fun and don’t have whales money. Also why invest in a mobile game that will fall off after a while? Don’t download this unless you want to blow money on something that will be irrelevant in a day. Worth an uninstall right now that’s about it….

This game only caters to people who spend lots of money, if you have a game issue they tell you to build a stronger fleet meaning spend more money. Long story short find another game to play unless you’re will to spend 10s of thousands. At that point you would be stupid to invest that much money in something that gives no money back. Be smart don’t waste time on this game.

Could be a lot of fun but way too restrictive and linear with way too much hand holding.

The game has been a lot of fun and there are not many like it in the specific theme and game play.
However recently with the SvS event things have started falling apart severely.
The event itself is killing the server population with its very poor rewards for high cost.
And worse than that, there has been 4 straight days of game breaking bugs.
They are one of the few games that attempt to remove points/items from when bugs happen and they don’t remove them all properly and then lie about having done so, and even lied again by saying they verified they did and yet we can still blatantly tell they didn’t remove them all correctly.

The game was nothing like the advertisements. At all. Became monotonous super fast. It’s all going to depend on what guild you’re in. It’s not just a relaxing game. Sorry, not what I signed up for and not going to sink money into it as much as they want especially when it’s false advertising.
Updates give with one hand and take with the other.
Recent updates have made the client very unstable. App crashes while doing mundane tasks. Then it can take a lot to get logged back in. I’m on 2gig fiber and it claims the network is unstable. I spend more time trying to get in than actually playing recently.
Kicks you out every 45 seconds
I would play a lot more if I could stay logged in. I tried resetting the app, my tablet andeverything else and still kicks me off. After the last update it has gotten worse.
