Could not suck more if they tried
This should be a simple app. Select photos and send. These idiots have over-complicated it to the point of being indable. Sorry, Mom, no pics for you!
Doesn’t convert HEVC videos
I have iPhone 17 and I have lot of 4k 60fps HDR video clips. This app will not convert them to my brand new Pexar digital frame. I have other screen with UHALE app and it converts them fine. Stay away from this app unless you use older video formats with some quality loss i.e.. no HDR support and bigger video files.
Terrible
This is probably the first negative review I’ve ever written for an app, but it is incredibly frustrating. How can you build an app that claims to upload pictures when you can’t even do that? SO. SLOW and doesn’t respond to anything
Used to be great
My 3rd frame arrived today. The first two had Frameo boxes, this has a Pastigo box. I’m not sure if the differences are confusing the app, but I can’t upload photos to the new frame. We can upload from my husbands phone, so doesn’t seem to be the hardware. Still makes it unusable.
Freezes like crazy
Bought the Frameo+ app and initially it worked brilliantly, but now (10 minutes later) every group of photos I send “freeze” in the sending process! Not happy at all! Paid for the app so I could send up to 100 photos at a time but it only seems to work if you send just a few photos at once. And noooo it’s not our network. I live with a Network Administrator!! Would not recommend!
Don’t recommend
This app used to be free so you could see what photos were on your frame directly from the app and edit them from the app. You now have to pay a monthly subscription to do that and they updated that without any notification. Better off buying a different frame without a subscription, such as an Aura frame.
Easy to start difficult to maintain
Easy to start downloading photos. Then shortly after install it unconnected from internet and now refuses to operate properly.
Newsletter emails are also inappropriate for my taste, but thats personal not technical.

Horrible
Horrible app. Doesn't allow you to adjust the photos to zoom in or out unless you fill the frame. Can't access any features unless you upgrade to premium. Horrible do not recommend
Don’t pay for the subscription because you can’t upload 100 photos!
I paid for the subscription for the ease of uploading a bunch of photos at once. It refuses to upload at once. The max that it could work well is about 10 photos. Even that is unreliable too. Worthless subscription!
