QR code immediately expires so you can’t actually sync the app to it. Don’t waste your money or time with this

It’s absolute trash. Got this for my dad’s funeral. I was able to add a few pictures. Then I added the subscription so I can add more than ten pics at once. I started scanning and downloading pictures from albums, fb, WhatsApp. All saved to my photo album. But none of them would appear in the app to upload. I restarted both the device and my phone. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. It’s so frustrating. Not something I want to deal with while mourning.

This app needs some huge upgrades!
I’ve had the most difficult time getting my photos to send to the frame. It’s very inconsistent. Also, why is there not an option to display the date the photo was taken rather than the date it was sent to the frame? A picture from 4 years ago is displaying a date from today and it is so incredibly annoying. I shouldn’t have to caption every single photo with the date it was taken when the frame can see that information, but just won’t display it.
Notifications
Do not add features that I cannot turn on/off individually. I do not want your new notifications. Just do your job, send pictures to the Frame, nothing else.
Frustrated
None of my photos are sending to the frame. I have followed all of the instructions and I am connected to the frame from my phone. It says I am sending them and there is nothing showing up.
Can’t set up new account
Set up new account feature is down, it always shows message: you are offline” but my internet connection is good
Always offline
It drops offline alllll the time. It’s horrible. You have to reboot several times and even after that, it doesn’t always work.
Frustrating - difficult to sync
App keeps showing a previous image when attempting to sync new batches on 10, months after that previous image was synced. Hate that everything we buy these days comes with a subscription. Free version is SUPER annoying. Would buy an app but NOT going to perpetually pay for amp that will end up costing more than the frame. Looking for a new solution.
