Disheartening
I have been a customer for years and have never had an issue but last year I purchased a memorial garden stone and I am beyond disheartened with both the product and customer service.
This item used exactly as intended has completely deteriorated to the point where the memorial details are unreadable. What makes this worse is the customer service reps acknowledged that it should withstand well over a year however offered no solutions such as a replacement or refund for their poor quality item, they said to just buy a new one.
Very saddened that something so deeply personal could be dismissed so easily by this company and I would ask others to use caution before proceeding with purchases.

Horrible AI assistant
This company relies far too heavily on AI and will lose my business because of it. The AI chat assistant is unhelpful and unintelligent. It told me a T shirt that has not even been printed is expected to arrive tomorrow. The human response isn’t much better and you’re better off using CVS photos for your photo gifts.

Three Ruined Blankets and Zero Quality Control
Absolutely awful experience. I ordered a custom blanket and not once, not twice, but THREE times the blankets arrived messed up because of errors on their end. After wasting so much time going back and forth with customer service, their solution was to send yet another replacement instead of simply fixing the issue properly or refunding me immediately.
I even paid extra for expedited shipping and still dealt with mistake after mistake. Having to give incorrect blankets as gifts was embarrassing and incredibly frustrating. The quality control is clearly nonexistent if the same order can be ruined multiple times in a row.
Customer service kept saying they “couldn’t fix it” even though the mistakes were caused by their own system. At this point I have completely lost confidence in this company and will never order from this app again. Save yourself the stress and order elsewhere.

I purchased the magnet strips and they were supposed to arrive 3/30/26 but they never came. I requested a reprint and they refused. Now I’m disputing the charge through the bank. What a mess!

Absolute Scam site and app! They stole money from my account for an order I placed and NEVER RECEIVED! The “help” /customer service took DAYS TO RESPOND WITH A LIE THAT IT WAS CANCELLED AND REFUNDED!! Will be reporting to the BBB.

My order was placed 2 weeks ago I have messaged them 3 times now a they have been far from helpful. The last time I messaged them they told me that they couldn’t refund me because the order had been shipped, but the delivery date was 11 days ago.
Don’t buy from them!
Something has changed and I will no longer order things here. I have had orders in the past that were great, but when I received my order earlier this week, the print quality was awful, it looked entirely washed out and as if the printer was running out of ink- I started the process for a reprint and that is where things went off the rails and became infuriating enough that I’m taking the time to write a review. I was given the run around for 4 days and multiple communications with bots and AI service people and maybe real people, I’m not sure. I had to request the same thing and share the same info and photos multiple times, there doesn’t seem to be any real communication between whomever I was “talking” to. After being told twice I could have my items reprinted I was then told it was not possible, but I needed to submit yet another request to have a refund started. They also never got my name correct, despite my having written it in various communications and being in my email signature: I was called Erin and then Mr etc, I don’t know what is going on over there but they are not the company they used to do. Save your money and sanity and go somewhere else. This has been beyond frustrating and still has not been resolved and we are 5 days in which is insane! Stay away!

DO NOT USE THIS APP OR SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. Hi, real person here and not a bot spamming 5 stars. Any of these companies that are app only and don’t have a way for you to contact support without going through their app that asks for WAY too much information from your phone is already a huge red flag. Tmobile supporting this company is laughable. This was free and I already never want to spend another dime with them. I put in my order, then deleted my account… their app couldn’t handle that and cancelled the entire order because I uninstalled their app before it arrived. ANOTHER red flag. Bad app, bad company, 1 star isn’t low enough.
Awful customer service!!
I am EXTREMELY upset with this company!! I made an order, when I received my order the name on one of my items was COMPLETELY wrong! I’ve been trying to contact someone to fix the issue. All I’ve been able to do is try the awful AI customer service. My item was supposed to be reviewed to see if I have been able to get a remake of my item! I have waited with NO email or assistance!! Now I’m stuck with a product with someone else’s name! I’m so disappointed with my first ever order from Free Print Gifts!
Hard to navigate
My project disappeared after it took me over an hour to make my collage. I have had this happen before. I don’t want to have to start over. Your app is difficult to navigate. That’s why I quit ordering from you 😔
Bait and switch continued
I had a free blanket offer to my personal email. It offered a free 30x40 blanket. Again it was offered to my email. I spent 90 minutes putting the collage together. But when I logged in to order, BECAUSE I used my email, they jacked the price up to $39. Is that’s not bait and switch? How can they do tactics such as this? What a waste of time! They used an email of a recognized established customer but then once I logged in, because I was established, not new, they said I don’t quality. They emailed me and asked me to remove my review but offered no solution to the false ad. They said they use established emails to promote new clients as a way to gain app usage. So basically they agreed it was fake. 5/19/25 Updated- they apologized stating they caused the confusion by their deceptive new offer to established customers so I asked if $25 was worth losing a customer. No reply. I guess to them it is. Wow.

No human customer service
I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for two weeks now. I have not received my order and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone about it. The app keeps on telling me that it will send me an email when somebody reviews the order but I haven’t gotten aaaanything!!!! I even asked the AI robot to refund me my money. What does it say? A human will be contacting me in an email… But yet nothing. So incredibly frustrated.

Grainy Pictures
Really disappointed. I’ve ordered from FreePrints before and the quality was good. First time ordering from Gifts and the magnet I got (and ordered 6 of for family) was all grainy. Every single pic of the 8 pictures were all grainy and not clear at all.
False advertising
I downloaded this app for a free blanket the blanket was completely free but the shipping was $16.85 I don’t understand why the shipping is so much but on freeprint it’s like $3.85 and if it says free gifts everything should be free or the shipping could at least be cheap

So Disappointing
I ordered a photo pillow on Dec 4, 2024 for my niece for Christmas. Who unfortunately had to put her best friend, & the most precious dog (who she’s had since she was a baby) down a few months ago. Well, it has never arrived, and when I tried to contact someone about it all I got was a stupid A.I who could do nothing to help me. I guess speaking to an actual human being is too much to ask for. Which is very disappointing because I’ve ordered several items from this app before and I’ve always been extremely satisfied with my purchase. So to have this happen and not be able to speak to an actual human being about where my item is and getting no resolution at all is not only frustrating but also disappointing. The thing is that I am not an unreasonable person I know things happen especially during the month of December and packages can get loss in the chaos of things. All I wanted was to be able to speak to a human being and find a solution to the situation.
Almost not worth
Spent several hours trying to create my free calendar only because the App keeps glitching and erasing everything I have created. Won’t allow you to upload pictures to the app and then use those so you have to go back through all your photos again. I can’t even create a free calendar so I definitely won’t be creating the extras I wanted for family.
Never received my order
Ordered an free calendar on December 6 and When I check the app, it says my order should be arriving by December 16. Until today, December 23, I still not received my order. I tried to contact them for requesting them to resend/ reprint my order but never get any response from them. There is no tracking number for paying $8 shipping fee. Very disappointing. Be aware!

I ordered a mug with a picture on it paid for shipping and the price of it $25 for Christmas for a loved one receive the mug. It was literally blank one week ago. I contacted Support no help. They said they would be in touch now it’s a week later. I’ve contacted them again for Christmas. I need this and literally no support

My heart photo is very cute, but it has fallen off both my magnet board and my fridge several times. I’ve tried to reattach the magnet each time but it doesn’t hold. I am very displeased with this product.

I ordered May 31 said be here weeks ago just not got to local p.o. A graduation picture and now there is no mail tomorrow and I won’t even see it until late Friday. Seriously disappointed in the communication and lying about arrival.
