If something is messed up…. They will flat tell you it is your fault and they are not to blame. They started out as a fairly good run company but no longer do I see them as customer friendly!

I have asked for them to send it 4 times because it hasn’t sent. I recheck the address multiple times and it’s right and I just asked for another reprint. It will not send I’m not gonna keep repaying

The book making was totally too difficult to use. It was a pain to remove and add pictures and to design the pages in the way that I wanted it to be. Very disappointed.
Front of photo book not acceptable

Poor quality
With the amount of money I spent on my photobook I would expect the quality to be a lot better. It’s a rip off if you don’t opt in for all the options they don’t make it easy for the book to come out nice unless you keep adding options.

I ordered one of these for my boyfriend for his birthday and our anniversary and it never came, so then the AI said I can do a lost in transit return, so I just remade it and even paid for the express shipping and never got anything..
Joke
Downloaded today first time using the app made 160 page book with over 900 photos customized everything went to purchase kept getting an error message finally reached out to their AI support. They blamed everything on being my phone no help at all. Complete joke did everything they wanted me to do again went back in to try one more time erased all of my work put every photo to one page so I had 160 photos on 160 pages absolute joke, waste of time.
Not worth it
I tried to get one of these for my friend for our friend anniversary- ordered it once, never came in, so i messaged them and asked for my photos to sent again (i was told they could remake it with no charge), i was told they’d send it within those 2 days, never got my book back.
Late
My order should have arrived 2/14 now it’s 2/22 and still not delivered

I ordered full page pictures and someone in your place decides to make small clusters on one page. Wtf

Omg this app is very bad bc I thought I would get a FREE book first but no my total was 8.99 and if said I was getting one for FREE
I don’t like the book
I downloaded the app to get my free book but it kept saying i had to pay for it but the advertisement say I was free and free shipping so I want my free shipping and my free book bc it was for my auntie who was basically killed
Never arrived
I ordered a book on January 13th and it still has yet to arrive. The app does not provide a working tracking number so you aren’t even able to track your order even though they give you the option too. They made me reorder my book because it didn’t ever come in at all and didn’t give me a refund or any sort of compensation because of their mistakes.
Free photo book for Vivian

Used to Love it until now
The app stop working for me in last 3 months. Most recently trying to ‘checkout’ it goes into the loop of retrying and nothing happens. Deleted and reinstalling, nothing.
