Please keep in mind that despite the 85 free photos a month, you will still have to pay for shipping which is $10. I paid $10 for the pictures and an extra $14 to get it delivered on a saturday, they didnt deliver it on saturday. they told me that the prints would arrive on tuesday, it did not come on Tuesday either. so the ai bot that they provide said i can request a refund for the $14 i paid, I did and they denied it twice. Dont waste your time or your money.

T-shirt Picture
My shirt came all creased in areas that will not come out. Not happy at all. Also you cannot iron it out -so I won’t be able to wear this out as planned.

How prints have changed
I have been ordering from free prints for the past four months extremely happy with the service this month when I go to order my prints it’s taking me days to try to figure out my last pictures. Printed there used to be a little muck in the corner that said print already this month they remove that and you cannot call customer service. You could only write to them and the explanation I was given go to my old pictures printed and figure out from there what I printed I’ve written to them, asking them to speak to them and nobody calls you back or nobody contact you to call they just give you the same old AI information over and over for this reason this is the last month I’ll be ordering from this company. I will look for another company that does free prints and hopefully that works out even better. Thank you
Clarity
I had a little more than 85 pictures printed. On my phone the picture is clear, sharp quality . Printed are dark, cloudy and not a full pictures as on my phone. I won’t be using anymore. I’ll go to my local CVS to print.
Not so Good
I sent a disgruntlement when I ordered the last book. I told you about some other problems like with my daughter’s wedding pictures! Now I find mistakes in this one. My granddaughter’s pose in this picture is so cute but you put mostly the top of her head!! Very disappointing
Very upset
I ordered 6 posters and payed 40 dollars, they gave me 3 of the same print that I removed from the order several times. I bought two big posters that came tiny and I payed full price, they took forever to arrive and I won’t be ordering again
