85 prints don’t work
Every time I try to redeem my 85 free prints it only allows one print to be paid for free. I have went on this app several times trying to redeem these 85 free prints and every time I get to the checkout, it says 84 pay and one free what am I missing? Nothing cause I will be going somewhere else.

Would not credit back free prints
I have been with FreePrints for at least a decade. I order each month. This last order came back terrible quality, blurry, pixelated. I was able to return the photos and received a refund, BUT their customer service REFUSED to credit back my 85 prints for the month, even if I were to do an exact reprint.
I am highly disappointed with this company now whom I have loved for the past 10 years.

These are the worst photo quality I have ever seen. I am deeply disappointed in this outcome.

Excellent way to order prints! And they arrived fast! Very happy. (I accidentally only rated one star but I meant 5 stars!!!)

Paid for Expedite
I order pictures and paid 10.00 for expedite and 2 other orders I had standard shipping. The expedite order still hasn’t arrived but the other 2 has. I requested a refund for the expedite charges and was told no and they can’t reprint them for free for another 4 days which puts my expedite order 10 days to deliver! What a joke.
Frustrated.
My app won’t disconnect my old Facebook. I’ve deleted it out of existence out of my phone, deactivated my accounts and made new free prints account and it still keeps connecting a Facebook that is not even on my phone. I’ve been dealing with this for a month. It’s frustrating and all I get it a stupid AI messenger to assist me in failing ideas to get it removed which makes me wonder why is my old Facebook saved on the app even though I have made and deactivated several accounts.
Not worth it anymore
I’ve used this app for almost 10 years and now it is entirely run by AI chat bots, shipping is expensive and takes WEEKS when it used to be delivered within 5 days of ordering for a very reasonable shipping cost. They send incomplete orders and refuse to reprint or refund. Spent $50 on large prints and haven’t received any. Customer service can’t resolve because they aren’t human. I’m going to FedEx print from now on where I can speak to humans.
Disappointed
I ordered three sets of pictures and I only got one out of the three. This is the first time I ordered from this company and I was so excited to get pictures but when I got only of set and still haven’t gotten the other two I’m far from sad I’m disappointed. Plus they don’t have ship access to see where it is or how far it is from your house which is also very annoying. I just want my other two sets of pictures and I don’t know if I will be ordering from yall again.

what a scam, my package never arrived and it took forever to “ship.” honestly sick of waiting but the stupid AI is useless. start providing a USPS tracking number or something gosh

I have made two separate orders for prints on the app and I have never received them. I had to keep reordering them but they still never came in. Support just told me to keep waiting for a later date and when I would follow up on the later date it would just keep getting pushed back with no tracking update. I 100% DO NOT recommend ordering your prints through them. It almost seems like a scam.
Add an item $1 shipping
Added an item for a dollar. The item was “free” the total came up over $7. Shipping is getting hire and hire on this app. I have bought from FreePrints for years but starting to look elsewhere.
