This used to be my go-to AI email writer, but ever since iOS 26.4 was released, the app keeps crashing. The keyboard feature is broken, and there hasn't been an update to fix the issue. If you're on iOS 26.3 or later, I recommend avoiding it. It seems like the app has been abandoned. 😔 The latest official iOS update is 26.4; it's not a beta.

It’s a good app for essays and all but when you try to cancel, they’re not gonna let you cancel and when you do cancel, they still charge you and when you try to find somebody to talk to you or email which I have numerous times no reply. there’s no phone number you emailed them numerous times and they still try to charge you. I’ve already contacted my bank. I’ve blocked them and deleted the app and had to install just to contact them

Dev has conducted himself rather like a petty swindler, peddling an app so hopelessly defective it has remained unfixed for months, despite repeated requests-and not so much as a hint of a refund. I was obliged to involve my credit-card provider, complete with photographic evidence, to demonstrate the thing simply doesn’t function. Several others downloaded it on separate accounts and encountered precisely the same faults, rendering the app entirely unusable. Even then, the developer refused to engage. One would be well advised to steer clear!
Continually attempts to charge without authorization
I do not have a subscription to this app. I cannot get anyone to respond to me and you attempt to charge me $6.99 multiple times a day under different categories and do not respond to any attempts when I reach out. I would not download this app or anything from this company ever unless you want for them to charge you for something that you’re not subscribed to on a weekly basis and they will not respond To comment comments or help finding out why they keep trying to charge me.
Steal money from you
This app steals money and will not cancel when requested. When you ask for a refund they do t respond. Just keep charging. Buyer beware!

I took the subscription and installed the app on my iPhone and set up the keypad on my phone. It was good for 2 days, but now it's asking me to upgrade by paying some amount.
