Customer Support Needed
I’ve been a dedicated user of FROMM and genuinely love the idea of connecting with the artists I support. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been frustrating. I’ve reached out via email regarding an issue with my account and have yet to receive a single response. As fans, we invest our time, money, and emotions into this platform, so the lack of communication feels really disappointing.
Please prioritize customer support - it’s the bridge between fans and artists, and it deserves the same care and attention. I really hope this gets resolved soon, because I want to continue enjoying the platform without unnecessary stress

Horribly organized company
They have received complaints from people and haven’t done anything to change it or improve on it. Overall they’re not really organized for events or anything.

subscription was expired before the expiration date
It’s frustrating that my subscription was expired before the expiration date and it even happened twice!! What even more frustrating was that the customer service team was unable to understand and solve issues, they don’t explain the reason or refund or fix the bug or anything.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I purchased a Baekhyun Lonsdaleite sweatshirt which was around 60 bucks but with shipping to the US, of course ended up being over 100.00. It shipped on time but ended up going through a sortment issue in the UK. It landed in the US for about 2 days, making it to 2 states then flew back to the UK.
I reached out to Fromm, who then told me to reach out to the courier because they delivered the package to the courier and it's out of their hands, essentially 👀💀
So I contact UPS, who tells me to contact the international UPS, who tells me to contact the UK UPS like my phone bill can't take this and in the end, no one is giving me answers or solutions or calling me back and the item is stuck in "delivery date TBA".
When I tell FROMM I would either like a replacement sent, or a refund. They tell me I can't prove the package is lost............. even though I told them everything that had happened up until that point. And they tell me to contact the UK UPS.
When I tell them I have and crickets, they DON'T RESPOND!
So at this point I'm angry angry. It's been nearly 4 months, I just want my Baekhyun sweatshirt.
I contact UPS again demanding for a manager, I tell them no one's gotten back to me and the seller says they legit can't give me my money. And a manager tells me SOME👀ONE👀 messed up my address and put UK instead of US and that the seller needs to reach out to their local courier about the lost shipment and only then, will a case be opened for me.
So I reach out to FROMM AGAIN and relay the information! Even sent them the phone number to their courier. Oh this time they send a random blank pdf of website coding with my name and address that was clearly quickly typed to look like a website code- telling me "you wrote GB" (uhm I presume that stands for Great Britain??) on your order, you made a mistake on your address so we can't refund you because of customer negligence. I kid you not. They said this.
They said I messed up my own address because the drop down of USA and UK are right next to each other.
Even though I'd sent them screenshots of my order, sending proof that there was no "GREAT BRITAIN" or GB anywhere on the page or in any selection of mine lol! They completely ignored my screenshots, ignored my requests for them to call UPS Korea so I could receive my refund and refused to just send me a new sweatshirt to the correct address that I legitimately have on file.

Horrible app
Signed up for a free trial on browser then tried to use the app only for it to show no history of my order. Used the same email so I didn’t understand why nothing was showing up. It showed no order so I went back to payment to cancel subscription only to find no real option besides deleting my account. Proceeded to follow the website instructions only to be charged for account service that doesn’t even exist anymore! I can’t even log into my account to do anything because I deleted the account. The app just isn’t user friendly and the browser doesn’t really let you do anything without the app.

Awful buggy app
I kept getting error messages when trying to access the app, then it randomly logged me out and I get more errors when I try to log back in. Apparently this is a common issue but it doesn’t seem like the developers care at all.
Super Glitchy
I can’t find anything that I’m paying for when I login with my iPad and Chrome from USA. I keep being asked to purchase again or sent to Fromm store. I do not have time for this, I’m supposed to be having fun, not problems.

I signed up for the artist pre-sale. Total I spent $84 but the issue is that the store is not communicating with my app when I log into the app with the same email information it shows that I have no purchases even though I can see the order when I log into the store. The two are not linked even though it’s the exact same info. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times and never got a response so I had to make a whole new account, but that would mean I have to make the purchase all over again and spend another $84 when I’m not even sure if I’ll get my first payment back.

Glitchy and logs out after 2-3 days
The app has continuously logged me out every 2-3 days despite going in to check messages from the users. When I attempt to log in it states “unknown error has occurred and if it continues to contact customer support through the more tab” but there is no tab to contact customer support. I can’t log in to contact support to figure out why this app continues to log me out. I have to wait 2-3 days AFTER the forced log out to log back in for it to work.

i just subscribed to yves 2 days ago and today the app glitched and logged me out of my account. i tried to log back in but the app only shows the screen to register for an account, which i already have. i just want to log back in to my account. then, if i try to register with the email i have already used, it tells me to contact customer service through the “more” tab… but the “more” tab isnt available from the registration screen! just a very unserious app all around. i really want this to be fixed otherwise i will absolutely be cancelling my subscription before it renews.

Broken update lost account
So I signed up for wooah day 1. I registered using my Apple account and the latest update basically removed that option to login. I’ve now lost the previous chats and the days I had. I’m able to restore my purchase and register a new account but basically lost everything. As a user this is angers me Im going to cancel my account if it can’t be remedied

Lacking basic features
Competitor apps like Bubble do it better. Where’s the auto-translate? Live streams, message saving, backgrounds, stickers, etc.

….i loved this app until it logged me out. I registered through apple, and now can no longer access my messages because the option to log in with apple is now gone. Super sad because I really enjoyed the app before.
Why can't I update it on Apple?

just got the app and i mistakenly put in a number of my birthdate wrong. i keep correcting it and after it “saves” it still shows the original mistake no matter how many times i do it or restart the app.
Meh
First off, when you open the app it takes a bit to load and when it loads, it takes you back to the “friends” list instead of just the messaging page. So that’s kind of annoying. Also, when you open the message it doesn’t bookmark where you left off in the conversation so you can just read from there on but you have to scroll back up to where the conversation last left off to understand the conversation. And as we know, the translation isn’t always correct but from the looks of it, some things get cut off in translation ?
