Fred Flintstone Update
After being forced to update the app, it completely stopped working. The app won’t even allow users to log in anymore. Updates are supposed to improve the user experience, not make the app unusable.
A company worth billions should properly test their updates before releasing them to customers. Right now, it feels like the app was built using Fred Flintstone technology. Very disappointing.

Cheap Tacky Airline
This app is horrible and so is this airline. Never flying again.
Frustrating
This app does not allow the person who’s logged in to book flights for anyone else, even if they’re added as a traveling companion. For instance, I cannot book a flight for my son. This seems absurd.
I also had to call customer service because my son couldn’t check into his flight, as it said, he had a balance that needed to be paid, even though I paid the balance in full. They also had no fix for this, and even said that they would make a note on the account so he can check in at the airport, without being charged a fee. Because apparently, they charge a fee if you try to speak to somebody at the airport.
I will never be booking a flight on frontier again.

Still mostly worthless
I have stopped flying with Frontier because of numerous issues that including their wonky website. I just found out they were still charging me for the discount den. Super bugged and impossible to use currently
The app made me update and now it’s bugged, it’s not my first time using it either. It worked just fine before but after updating it I was faced with an error message on the bottom that said “Bad Request: Invalid input data” and it wouldn’t let me manage my seats (“please try again later”), mange my bag (“no passengers in request”) I was going to add and pay for two bags and now I’m not sure when I’ll even be able to do that. Super unreliable, these bugs shouldn’t be happening on an airline app.

I am trying to log in but the app won’t stay open long enough to let me add the security code.
Not Functional
I have never been able to book a flight via the app using my Go Wild Pass. It has only been possible via the website, and now even that doesn't work. I've contacted customer service, but the chat person takes over 5 minutes to reply to each exchange and never answers my questions. After 30 minutes, I abandoned the chat.
Still has problems.
After logging in with username and password the app requests a code sent via email. However, when you leave the app to get the code the whole thing shuts down and starts over, making the code invalid and needing another one. Can’t look at flights because the app has me locked out in an endless look of stupidity.

Harassed and Discriminated Against
Was harassed and discriminated against by multiple gate agents at different times due to my race/ethnicity. Gate agents’ wrongful misconduct went unaddressed even after complete documentation and evidence presented in writing to customer support. This airline has serious flaws. Do not fly with them.

When trying to check in the app doesn’t work. After entering all the flight and personal information, at the end it does not allow to submit, gives error message. I have to use the website to check in.

Luggage $
Every airline has a 50 pound luggage weight limit. Our flights from Spirit got cancelled for obvious reasons so everyone had to buy tickets! We bought frontier went to the front counter and they changed the weight to 40 pounds per bag! So they charge me $80 per bag which is ridiculous considering we came from Spirit and their weight was 50 pounds! Not right! Just another reason to scam the people!

Terrible! I cannot create an account. I get a temporary password and the website then tells me bad user ID or password I have triple checked the info and done it multiple times without success.

Baggage
Not the aps fault but 175 extra for not clearing the bag holder for personal item by half an inch is criminal
DELAY
So exhausted with these cheap airlines - nothing works smoothly.
Can’t check in on app
I have tried so many things including update on my phone, uninstalling the app and reinstalling and clearing cache. Nothing works. It doesn’t even recognize the combo of my last name and confirmation code even when the flight is listed on my app. There is no way for me to click anywhere to check-in. It’s just listed. It’s very frustrating.
Mobile app
It’s the worst app. I have not selected any upgrades but the app still shows an upgrade to boarding first and even cannot remove it.

My confirmed trips can’t be found on the app without separating entering a confirmation code.
Seat selection price is unethical
Gotta love it.. when you select your seats based on price and you go to check out and it is 5x more the price. When you ask Frontier about it they say- oh well it changes all the time. I asked how can you select your seat if you have no idea what the price is? They basically said it is what it is!!

No attendees
Currently at Saint Louis airport - on the app says on time and says the same on the board too, no attendees, no information, everyone confused. Very reckless. If you care about your passengers, you should atleast keep them updated with the situation.
Dogwater customer service
Just don’t ever fly this airline unless you want to get screwed out of your money or want to get disrespected by someone from the staff. Every single time I fly with this airline I have problems. STAY AWAY!
Not displaying trip
I can check in online for my flight but the app will not display my flight details on the app. Kind of the only reason I downloaded the app in the first place.

Worst airline 0-10 don’t recommend
It’s gonna get delayed no questions asked it’s “cheap” but don’t bring bags or it’s just like using any other airline you just payed extra for a uncomfortable seat at this point and you won’t get a single accommodation the flight attendants are nice but so is most airlines
Absolute Worst Airline
Delayed several times for a one hour flight from Vegas to Phoenix! Staff was rude the entire time, pilot was surfing social media claiming that they were completing paperwork. Total lack of class. The rating deserves 0 stars. I pray the company goes bankrupt. Won’t be flying frontier ever again

Sometimes you can book sometimes you can’t. I even their website sucks. Not sure how anything gets done on frontier.

You can't book your go wild tickets on it. It never allows. You have any dates and then you have to either book online on the website or by phone sometimes.
Bad customer service
After speaking, someone who I could barely understand their English, I was unable to resolve a problem of my name, not matching something that is on my credit card very frustrating

Misunderstood cost
I don’t understand the cost of the flight. I thought there was no cost for personal item. I thought I had already reserved a seat with purchase of ticket. I see that check-in is trying to add these costs. I will check in at the terminal to ask more questions.
Crashing constantly after update
I’m now 20 minutes into booking a flight. I know which flights I want. Should take 5 minutes. But the app had to update first. Then I’m prompted to review the app. Tried to give it 5 stars, but it froze. Closed the app. Reopen. Select airports and dates. App freezes “try again later” Rinse. Repeat. PLEASE TAKE MY MONEY
