Cannot retroactively add a fuelup.
Changing my rating to 1 star because you cannot add a missed fuelup without deleting all of the fuelups after it. (The "Last odometer" field is autofilled and you cannot change it manually. Therefore the mileage calculation will be WRONG.)

Beyond angry

Used for over 10 years but recently updated and all logs corrupted. Very frustrating.

This has potential to be a great app if it could simply do what it was designed to do- track mpg. I love all the features but the app is pretty much useless when it can’t perform simple arithmetic.

Can’t add vehicles
It was a good app. Now I can’t add any new vehicles. It hangs up without loading any model years. I have rebooted my phone, reloaded the app, and still can’t add a new vehicle.
Worked until it didn’t
Same as previous reviewer: worked fine until it stopped letting me log in. I’ve tried resetting my password 5 times and turning off DNS filter AND VPN, but it still does not let me in. Will be migrating manually tu drivvo (being a new driver with barely a year of data on this app helps)
Was great until it broke
I’ve been using this app for many years across many vehicles, but now it’s saying I’ve been logged out and I can’t manage to log back in. Just gives a bunch of html back in an error box when I try to login. The website still works though…
Could have been great
I’ve had this app (including when it was under a different name) for over 11 years. If memory serves, this was originally a pay once and you own it app. Now it requires you to subscribe just to take a photo of your receipt. Sure it’s under 10 bucks a year but why should I pay again (and again) for something I already own. There are better apps out there (and some free) than this. I would look elsewhere.
Does not have current stations
The app does not have a current list of stations and does not save ones manually added.
No notifications anymore
I used to get a notifications when services were due. No longer receive those.
I hate a paid app changing to a subscription app
Used to love it but now they want me to create an account so we can pay again for what we already paid for.
Will delete all your records after a year of tracking no customer service
Completely deleted all my data tried to reach out to customer service and I got refunded a dollar, all my data is lost, and no one has taken any time to try to help. Don’t waste your money here it literally defeats the entire purpose of having records.
Works well but…
We’re almost half way through 2024 and they don’t have 2024 Chevy Colorado available to update.
Be aware!
The developer did code limitation on notes under vehicle general information which caused that I lost huge amount of data!!!
Their customer support was useless to help recover deleted data as well.

Android vs Apple
I just changed from an android to an iPhone, and found my fully app had a fraction of the functionality on iOS. Why, Fuelly, why? I can only see fuel and service records now? How incredibly disappointing that it’s missing all the other stats! Please consider expanding the iOS app to match the android version, especially the total cost of ownership. I liked tracking every non-service purchase/mod to my 4Runner.
Lack of Functionality
I am confused about this app: many options that are part of the (free) Android app version are missing entirely in the iOS app (stats, charts etc.). For iOS there is not even an option to upgrade to the Pro version. Updates on the site are from 2017 and this app was updated 10 months ago. How do I get Pro for iOS and what does it offer?
Odometer
Trying to change from last odometer to trip miles, cannot find where to change. My old phone has it in trip mileage instead of odometer miles.
Needs help
The fuel station that I use was there for a short period, but it doesn’t recognize Wawa in my area. I have to type it all in each time, I have 3 vehicles. Perhaps Wawa doesn’t pay them is the reason, but I do and I’m the customer. I’m looking for a better option that’s more intuitive.
