Video showed the app was free however you can only use it if you pay. There is no free info at all.

Trickery!!!
It said I could get the year at a special introductory price of $2.99, that’s 94% off. When I click upgrade now it says I’m going to be charged $29.99. Hook and bait trickery! Beware. You’ll not get the $2.99 intro price. They sent me a response and essentially called me a liar saying it was never offered at that price. Liar, liar, pants on fire. The $2.99 most certainly was offered to me otherwise I never would have written the review.

Fully raw is dark very dark.
Many people put on a front to be something they aren’t. I purchased this app years ago and find it to be a waste. ALL OF IT!

I bought this app because I like her recipes and felt that it was worth it to buy it. I had a recipe saved in my favorites which I wanted to make this week and so I clicked on it and it now says that the recipe is for premium subscribers only. Huge disappointment. I paid for the app and now they want me to pay more, every month. Sorry. I’m out.

App fails, crashes
Download, install, fails to open. Tried resetting phone, reinstalled app, tried another phone, same issue. Please fix.
Greedy
Due to recent changes to the app, all the previous recipes I purchased are no longer available. Now I have to pay a monthly fee if I want to access them again. Very disappointed in this greedy woman. She has zero thought of the people who have been supporting her all these years. Guess she needs to pay for her big house in Hawaii. Deleting this app and unfollowing her platform. 👎 FYI you don’t need an app to make salads and smoothies.
Write down the recipes.
It’s great app until you find the recipes you accessed for free yesterday are a premium membership today. Example: kidney/liver cleans (love this one) Made it yesterday, using the app to get items from store. Today I can’t get access to it , now premium subscriber only. 18 other examples of favorite free recipes that over time are now premium subscription. I counted today and now only get 21 receipts for free. Used to be a almond milk recipe for free now it’s premium subscriber.
Waste of money
I bought this app when it was $4. I got a lot of recipes because I had purchased the app but also a lot of recipes were for only premium subscribers. Well now, i can’t even access any of the recipes I PURCHASED, now I have to pay monthly subscription in order to have access. You would think that people who purchased the app would get access to the recipes that were already purchased, and not get access to the newer recipes unless they get premium. I’m very disappointed with Kristina for not thinking about her already loyal customers and fans, and thinking more about money.
Paid for this app but
I paid a one time fee for this app last year but now you have to pay a monthly fee to use it, So what was the point of paying for the app? If I brought this app and you decided you wanted to now charge a monthly fee why not do it with the new subscription not. I’m really disappointed in someone who pretended to care about our health. Like everyone else it’s all about the money.
15 recipes and not all fields have a recipe
The rest of recipes cost a monthly subscription. Soups recipes are not available without monthly subscription.

Disappointed! Where are the recipes I paid for?
I paid for the app months ago and I had access to the recipes without a problem, now I can’t access most of them because they are labeled as premium and have to pay for an additional subscription to get them back. It is very sad to see that the recipes we used or were available, and were paid for when we bought the app, are now gone. I definitely do not recommend this app anymore because of its unfair changes. They should have, at least, let us keep the recipes we already paid for and had access to.
Paid for the year, renewed for another year and...
I contacted through the app a few times to report that even though the money was paid for the year until April, I cannot get through the recipes or challenges marked Premium because they want me to pay again for the time I already paid. I have not received any response to any of my emails. I bought for $29.9... for the year that I could not access and they are totally ignoring me. I want a refund!!!!

I paid and signed up for recipes. Now after purchasing and having access to many recipes, this dishonest person now made most of what I already paid for unavailable and I would have to pay more for access. Very dishonest, unethical way to do business.

Misleading not the best app
You can’t see the recipe! I downloaded this when you had to pay for the download of the app and now can’t see anything very disappointed!!! Also you have to pay monthly or yearly to be able to see the recipes. So many other apps out there that you don’t have pay for like this.... I am very disappointed and don’t like that you have to pay again especially since I had already paid.

Problems with the app
I paid for a year’s subscription in July 2022. I noticed I was logged out of the blues. I tried getting back in only to find an error message saying, “email doesn't exist.” I sent a few messages to get some answers but no response. However, out of the blue, I was logged back in.....but it's asking me to pay for a new subscription. Mark you....I STILL HAVE A FEW MONTHS LEFT! This is not okay.
Most of the recipes cost more money.
I purchased this app a few years ago…now almost all of the juice recipes are “premium” and you have to pay more for them. This did not used to be the case…I used to have access to them but now they just want me to pay a recurring subscription for the same recipes. I didn’t know the owner was going to revoke access when I purchased this initially. This is like buying a cookbook only to find out a few years later, 95% of the pages are ripped out with a condition: if you want those pages back, pay us more money! And actually, pay us what you paid before, EVERY month.
The app used to have more recipes open
Only a handful of recipes are open. The rest are locked for premium. It would be nicer for a paid app to have a bit more content available. Thank you!
Nice colorful photos and Ok videos, but.....
With only 2-3 free recipes in each of the food categories, you won’t really have ANY recipes unless you purchase the premium version. Also, I don’t think there is any way to make weekly meal plans as on other apps. I will not be purchasing this Premium app.
A little dissatisfied
I downloaded this thinking I can make juice smoothies for free and you have to pay for it I mean I get it gotta make a income but dang I was really looking forward to making some green smoothies I will be uninstalling this and just go on YouTube for green juice recipes💁🏽♀️
Love then upset
I’ve had this app for over a year now and loved it! I purchased it for about $3...not bad and NOT monthly. I was able to have a ton of recipes..it’s like purchasing a recipe book for $3. Initially, you have access to a lot of salads and now they’re making you pay a subscription monthly to have access to a lot of the original recipes you had access to. I can understand brand new recipes needing to purchase more or even a monthly subscriptions but the recipes I’ve already been able to access now having to pay for those on a monthly basis is a little bit unfair.
New subscription format disappoints.
I paid to download the app a few months ago and was happy with the recipes I had access to without a premium subscription. With the new format of free app and then pick a subscription, I am left without access to most of the recipes I could access before.
I love Kristina’s videos and recipes, and her positive upbeat personality, and understand why she changed the format. However, it seems a big detail was not thought through. Please fix this for those of us who already paid for the app.
