I received their proprietary watch as a gift from my less tech savvy grandfather. He thought I would like an Apple Watch, instead he got a knock off china model.
Getting to the app was way too sketchy; you have to scan a QR code on the watch and download the app from a sketchy link.
The watch is neither user friendly nor user intuitive.
Pairing to my phone is easy enough, but the app refuses to pair to the watch. I connect them, but then the app sends me a barrage of notifications that the device is illegal and to please use a legal device.
Like, its your software on the device, your company name on the device, and the only app to work with the device.
I would give this app and hardware 0 stars, but honesty is not appreciated.

Terrible
Got the smart watch for Christmas and followed all instructions to the letter. Charged the watch, downloaded the app. Turned on the watch and made sure my Bluetooth was active. Opened the program and tapped add device and all I ever get is Bluetooth not active or no device found. Rebooted watch, rebooted phone, tried reinstalling app all to no avail. What a disappointment, was really hoping this watch was going to work for me, and wife was upset because she thought she had found the perfect gift.

Did not connect and charger issues
Everything was just fine until I could not connect it to Bluetooth. Then when I went to charge it the adapter that goes into the watch wasn’t even the same shape, I couldn’t not even get it half in. I assumed there was an adapter that I dropped, but I never found one. 1 out of 5 stars, don’t recommend buying this. Not worth the frustration.

It used to work
I purchased this watch with this app on Wish over a year ago. No it says my watch is Illegal. So they lock me out from using the app like it’s my fault. How was I supposed to know that shady as wish is. I would get a fake version of the watch that apparently any one can make. But I have to be punished for it, thanks a lot for bad management.

When I first got an L8 smart watch, about 2 years ago, the app worked great. Now when I attempt to sync, the app displays “illegal device” and will not sync.

Wish the watch talked to health. App & updated its info automatically. I would love more info on ecg scans as well.well all the sudden it stopped talking to the app. It says it's not a legal device??!!?? Please fix this problem so my watch stays connected to the app.

Rotten App
Don’t waste your time! The app constantly resets during the day and I lose all my data. Save yourself the headache!!

Very cheap and this is so bad that cheap is expensive! Very inaccurate readings of steps and BP. Just wanted basic info, nothing difficult. Annoying to have 24 hr time, no 12 hr. Basically worthless!

Since the recent update to the application, I cannot sync my watch to the application I get an error message that it is not the correct watch. I AM VERY MAD about the software and I will not recommend these products and friends. I am really giving you a 0 stars

The watch is fine but the app continues to tell me that my hardware is illegal and I should use legal hardware. Since they sold it to me and included the link to this app in the manual one would think they should work together
Why do I get an illegal device and will not sync with Bluetooth
When I purchased the smart watch the instructions stated to download the FunDo app to my iPad.this worked for almost a year. But, now I can’t link to Bluetooth because of this illegal device message. I think your updates has caused this issue. Look into this problem. Or I have wasted money and time on this smart watch. thank you.

Won’t sync to Apple Health, Nor Connect to my watch
This does not seem to work. The app won’t connect to the watch, nor will it sync to Apple Health. The app itself says it’s an illegal product/device, which doesn’t make sense. This product doesn’t work.

Faulty Bluetooth tethering
There is a problem with the connection between the iPhone and the watch via Bluetooth
Not pairing
Continuously disconnects from iPhone and is not sharing data often. Watch saws one amount of data, fundo app is hours off and data not recorded. Not allowing me to access any other sports either besides walking.
Some glitches
This app always disconnects my watch from the app and it is a pain to reconnect it. There are multiple other issues and I do not recommend this app. Please look at other watches because they have the chance to be better than this.
