Horrible app with no support
On game day of RSA vs CZE, I received an email notifying me that I had my ticket ready for download. I clicked on the link, downloaded that app and signed up for an account. After logging in with my credentials, I was asked to verify my email with a code. After entering the code, I was stuck on a black screen. I tried reinstalling the app, rebooting my phone, and using different web browsers in incognito mode. I tried using the website instead of the app. I mean I even tried going to the ticket office by the entrance of the stadium but that was closed. It was supposed to be my first world cup game. Guess I’ll have to wait until the next world cup if they don’t fix the logging-in issue.

Purchase tickets from Gametime app and everytime I go to accept them it takes me to a portal where I have to wait 5-15 mins before getting to a screen saying no tickets. Absolutely no support on the app to talk to a human. Clearly they didn’t care much about putting effort into making the app or customer service

They offer add to Apple wallet to make it easier but the venues force you to use the app so make sure you have this installed even after you download the ticket

Second, the app navigation is confusing and feels like a maze. Finding basic information is harder than it should be, and you cannot take screenshots of most pages. I understand restricting screenshots of the actual tickets for security reasons, but blocking screenshots of other pages makes it difficult to get help or troubleshoot issues.
Another major issue is the lack of transparency regarding ticket resale refunds. When a ticket is resold, there should be a clear status showing whether the refund is pending, processing, or completed. Right now, it is very difficult to find information about the refund status or know when the money has been returned.
Overall, the app works, but the user experience needs to be much more intuitive, transparent, and user-friendly.

Who creates a ticketing app where you can’t buy tickets? Their website charges thousands and you don’t even know where your seat is. This is the worst ticket buying experience I’ve ever seen in all sports.

The account creation experience is poor, as there are no codes sent to verify email despite sending multiple and only using apple login. This should have streamlined the experience, not ruined it. Very disappointing without any direction or information about how to address/resolve.

I cannot have access to my ticket, because every time I login to my account the app responds to me with a message saying that I’m logged in through another device which isn’t true and doesn’t make sense I have the ticket number and ready to be downloaded but I cannot download it there must be and alternate way to access the tickets!!!!!!!!!

Tickets weren’t in my account yesterday, trying today and it takes what feels like forever and now i’m having to do a security code when it used to just let me sign in and no help from fifa wtf!!

Submitted tickets for resale, but the app doesn’t show them. I can see them on the website, but I have to wait 30+ minutes on the waiting room for that. With all the money FIFA is pocketing from this racket, you’d think they could afford decent programmers…

OTP codes don’t work
I’m setting up my account to retrieve the ticket and every time I enter the OTP code for email verification it says the link is expired. First of all there aren’t any links and the OTPis entered immediately upon receipt so definitely something is broken.

Could not log in for 4 days after getting app. Back to back emails sending codes to verify, as soon as I clicked the code it expired and would generate another. Unfortunate given the popularity of this event
FIFA User
FIFA has to be the most poorly organized global non-profit out there. My tickets are disabled on this app because I opened them first on another device I no longer have. There is zero support to get this fixed. FIFA is a coke and this app sucks.

Pretty dumb to have something called mobile tickets that can’t find your tickets. Another FIFA app that doesn’t have any value.
Complete Trash
Like FIFA, the app is absolute trash and it took a half hour, dozen confirmations, my personal info, and countless other unnecessary hoops only so they can resell my info. Of course, ZERO support! I guess the billions in profit don’t warrant any help AFTER the crooks stole your money. Deplorable.
Tickets Still Aren’t Showing in App
My game is in less than a week. The tickets show up in the web portal but are not on the app. There is no way to force the sync or get help on this issue. After spending over $5,000 for tickets I hope there is a way I can get into the stadium. Just ridiculous it’s this bad.

This app does not work
Extremely frustrating experience. I am unable to log into my FIFA Ticket App account. Every time I try, the app either gets stuck on an endless loading screen or displays a message saying I am already logged in on another device-which is not the case.
I have purchased tickets for four World Cup matches and currently have no way to access them. This is a major issue for paying customers, especially with such a significant event approaching.

Cannot sign in
The app just freezes when I try to sign in. I got an email that mu tickets are available and they can only be viewed through the app. But I cannot sign in through the app. I have tried reinstalling several times. Still doesn’t work. FIFA needs to fix this before the World Cup begins. I don’t want the app to freeze while showing my tickets to enter the stadium.
User Friendliness is Terrible

The 1 star reviews are legit, I got tickets and the show up on fifa website correctly. However, when I login on the app with same account, the tickets don’t show up in the app. Need to hire real software engineer to ensure app actually works for everyone?

Still having issues with Login. On and off for the last week this app fails. No support. Missing tickets when I can get logged in. Not very confident for getting into matches with this app.
Disaster selling
Can’t sell our tickets. Have them to all 5 games in Philadelphia. FIFA is like a cartel. What is wrong you people?! We bought them 7 months ago and just got the tickets a few days ago (2 weeks before the first match.) This couldn’t be more ridiculous.
