Sound quality is very low and searching songs is very hard. You could not even dig song what ever you want but still exists done.

Keeps getting stuck on one song
Despite many revisions, Gaana apps often seems to get stuck on one song even when you press fast forward to move to the next song. It shows name of the new song, and yet keeps playing the stuck song. As a paid subscriber, it is even more FRUSTRATING!! Even when the app is closed and restarted, it continues to repeat the problem. Only it works okay after many days of not playing the app, but only until the next time (which is frequent) the stated issue ruins the listening again. FIX THE DAMN THING FOR GOOD!!!!
Not as good as before
Gaana doesn’t want their users to listen to songs for free with ads. Spotify is better and will use that app instead of your to listen to songs. I used to like to use your app but not anymore.

I have been using and testing subscriptions based services for more than 4 years now and this is the worst music streaming service I have had. Will never come back again.

No Landscape orientation
Need landscape orientation for iPads what is wrong with your team i have been paying for this app every year. You guys not able to do landscape orientation for ipad such a shame.

Premium customer with annual premium, upgraded my phone and not able login back, it’s continuously asking to reset password and saying it will send the code to email but never got any code to any junk or regular email. I got a trail for a month and decided within a week of time to make decision whether I need to subscribe or not. I didn’t like the app and started sending lot of emails to cancel my trail subscription and also cancel auto renewal since I don’t see any option in the app or through web application. The customer support team gave the steps same as available when you google it. But, there is no such option to cancel the subscription. I sent lot of emails with no use.

Stopped working after renewing and there is no way to contact customer service. Created 3 tickets and found no response for 2 days.
Fraudulent No Refund Renewal Policy
When signing up using any special offers, while the subscription may state the lower price for your special offer, the renewal occurs at the standard price (currently 49.99). When contacting support about why the renewal shows the special promo price, the only reply back from Gaana is that no refunds are possible per their terms.
Do not support such bad practices by giving them your business. I’ve been a renewing customer for 4 years but this year’s auto renewal is the first time this has happened. So long Gaana!
