Terrible app
I’ve been traveling for 3 years and have had better luck using dating apps to meet people. Customer support is terrible. They will not refund you for any reason, no matter how valid the reason is. I contacted customer support numerous times and never received a reply. Do not use!
Most useless app
This app hangs several times while browsing. You will find very little activity on the app.Most members in your area would be inactive or may have signed up once to try out this app and ever since are shown as locals in your area. I didn’t get a single response to my posts in the heart of sf Bay Area.

Paid for a month, app worked for a day then crashed every time I tried to access my profile/messages. Requested assistance to fix the issue, no response.

So Many Bugs!!
Just wasted over $40 for a subscription to an a app that doesn't even work... takes forever to load and the messaging system in the app to communicate with other users is completely broken.
Not worth money
Just sighed up for a month for 9$ and app is just simply not working. Not loading properly anything. I mean it’s the worst app I have ever used and for this money! Literally I need a refund! Creators do better!!!

Once you pay, you will find out that those messages/likes didn’t even exist. Also, they will spam your email even after you delete account. I still get trip likes even after I deleted the app and my account. This app should be removed from the Store.

Poor app maintenance
I deleted my account and I’m still getting notifications that people are viewing me. I unsubscribed from the mailing list and I’m still getting mail…
Can’t remove trips, can’t cancel
Avoid this software at all costs!
Unsafe, especially for solo female travelers
There is no comprehensive vetting process, only confirmation new members have a social media account, an email and phone #. There are mostly men posting to meet and host solo travelers. Creepy and very unsafe for female travelers, and rates to even use the app in a basic mode, rates are $10-$40 p/month. Also they never stop sending you marketing emails 2-3 times weekly. Pass!
Harassing emails that don’t stop
I downloaded app. Wasn’t impressed with it. Keep getting emails…meet this person, meet that person, 50% off. On and on. I responded each time to stop sending me emails or contacting me. I even deleted my account, removed app and still getting harassed by constant emails. Very irritating
Will not let me delete my account
The apps deactivate account button does not work. I have emailed supporter, received a response from them and they still will not delete my account.
Has the feel of a dating site more than a travel site
I was excited to find a few likeminded travel buddies but this app feels more like a vacation hook-up site. I couldn’t see the app until I paid for it and after looking at the app for about 30 minutes I decided it wasn’t for me and reached out requesting to delete my account and for a refund. I am giving a one star review because they will not issue a refund and also do not let potential buyers look at the app before paying.
Very worst policy
The policy says cancel subscription at any time but gaffl do not refund money.. beware they just steal money... why would they say about ‘camel at any time’ if they don’t refund money? Should they have to say cancel at any time is they don’t refund money? Beware!!!
Sells personal data, no solid privacy policy, stay away
I started receiving so many unsolicited calls and mails as I signed up here. There is no way to delete account also, and here I am stuck. Nobody to respond also.

disappointing in toronto
from what I could tell there’s no way to easily match with someone without paying for a plan. bad discoverability, bad feeds algo, annoyed by the interface, just a great idea with disappointing execution
Good idea, terrible execution.
I thought this app would slowly improve and become easier to use and a better place to find people to travel with. However it has barely changed for the better and now they are wanting you to pay to connect with people. You have to prove you’re a good app before you ask me for money.
