The app would not open after an update. The wheel of death would just spin. Reaching out to Tech support yielded nothing. Why? Because it wants to open the app to get you in touch. Tried everything then put a review here stating the issue. I received a reply EVENTUALLY saying update or delete the app and reinstall. Well I had already updated, (see the first sentence) so I deleted and reinstalled and now (as I feared) all my pictures are gone. DO NOT DOWNLOAD, USE, PAY FOR, or THINK ABOUT doing anything with this app. RUN!

Useless
It automatically copies EVERYTHING! I don't get to choose and I can't even spend hours deleting the ones I don't want because it deletes them from my phone and not just the app! VERY FRUSTRATING! This app is trash!

Had to sit through three ads just to see what it was all about. You turn people off with your greed.

Ads after paying
I paid the removal of ads a year ago. The app is simply designed and that’s what I looked for. However, I’m getting ads and now they have a monthly subscription for the removal of ads when I already paid a license for the app. Not only they disrespect buyers, but now crave for monthly payments. I might as well just use the native gallery.

When I select an image all I see is a file image but not the image itself. I paid for no ads, what a waste.

Weird glitch
There’s a weird glitch sometimes where it refuses to open even for days, don’t know how I caused it but the app was laggy anyway so… guess my videos are gone now!

I have put password on it and done everything it has asked and the only notifications I get is someone is looking for your photos allow us to secure them. Wth does that even mean??? It is already supposed to be secure!!!!!
