Hard to find test
Maybe I’m just dumb...but I bought the top 5 assessment through the app and I can’t for the life of me find where to complete the test. Maybe it would be more helpful to make finding the test you purchased easier.
Not functioning?
This app seems to no longer be functioning. In addition, there seems to be no way to access customer support???? What’s up???
Needs much work
I downloaded the app, because I couldn’t purchase the CliftonsStrength test from my computer. Their website is not very good as well.

Videos of strengths types
I find the information helpful. However the videos that help explain the different strengths types are all from the perspective of white men. Very off putting for professional women, LGBTQ, POC.
Paid the 19.99 but there’s no test
I paid the fee and nothing happened. I tried accessing again and it says “system not available”. Complete ripoff!!!

A joke
The new ‘stuff’ gallup says they have with their recent migration is a waste of time. The 34 strengths knowledge and curriculum is great stuff, no doubt; however it’s pretty obvious they are becoming a cash cow.
Can not purchase
I downloaded the APP and the interface was set to CN even though the language selected was English. Once I figured out how to fill in the form I went to the purchase page and received error that the system was down. Second and third time I tried an error message popped up saying can not access. Too bad.
Nice app but doesn’t update when you upgrade
I had originally bought the report for too 5 strengths. I later decided to upgrade and get the full report. They took my payment online. I got a receipt by email but my full report hasn’t unlocked yet. It keeps asking me to upgrade again. I tried calling the toll free number but it was disconnected. I emailed the help team but got no reply. It’s been more than 24 hrs and I’m very frustrated that they don’t have their act together.
I’m going to have to use my summit $ to get access to access :(
I guess I wont be in Omaha for the summit in 2020....This added expense to have the same functions as before is bad business. I’ll use my flight and hotel money to pay for the ACCESS fee. It is sad that Gallup has put a bad taste in my mouth after being a HAPPY and BUSY certified coach for them and promoting their products! Bad form Gallup!! VERY UNUSER FRIENDLY!!!
Infuriating
Community search capability is non existent and incredibly inefficient when you have 1000’s of clients. Switching platforms to Gallup Access is another example of Gallup finding a way to make certified coaches pay to use the tool we need, all the while selling their assessment.
Terrible “upgrade”
Old app worked for strengths and told us everything we needed when looking at strengths. New app stinks, forced unneeded info AND I have to log on every time I refresh. Must be fixed.
Glitchy
Was suddenly forced to download this app today when I tried to open my Gallup Strengths app. Error after error in trying to navigate the app. Can see some reports, but not others. Clunky UI.

No search for community members
As a trainer, who has many people sharing their strengths in the community tab, it’s horrible to see they don’t have an easy search feature! This needs an immediate fix. If that gets addressed, it could be a great improvement.
Your old app was better
Your new app is frustratingly slow and doesn’t give me access to all the info I had in the old app.
Change over was terrible
Ever since the new change over, I cannot access some of my old info, I cannot share my strengths with others anymore, and it’s super slow! I used to love my Gallup app but I don’t even want to use it now
Blank screen; does nothing
App booted and showed a login screen; once I logged in with my credentials, the app showed a blank white screen and did nothing else. Tried multiple times in multiple devices with the same results.

Will Not Work on older versions of IOS
I have an older iPad which has reached the end of its IOS updates. The iPad works perfectly fine but Apple does not update after a awhile to meet planned obsolesce Corp goals. This app will not work at all requiring update that I cannot receive. Disappointed the developer does not have a way for me to access my reports on my older iPad. Hope this can be addressed.

I’d prefer more immediate access to analysis of my strengths as I see them. For example, on my iPhone the color bar of each of my top 5 is SO thin, that it is difficult to distinguish. Then, where do I immediately access what the different color categories mean?
Where did my money go
Was pretty excited to see my strengths only to see no hint but text book about what I need to do on a daily base. I’m so confused by this app
Search Feature Please
Hello, I would love to be able to search for clients in the community section of the app! Please bring this back.
Hard to share and see what others shared with me
Don't like that I can only see the top 5 strengths of the people who share with me, I need to be able to see their full report (which I used to be able to do with the old app). I like the extra reports available in this one, but miss the easy sharing functionality - that was one of the primary ways I used the app! Bummed!
Slightly Below Average
Could really improve if your strength community list populated alphabetically by last name.
Slow and glitchy
This app is very frustrating to use. If I want to view my full report I'm better off saving the files to Dropbox and opening a PDF. You can't view the doc in landscape, either. So, the font is small and you have to swipe left and right to read it. If the developers would make the info a part of the app rather than just uploading the report doc we would have a much more useful resource.
