Another issue is the alliance fights. If your alliance doesn’t have enough members at a certain level, you can’t even participate. That doesn’t feel fair and it discourages players who actually want to be involved.
Features like these make it harder to stay motivated to keep playing or spend money in the game. It would be great if the developers considered adding ways to use excess resources like steel and creating more inclusive alliance events so everyone can participate.
Another issue is the alliance fights. If your alliance doesn’t have enough members at a certain level, you can’t even participate. That doesn’t feel fair and it discourages players who actually want to be involved.

Lame issue
As it stands there is a bug where Aero Hota leadership on a team against a dragon raid kills the dragon IMMEDIATELY. It’s causing divisions in many alliances and it’s been going on over a week! I and many others are sick of it. You’re making millions off of this app. FIX IT!
Don’t waste your time
Game was undoubtedly written by AI and doesn’t even try to hide it, most obvious cash grab that forces you to spend money after a week of playing if you want to do anything. Does have cool team building mechanics and interesting combat but is completely ruined by the fact YOU HAVE TO SPEND $100 to make them even close to useful.
Can’t even play first level

Tried closing and reopening 7 times and also tried redownloading. So disappointed right now.
Sad
The game is so not real. You can have a good team and you lose to a team that is not half as good as yours. Definitely a money grabber in the support. It doesn’t even help get through any of it or give you any good answers. I would give negative stars to this game because they are so pathetic.
Unethical Company Stay Away
I had played this game for 16 months up until two days ago. I just walked away from 5 900k plus teams. Why? Zynga. They are hands down the most amoral company in the business. They are constantly moving the goalposts with zero communication or warning to the players, they scale back in game resources then offer them for sale in the store, and they lie and obfuscate the truth about why they do it. This company should be ashamed. It is nothing more than theft by deception and they are consumed by greed with no regard to their customers. Stay away from anything this company produces. Unless you are completely f2p and don’t so much as watch an add to give them revenue. I truly hope the government will step in and stop these companies from their despicable business practices.

Not Balanced
Seems geared towards whales. If you can spend the money to gear and level up, you’re probably golden, but the balancing is godawful if you’re f2p. There’s no way enemies with 45k power should be able to wipe me out when I have over triple that amount, and this is just on normal mode. It’s not fun and I’ve already deleted it because it’s just a waste of time. I’ve played quite a few games like this and haven’t seen anything this bad until now. I was really looking forward to enjoying myself because I love GoT.

One star because zero isn’t an option
Game gave me Theon Greyjoy as my first character and then gave me my first upgrade for him rather than giving me a replace. Has to be ragebait

Rules keep changing making play inconsistent. They are purposely making this difficult then trigger 4 sets of purchase options designed to dupe you into false taps. Now, it won’t even load. The owners of this brand need to revoke the license.

The game is just not worth it. Whether your PTP or FTP you bring a lot to make sure each character is in top shape. But there is no balancing. You can have the exact same team as someone you’re challenging and be vastly stronger just to have them wipe you out. There is no real strategy just luck.

On the surface it is a simple match 3 game. However, once you start playing you realize there’s just the right balance of things going on. PvP raids are decent if they end up becoming who can attack the most number of times. Various other modes make the game engaging also.
The issues:

Scam!
You have to spend so much money on this game and you get nothing for it. They make the characters so hard to get. Every time you try to play they make it more difficult to beat a level. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on this game and still lose. Don’t bother!
Doesn’t work
Can’t even play the game, just a frozen loading screen covering everything. Says to do things like a tutorial but I can’t see to do anything.

Was OK at first until my experience level froze and customer support has zero answers.
The game was interesting at first unlocking favorite characters of the series. Then my experience points froze and now my level is locked and no matter what I do, it is frozen. Customer Service says to make sure I have a good WiFi connection. Well the game syncs and I can play it but I gain zero experience points and have fallen behind in my guild. I’m going to from this game. Don’t download.

Keeps getting more p2w
This game is the definition of pay to win now. They just keep buffing all of the dragons and nerfing all of the heroes. What’s the point anymore?
It’s a rip off
Wouldn’t suggest wasting time with it. Every update they nurf player to the point they are useless and you have to start over. It’s a money grab game now. Seriously a normal character does more damage than a suppose to be legendary character. It’s a joke.

Oh 5 vs 1, you’ll still lose till you watch that ad. 3/23/25 update Somehow things are worse. Devs don’t know how to balance, they tend to nerf characters. With that said no refund for them nerfing characters people spent money on. (Glad I don’t pay due to this) 💥Still no update for legendary gear. 💥 Updated legendary dragons to one shot 100% hp and shield damage for no reason other than maybe make players build resurrection teams. Devs changing the skills and rules of their own game is a bit of a mess.

The game itself is not bad but selling $300 packs AND making players watch ads? Too many match 3 games in the mobile space to choose from to be giving my money to these clowns.
Don’t waste your time it’s pay to win
As the title says, don’t waste your time. This game was fun especially if you’re a Game of Thrones fan. The problem is the developers keep changing the damage system. You build a team which takes time and $$$. Then they change the system in hopes you will spend more $$$ to make a new team to support what damage system they change it to. Brittle is COMPLETELY useless now, this month or 2 it’s birthright. Soon it will be back to bleed or something different. All in hopes to get you to spend $. Just don’t waste your time.
After update, I have a black screen issue
I even don’t have log in screen anymore. Considering how much money i have spent, it’s a pity for Zynga to lose a customer like me.
Buggy
This game was fun to play. Now it is almost unplayable. New calculations were added so now you are sitting and waiting as the attack effects are slowly applied. And they are also going through and changing the actions of every character. So if you enjoy building up a team and then randomly having to start from scratch because all character actions change, this is the game for you. And forget customer service. It's either "we know it's a problem. Have a nice day!" or the standard "it must be your internet connection". Look forward to many frustrations if you give it a try.
Ridiculously expensive and pointless in playing any event that makes you buy the characters you need
I used to love playing this game until it got too expensive and I would advise against buying anymore characters until they make them more affordable and less expensive what is the point of playing any event if you are forced into buying the characters you need they should reward you with the character you need instead of being forced into buying

This app is soo buggy. The raid loot doesnt show correctly. The raid opponents character might is also not showing up correctly and the gem combinations when multiple combo at once doesnt stick with the right combinations. I stopped paying because of all these bugs. They need to hire a better QA
Only people who pay
Game turned into trash, wasted money and still got nowhere with the updates. I need a refund because every time I would focus on one character, it would get downgraded with each update.
Another cash grab
The latest update is complete garbage-you spend months collecting heroes, and then the developers completely rework one, making your deck unplayable. Now you need another six months to build a new one, only for them to “fix” someone again. So if you don’t spend money on heroes, you’re completely non-competitive.
Completely nerfed
They nerfed the ice team ( free to play team) forcing everyone to now switch to the ptw in order to do anything in game. Deleted and not coming back
Disappointed
I’m honestly disappointed in myself for continuing to put money into this game. And what I mean is that I will put money towards more playing time, not buying token packages so I can get more legendary characters or summon tokens or anything like that. I enjoy the concept of the game, but it is almost laughable when you can tell that you’ve been doing too well in Raid battles - at some point you literally can’t beat anyone, even if they’re 100k weaker(or more) in Might.
Kudos to the developers…it’s a great money maker for sure. But I’m literally about to delete it because whatever new changes you’ve made to champions has now just screwed things up to the point that I and many others don’t want to play anymore. And I know that’s probably not a big concern of yours in the long run…just disappointed because I actually like playing the game. Oh well.

Rip off
I started playing a couple months ago real fun game. They were pushing starks and it was a meta ypu had to follow. Then they go and update and nerf them without warning after pushing their summons hard. Total scam of a game. Been playing these games a decade and this was the worst. Months of sacrificing every resource to build up characters only they have them rendered useless and why because they’re greedy and they want you to have to spend money to chase a new meta that they will nerve without warning just as they did this one. I highly recommend you don’t even waste your time.

Terrible Update
Most games when updating existing characters will add small buffs or make nominal changes to them - but Legends goes and fundamentally changes the nature of some character’s abilities. Teams built specifically so different abilities will mesh are not garbage - and money spent on specific teams is now garbage. If characters need to be balanced - add or subtract strength - but don’t fundamentally change their abilities.
Zynga is Horrible
I would stay as far away from this company as possible. They mess with your acct on the backend and stop you from winning anything until you pay

Game literally freezes in “battle 2” which is about 1 minute into the game and then I cannot do anything else
This game is a rip off
Save your money and find a different game. Like what my title says this game is a rip off. There is a new event going on called Twelve days of Westeros. It is an event where each day a different legendary character or characters are available to be summoned with a higher chance and for only 8 tokens. Initially on the GOT website it was listed that splendid tokens are needed for most of the summons. A special pack was offered for $99 with tons of splendid tokens and I bought it but then the 7th day came and a different token was needed to summon. I contacted customer support and opened a ticket and demanded a refund but after days of going back and forth I was given a link to their website with a “correction” under what was originally the information that stated what type of token needed to summon the characters for the event and I was told all sales are final so they are unable to provide a refund.
How is it possible a game can just advertise “This is what you need for our event” and then in the middle of the event “Correction, you cannot use that, you need this. Oh by the way all sales are final”.

Amazing 99% of the time
I play this game daily and had no issues with it being P2P or F2P or with past updates, until this weekend. A recent update led to lost progress, time, and resources, plus events ending early. These issues alone are frustrating, but what changed my rating is the support experience.
Despite providing screenshots and detailed explanations, all replies were generic, scripted responses with no direct answers or timelines. When players invest real time and money, they deserve meaningful support, not cut and paste messages.
The game is enjoyable until something goes wrong, and then you’re left without real assistance. Casual players may still enjoy it, but those who expect solid support for their investment should be aware of the risk of being let down.

Considering it’s a gem matching game, which I dislike, it kept my attention for awhile, but continues to get more and more boring. On top of that, every time they make a good change, they tend to make another change that makes it worse than before the good change. The amount of “food” it costs to refresh pvp opponents is glitchy and has gotten ridiculous. It gets to “10000” food too quickly, and then it sometimes glitches and costs 20000, while other times it doesn’t actually refresh and takes 10000. That was what ultimately made me decide to delete the game, out of frustration. But the build up of being boring came from all of the “new characters” that were mostly just new versions of characters already available in the game. There are so many characters they could introduce during this “rebalancing” phase they’re in, but they mostly choose to add duplicate characters. Plus, for me, a lot of the new game modes are more of the same, with a slight twist, but still just as boring.
If you like GoT and gem matching games, you’ll probably love it, but don’t expect too much in the way of consistently good improvements or additions.

Fun but raids super unbalanced and resources cost too much.
Game ruined all my hard work, I spent all day yesterday and the day before with support because they wouldn’t load my raids section until they did the update and now I just spent one million food resources in raids trying to find an opponent but every person was at least 200,000 stronger than me and sometimes the game wouldn’t even load new players and still takes my resources, you guys keep messing up my gaming experience with issues with the raiding section and I was in first place before the update and now I’m just struggling to find people to play against. It’s like you guys are specifically making it harder for me and ruing all my hard work within the past 4 days.
