Game of Vampires: Twilight Sun

This is day, three of me trying to get an item I paid for. I made three attempts two through Apple and one through the. Face boutique. That face boutique one was refunded, but the Apple one both Apple and PayPal refused to refund because the seller keeps claiming that I got my item. I have shown proof that I do not have the purchased item in my inventory anywhere I have done all the steps that the seller indicated I should do to receive it. They now refuse to answer my inquiries as to where my refund or item is. Do not spend money with them because they will not follow through.

They don’t do anything when it comes to toxic and bully players. Just tell you they can’t to anything about it. Not even when several people report they don’t do anything. Game developers should be ashamed.

I played for just under a year. The players are and will be toxic and to gain any dominance you’ll need a guild which just so happens to be filled with toxic players. You will be locked into a server you cannot leave once you’ve invested money, and you will need to invest or never gain lovers or warriors. I would not recommend to casual or looking for fun to play. It is neither of those things once you’ve invested and are forced to rely on rewards involved mostly linked to guild play. This is not a solo player game.

The game is essentially a breeding fetish game

The game has a lot of events and activities you can do, but the player base and dev responses are a problem. When I say the players are extremely toxic, I mean it. It’s insane how petty and childish many of them act when most of them are in their 30s, which isn’t something the devs can control, I know, but their responses are still bad. The toxicity mainly comes from different servers interacting with each other through events and right of war. Many players play on multiple different servers, and you are allowed to choose the specific server you go to. This causes a big problem, as petty players will often make a new account in a server to spy on people from the server or even infiltrate it. Honestly have no idea how these grown adults have this much time to be this petty. Players who spend huge chunks of money (which they call whales), often dominate their servers and have the power to bully smaller players who don’t spend much, preventing them from being able to grow as much, and sometimes other players get in on it as well. In one case, there is a guild that was literally created to harass another guild. Players have been doxxed, one time not too long ago, PUBLICLY IN CROSS SERVER CHAT FOR THOUSANDS TO SEE. Some even resort to stalking, searching for a user’s real identity and social medias. Over a mobile game. Both doxxing and stalking even if online poses a major threat to a user. One time there was even a player who would spend a lot of money and apparently was very open about his interest in children, obviously in all these situations the developers didn’t care. This game is not worth the headache, trust me.

SCAMMM!!!! They will deactivate your account before you get any real rewards because they are scammers they did the same thing to my sister they will say you violated their terms but won’t tell you which one. It’s all a lie to scam you out of your reward because me nor my sister violated any rule and they deactivated both of our accounts at two different times when were getting close to the money reward. My sister got close they deactivated her so I’m like let me see if I can get to the reward and right before I did they deactivated mines fukn ssaholes scammers.

This app feels extremely misleading and, at times, exploitative.
The monetization is very aggressive, and despite spending significant money, progression still feels intentionally limited. Many of the meaningful rewards, especially achievement-based ones, are set at levels that seem nearly impossible to reach, even with heavy spending. This creates a frustrating “pay-to-win” environment where even paying players don’t feel properly rewarded.
What’s most disappointing is the customer support. In my experience, responses have been unhelpful, dismissive, and at times inconsistent with what is promised in the game. When issues come up, there’s little effort to resolve them or provide meaningful assistance.
Overall, the experience feels unfair and poorly balanced, and it’s difficult to recommend this game to others. I strongly suggest that the developers improve transparency, reward systems, and support quality to make the game more trustworthy and enjoyable.
However I doubt they would ever care enough to, as it seems profits are all they care about.
I would highly and strongly urge anyone considering this app to run, not walk, as far away as you can.

I have tried planning many times but I can’t get game to progress past the first dialogue options since no matter how many times I try tapping or scrolling the dialogue doesn’t continue

Unless you have thousands to spend don’t waste your time it’s pay to play with whales

My problem is that in their association with FreeCash they lie about their offer in hopes you will spend money.
The game wasn't bad but the lying is a big problem for me.

at first i loved the game. it’s interesting, lots of things to do, aesthetically pleasing. but members of my guild are being bullied (called the N slur), threatened (said he used to hit “your kinds” in the head with fan motors), and harassed (constant threatening messages to people in private; block him and he messages people outside our server to try and make life miserable for us). Devs muted him for a few hours and said they don’t ban people. People in other servers have trolls in their servers too and also cant do anything about it. The devs would rather you suffer or else quit. We all chose to quit. If you value your sanity, please avoid this game.

There are several bullies especially on some of there servers. Even after reporting these players the mods will NOT close these players down. Let your friends and family play with caution. Some servers are apparently better than others. Avoid S109 at ALL costs. I am going to be uninstalling this game. Which is a shame as it could be good otherwise.

I wish I can give an actual review but I can’t even get past picking my avatar. I click and click and nothing. I’ve tried restarting the app on multiple occasions and nothing. May just end up deleting it entirely if it doesn’t get fixed.

Unable to create a character

Uploads left game glitchy. Fun game, interactive. A lot of pay to win. I’ve thrown a lot of money at the game already. When I contact customer support because the game is locking up and kicking me off multiple times a day, I’m told to upgrade here or to restart my device. I’ve done both and still the game is doing the same thing. A message for the dems. I will not be throwing anymore money at a glitchy game and if it keeps up, I’ll find another game to play. Don’t waste your time or money on this one.

Another game that is nothing like the ad

The advertisement shows this game to be one way, but when you download it and play the game it is nothing like the advertisement. I was looking forward to being able to do as advertised but it is completely different in the actual game. False advertising is not the way to get people to play this game. I am very disappointed in this game.

No matter what server you go to there’s always a set of guilds who tell you how you have to play. I have seen people telling people to kill themselves, people getting bullied, by people who say their adults but act like 10 year olds. I deleted this game after playing for a year because it was awful watching these people do and say this to others and the devs do nothing about any of it strongly recommend not playing

The initial story froze up at least 5 times. I never got any farther than that

I’ve been playing this game for a while, and while the gameplay can be fun, my experience has been extremely frustrating. The game has a heavy focus on in-app purchases if you want to do well or rank high, which feels like a pay-to-play model. It’s hard to progress or be competitive without spending money, and that really detracts from the enjoyment.
Additionally, I accidentally used a valuable item due to the lack of any confirmation steps before actions are finalized. There are no safeguards to prevent mistakes, and when I reached out to customer support, I received a generic, unhelpful response, offering no resolution or compensation. It’s really disappointing that they don’t have better mechanisms in place for mistakes like this, especially in a game with a competitive aspect.
Furthermore, the social aspect of the game is concerning. There are some players who are outright strange or even predatory in behavior, and it’s unsettling to see how the platform handles this. It’s not well-moderated, and there seems to be little effort to keep the community safe or offer support for dealing with inappropriate behavior.
Overall, while the game could be enjoyable, these issues make it hard to recommend. If you want to rank high, be prepared to spend a lot of money. If you make an accidental purchase, don’t expect much help. And be cautious of the community, as not all players are respectful. I hope the developers address these issues, but for now, I’m extremely disappointed.

It won’t let me create a character so that I can play the game so I guess I won’t know what the games about

Pay to play game, then ripped me off for $29.99

I have been charged double for each purchase I have made on this stupid game. I purposely only bought the personal assistant last week for 0.99 but on my card there are two charges for 0.99. I have made several purchases in the past few months but nothing that would equal to the well over $1000+ that I have been charged. This game is a scam. I did enjoy playing it and I never leave reviews but I feel that others should be warned not to become a victim like I have.

The crashing every 5-15 minutes is really irritating. It can happen at any moment and if it happens while doing any of the PVP or certain events it makes things much more chaotic and difficult to complete. I would love to see this fixed because I do enjoy the game otherwise

Every conversation in the game will NOT advance past the first text box, the arrow to proceed does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. My only option is to skip the entire conversation, yet I’m told if I do I, missing tons of exposition, and plot points. Well, you are giving me no choice. It’s laughable. Literally the first task in the app, simply to read a conversation, doesn’t work, none of them do. Don’t even waste your time, then it’s just money, money, money. DELETE, OR DONT EVEN DOWNLOAD!!!

Downloaded through a pay and play account. The marketing is by AdGate look them up… on Reddit I found posts where they refused to payout and accused it on the tracking. There is only an issue with tracking if the pay out is 20+. Unfortunately I had already purchased packs to get to two offers worth $72 when they pulled the same scam on me saying the offer had expired and I was probably on a vpn. I sent notated proofs and they still wouldn’t pay out. Thing is if not for the offers I would never had purchased a pack or downloaded the game. It’s like the company uses the offers as bait so people spend money. It’s a scam!

The game is a money pit. The developers continue to roll out new events that are poorly tested and very buggy. The customer service when these issues arise is terrible. Find another game. They developers are money hungry and not gaming experience focused.

Changed rating from a 4 star to a 1 simply because they have done nothing about the constant crashing. Funny they are making millions on this game and won’t fix the one thing wrong with the game. I will be sure to come on daily for a one 1 submission until it’s fixed. Update:game crashes every 10-15 mins and it’s not just me. Everyone playing has this problem and they don’t do anything about it.

At first glance this games looks so confusing, I took one look at it and decided not to bother, cause I had no idea what or how any of it worked. The second time I came across it I decided to give it a try, I like vampires and supernatural fiction so why not. The game was insanely confusing, if you don’t have an experienced player spell things out for you you’ll be lost for quite a while, and even then you may not fully get it.
Regardless, this “game”, and I use that word very loosely, is a platform to make money, it’s quite literally a microtransaction platform, rather than a game. It’s decorated to look like one, but once you stay a while you realize it’s pay to play, pay to win, and even then, “winning” isn’t even winning. You can win first place in an event and the rewards you get for it are temporary, if you win a title, it’s temporary, if you win an avatar it’s temporary, so you never truly feel like you’re making any progress as it always reverts back to where you started. Unless you’re constantly paying money to win first place monthly you never really feel like you’re making any progress cause again, everything in the game is temporary. It’s like winning a first place trophy only to be told you have to return it within 30 days. Insanity.
Every single thing you click on, every single screen, there is always a a button just waiting for you to make a purchase. You run out of resources? Guess what? Next thing you know you conveniently get a pop up offering you that exact resource for 2.99! Not enough? Well don’t worry, you can pay 4.99, or 9.99 for even more of it! Did you run out of energy in the little game events they hold? Well here! You can buy 10 stamina for only 0.99! Oh wait it ran out in exactly less than one minute? No worries! You can get 25 stamina for 4.99! Darn that wasted quickly didn’t it? No worries, we’re ready to offer you exactly 50 stamina for 49.99! And hey if you’re feeling a little extra generous you can get 100 whole stamina for 99.99! Insane value deal, a must have! The people running this game are laughing at their players all the way to the bank. And somehow their community is eating it up.
You also can’t win on your own without spending money here, it’s literally impossible. And even more so when you come across certain players that somehow seem to have a limitless spending amount. I would not be surprised if you told me there are paid players on this app that are meant to push you to make purchases. This entire app is designed to push you to make a purchase. And you know what, I wouldn’t even have a problem with it if there was at least something worthwhile that came out of it, but there isn’t? Like, at all? Like I said you can literally win a huge event and it only lasts 30 days. Like what exactly are people even paying for here? It reminds me vaguely of the sims and their expansive DLC that, when added all together amounts to more than $1000+, but at least even with the sims, you get to keep the packs you buy! They don’t disappear or expire or have a time limit! I’m genuinely confused about the point of this platform, it’s not a game, just a purchase fair, but with no point?
All in all the fun of it runs dry very quickly and gets boring once you realize all of this. Everything in the game is also so obviously AI generated which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, I am into AI myself and because of that I can recognize it right off the bat, but the people in charge of the game come off so stingy it’s bothersome when you know it’s all AI anyways. They have like a handful of avatars or “skins” that they rotate endlessly for every event, which is insane like if you’re using AI, maybe spend a little more time making new ones and I don’t know, letting players keep them when they win? Maybe let a “win” count for something? Instead of having it repeatedly revert back to the same 5 ugly basic avatars. What’s the point in even winning an event anyways if you’re just going to end up in the same exact place you were in 30 days ago? For a game full of AI you’d think they wouldn’t be so stingy about something as simple as avatars or skins but nope. I guess the point once again is to push you to buy more, so you can keep winning, and keep buying, and rinse and repeat because once again, this whole app was created and designed to make money! So I get the purpose for the people in charge of it, making money, of course, but what exactly is the purpose for the players and community?
I wouldn’t say it’s a game worth investing in or supporting, and if you’re coming here from those play and get paid apps don’t even bother, you’ll end up having to spend more money than you’ll be getting back. There’s no way to achieve the levels needed for the offers in the timeframe you’re given without shelling out tons of cash. In the end you’ll maybe have made like half of what the reward was, and that’s if you’re lucky. And don’t even bother with customer support, they’re very transparent in how little they care, and somehow manage to always be unhelpful. Stingy all around.
Word of advice, don’t bother. I got sucked in to the game for like a week before I realized I spent several hundred dollars (I know trust me I still feel the shame but at the time it felt worthwhile) and for what? An AI generated bunch of temporary fleeting pixels held together with duct tape. Community seems somewhat cool I guess, sometimes. The players get a little too into it, there’s always some drama for some reason, there’s players who hoard first place in every single event so you don’t even bother trying. It all gets so boring in the end; after all the frustration it’s just, boring, and a waste of time.
Unfortunate because it could be quite a decent game if the people in charge of it actually cared about it, and their own players. But hey their pockets are being padded so that’s all that matters right?

Honestly, not a bad game. It’s fun and entertaining but it’s extremely glitchy. You’re kicked out multiple times a day and sometimes it takes several minutes to fix itself. Even using the repair button is no longer working.

Trying to check out this game but every time I get to dialog screen I have to skip as not matter how many times or how long I try to touch the screen to move things along nothing happens and I have to skip ahead

Don’t waste your time or money. Game is horribly slow, locks up in important dialog, when it advances at all. I was hoping this would be a fascinating game but unfortunately the bugs/glitches make it to slow to even advance through dialog and no, it isn’t my device nor my connection. I play many PC MMO’s and memory intensive games like mobile games Diablo Immortal with no problems at all with lag, etc. This game was a huge let down.

It will not open the app. I was just on yesterday and today it won’t open

I have been playing for over a year and enjoy the game for the most part. After awhile the game can become boring due to the slow pace of progression and all the cash grab antics. They roll out new events and you have to spend hundreds of dollars to rank decently in the competition. The rewards for spending are very minimal. Servers die frequently and instead of allowing you to switch to a different server they want you to start all over from scratch so you can spend even more money. If you have lots of money to spend or don’t mind slow progression this game is for you!
