The hasn’t loaded for the past 2 days. I deleted it and redownloaded and it still won’t load. Obviously I can’t contact support, so I had wrote a review to see if anyone can help.

Watched their paid employee so called video help which was as helpful as getting a paper bag to carry wet clothing in. Power ups have no power whatsoever.

I found this game in 2017. Have enjoyed playing until about a year ago. Now, sense game play manipulation too often to ignore. If you want to play, go for it, but over time, you may see that purchasing support items is the only way to have steady success.
Voiced concerns about breakdowns in the game play used to be answered but now are not responded to. Presume all bot based.
I haven’t uninstalled yet as I have small hope that the game developers see frustrations of long time players and backtrack on some of the changes. Fingers crossed.

Неделю назад решила купить внутриигровую валюту за 10$. Покупка прошла успешна, но как только я перезашла в игру - все пропало. Хотя внутри игры я не тратила все эти валюты. Деньги назад не вернулись. Написала в поддержку, где описала ситуацию, бот отписал, что подключает к специалисту. Прошла неделя, специалист не подключился. То есть я потратила деньги просто так. Мой совет - не донатьте, это небезопасно.
Stays dark
All of a sudden the screen stays dark when I open the app. What is going on? I will delete if a subscription is necessary to play this now

They took a lot of the perks away. Game makes sure you lose faster, so you keep spending real money if you don’t want to keep playing and advancing. They removed the wheel from the Dynamite, so now that;s almost useless. Start over on another appleID, or find another game. Too bad, but that is greed to feed the machine, We are being scammed!

Ruined the game with updates
They completely ruined the game with the latest update making the power ups useless. I haven’t played since the update. Hopefully they change things back soon…..
Problems with super rainbow blast
I have repeatedly asked for help from their customer service and haven’t gotten any help. All they keep saying is with the next update it should work. Well the super rainbow blast still doesn’t work and you don’t have good customer service I am going to delete since they don’t want to help. Used to be my favorite game
Can’t finish
Thanks for making it so you can’t finish the quest without spending money. I haven’t 100% decided to stop playing buts it’s a very good probability and that’s sad as I do enjoy the game.

This is. A BIG MONEY GRABBING GAME! THE DEVELOPERS ARE GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY! It’s not fun just buy buy buy!!! Don’t play unless you’re ready to throw lots of money their way!!
Boring and a waste of valuable time.
Title says it all. Here is how they try to make this game entertaining. Let’s take a level that you need roughly twenty moves to beat it and reduce the number of moves by 5. Also let’s put things in places where only a certain buff will work or so you have to add lives thereby making you spend money in order to get lives . The only creative thing they do is some sort of cartoonists story line where every thing is gold the the butler does. Ughh is there anybody with any kind of creativity left in the world or are you gonna let the computers take over like terminator. Greedy game not worth your time!!!!

It’s a pay to win money grab that has only gotten worse over time. The updates make it impossible to play without spending copious amounts of money to just complete events.

I’ve been playing this game for 10 years and always like just killing time on it. The new update completely nerfed the power ups and I find myself needing to use them for every level. Just a blatant scheme if you ask me. used to love this game but will be uninstalling

Inconsistent
The ratings of each level are inconsistent. I could have power ups for easy levels and none for harder levels and lose to the easy one and easily beat the more difficult one. Game is too obviously skewed to people buying gems which make this not fun and borderline unplayable imo.
Lawsuit?
Is there a lawsuit against this company for providing a game that doesn’t allow any passage of levels without payment?
Predatory Monetization
I have played this game for years. It’s a nice stress relieving, end of the day type of game. In the past I have spent a few dollars here and there and never felt bad about that. It brought me joy and it never felt like a requirement to play the game.
In the past few months, however, they have changed the game play so much that you have to pay to win. They reduced the booster options you win during events so they are less helpful. To get past any difficult levels now, you have to pay. I have beaten those levels in the past without boosters and had no problem. Haven’t been able to do that in months now.
I am highly ranked in the game and part of a very active and helpful clan. We’re all struggling to enjoy the game anymore.
I doubt I’ll keep playing for long, but at the very least, I will NEVER spend another dollar on this game unless the Devs revert these most recent changes.

Changes for the worse
I’ve been playing this game for quite some time as I complete the new levels when they come out weekly. This developer after taking our money for the monthly event, changed the power-ups for the worse. 2 bombs to 1 and removed the rainbow blast from the TNT. If you want to institute changes, it would be nice to get a heads up and make the change occur before someone decides to spend their money or not. I’ll continue to play for free but will never spend another dime until some additional changes are made. Think twice before getting too involved in this game or any game from this developer.

This is literally candy crush
Wish i can enjoy playing other mini games and build my garden but all you do is candy crush to gain coins.

I have Gardenscapes on my phone and this is not the game that they are advertising. Like wtf

I loved this game and played it all the time. This developer decided they were going to slowly remove all the good features that made this game doable without spending a ton of money just to beat a level. I’m guessing they figured if they did away with these features they would make more but it becomes frustrating and you choose to just not play anymore.
Nerfed
I have been playing this game consistently for a couple of years and had collected significant amounts of boosters that have been stripped of significant parts of their usefulness. In particular, in a recent update, the dynamite/rainbow blast combo was replaced with just dynamite, and the rainbow blast portion just … disappeared. I had bought the summer pass, and thus had paid for bonuses that were taken away. And that is only the most egregious of the changes. Almost everything that made the game strategic in a way that was unusual for a Match 3 game has been removed or diminished over the last few months, and it just isn’t fun anymore.
Where are the gardens like in the ads?
I had hoped the game had been updated to include the little mini games and where we sell flowers and harvest like the ads show. When are those going into come to the game?
Support Deos not listen to players
The graphics are fantastic. Themes are interesting and challenging which makes it fun. When you have a problem with a team challenge though that’s where problems begin. Support does not listen. I have been reporting an issue with the team bowling not scoring any wins for the entire team for the last month. Support does not do anything about it but keep pushing it out and no one can receive any winnings. It then turns the game to a frustrations level to quit.
Game Frozen
My game has been locked for a week now, since the Stellar race where I won 3rd place. I can’t get into settings to get help support. I have deleted the game and reinstalled and turned my phone on and off. Please help! I have the red spinner and was on free bombs, will I loose all of that? Once the bug is fixed I will change the rating.

New changes make game less fun
I’ve been playing this game for YEARS. The developers recently made a bunch of changes recently to the boosters (making them less effective) and taking away the ability to earn boosters by doing daily tasks in the garden. It’s made the game difficult and so frustrating and less fun. It feels like they just want you to spend money. I’ve been playing other games because this one is so frustrating now. Boo 🍅
