Greed over Loyalty
The team responsible for this game is destroying it. They are making it harder and harder to play under the guise of keeping it “fresh.” The boosters are much harder to get, and they have reduced their effectiveness - where there was a large explosive and a power burst, it’s just a power burst. Where there was two bombs, there is now just one. It goes on. The only way to have success in this game or truly be competitive is to spend $10 every three weeks, and even then, you are not guaranteed anything. The game was great around December and is now a lot less fun. I have played for years. I guess this is my time to stop and do something else.
Every update makes the game worse
Every update takes away useful powerups, lowers the time for unlimited play etc…Been playing for a while but I will delete it soon, huge waste of time

Game has become way too hard and rigged. Been playing for 2 years but gonna give it a rest for a while. Would not recommend downloading it until developers can make it fun again. All it does for me now is take a day to pass a hard or super hard level, then makes you automatically lose an easy level. Then will let you bet a couple easy levels then you get stuck on hard level for a day. Only way you can pass hard levels is to keep trying for over a day or spending money to get extra moves to keep playing level. The game was not like this a month ago, but after update has been ridiculous. Developers need to figure it out. Don’t play this game until fixed.

These people are money hungry
They make basic levels impossible unless you use coins.. When you run out you have to keep buying them to keep winning or be stuck on one level forever.. Done with this game it's a rip off
Way too expensive to play
I actually really like this game but BEWARE! If you plan to be competitive and win challenges you will need to spend A LOT of cash to do that. Also, the game frequently seems to be glitchy VERY COSTLY GLICHES too. Example; items that usually will take 3-4 “hits” to destroy will glitches and require more hits to eliminate (I’ve counted more than 10. To me; this is deceptive & shady practice that certainly does not feel like a simple accident in the system. The creators are constantly upgrading the game which is great except that, with every upgrade comes higher prices and LESS for your money. And the goals to achieve bonuses and helpful tool increase so that it’s VERY RARE for the player to advance. My rate would be 4 stars but the SHADY PRICE GOUGING THAT GOES ON is really a shame. I’ll be dumping the game, there are too many other games and choices that are far more PLAYER FRIENDLY …. AND to help your fellow players they have such ridiculously low helps they allow daily (example; 3 cards sent and 1 card received per day? That’s nonsense and unfair to loyal players) way to screw over your customers. Maybe if the creators would make future updates to help their players have a more enjoyable experience that would be pretty awesome. Feels like WE are the enemy on this app sad REALLY SAD… TOO many other FUN GAMES out there that won’t bust your bank.. we are talking VERY EXPENSIVE! ! Oh And way too many advertisements.. ITS RIDICULOUS!

If you enjoy a game that continually glitches, has terrible customer support, and always makes updates that are detrimental to the player, then this game is for you. They recently updated this game and totally ruined it. They changed the power-ups, made every single task more difficult, reduced the prizes, and basically took all the fun out of the game. What a disappointment.
NOT FUN
I have been playing this game for over five years now. It has changed drastically. They create games that it is impossible to pass, competitions that are impossible to achieve and collections that you can’t get. Gold cards are not available and when you finally get one most of the time they are duplicate of the one you already have. The only way you can achieve anything in this game now is if you PAY $$$ for booster, coins, and moves. If you want be frustrated, unhappy, and spend a lot of money, then go ahead and download this game.

Money grab
It’s frustrating how much developers are taking things away and making the game an obvious money grab by rigging levels and game play. Every bonus that actually helps us has been taken away. Every weekend the levels are nearly impossible to pass but suddenly a cake walk by Monday. Every time I finish a location level and try to get the “treasure” the game pieces move in the opposite direction swiped, levels are crazy hard and it just sucks all around.
And the preview photos/ads are a blatant lie, I haven’t seen any of those “help the woman and kid” mini games in two years.

PLEASE READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING The most frustrating game I’ve ever played & WORST GAME IVE EVER PLAY
if you want to spend days trying to beat the same level and having to spend money just to pass it because it only gives you 5 tries and it’s 30 minutes between each life then go ahead and download it but personally it just makes the game completely not enjoyable. Make the levels too hard. And you can only play 5 times before running out of lives takes 30 minutes for each life so if you get stuck on a level expect to be stuck there for days and running out of lives before you can pass any level. And will literally make you pay real money for tools to pass the level. Don’t recommend.
Money Game
It starts out ok, then after they hook you in you need money to stay competitive. Very misleading game. That’s what the devs are all about. Save your cash…

Presently on Gardenscapes v.9.5.0. The dialogue to, alternately, update to a lower version appears, but tapping on Download nothing happens. Unable to continue playing. Update v13 forces infinite update loop.
Miss the old Gardenscapes
Used to be fun, not it is so limited that it’s lost it’s entertainment value. Miss how it used to be.

There’s two things I watch the game too and I’ve been paint playing for a long time first thing is when I spin my wheel it stops or anywhere it wants to I don’t even have to hit stop it knows where it’s going to go from the beginning to when I build up enough points on something and I’m supposed to get 50 points they only give me 40 points

I started playing this game through another app. I was supposed to earn rewards through a 3rd party app through this game and had been through beating levels. One of the obstacles was beating level 700 and receiving 245 coins in return through the 3rd party app. Trying to reach an actual person in this app was a nightmare through technical support. My problem was not fixed and I was just scammed out of the rewards for reaching that level. I would highly not recommend downloading this game solely on the technical support they have. I never reached a real person and was just told it might be a while and to just turn on my notifications for support to get back to me. Horrible experience.

Only reason I don’t play this is because of the abused homeless mother and her babies. Not a source of entertainment in what supposed to be a relaxing game

Some of the hard and super hard levels are TOO HARD. You can’t expect me to come back for days to clear one level. Much better Match 3 games out there so Sianara.
No assistance. Game cheats
I played to level 17254. I have played it and won it 3 times but it won’t advance I complained but the computer AI won’t let me talk to a human or advance me. Frequently game does not give won bombs or coins. Often when you use bombs the leave hit targets intact to prevent winning. Now on new card game they won’t give anything but duplicate cards and won’t allow team players to trade gold ones you could possibly win with. So play this game if you are a person who enjoys unfair treatment. I feel like I am in the hunger games.
Too many pop-ups
I’ve been playing this game for years but I’ve noticed when you open the game it’s pop up after pop up. It becomes overwhelming to the point wheee I don’t want to play. The greed is getting annoying with all companies honestly. Please stop trying to sell something. All the pop ups are annoying.

Game kicked me out automatically and didn’t do anything. Cuatomer service tried to blame me and all my progress was lost. Then they told me I needed to basically retry which cost more $$$.

Love this game but support never got back to me when reporting a glitch! No fun! Trying to play the new adventure but I only got 2 or the 3 nails. They aren’t anywhere and I can’t proceed. I can’t play the mini challenges because I can spend energy! Help PLEASE!!
Same game over and over
I really enjoyed the game but it’s getting repetitive games over and over even after updates. I don’t know what is wrong with this but it seems like it’s not improving. It’s pretty disappointing. Same games over and over is not fun at all. Sad but maybe time to let this go. Hope this improves.

I have played this game for years and have loved it but the update makes it so much harder and has taken away a lot of the fun. to complete the day we don’t have the little prize boxes leading up to the end of the day which is discouraging, and I don’t like the new power up options. please bring back some of the old stuff like the glove and the prize boxes throughout the day!! it was already hard enough it doesn’t need to be made harder

Used to be one of my favorite games to play but lately every update has felt like a kick in the teeth for players. We no longer get the 10-15 minute rewards for using energy in the expeditions, the items in game have been broken apart to make it harder, and now the dynamite stick has been separated from the rainbow blaster! It's become very discouraging and frustrating to play. The cards are fine to collect for one round, but round two always ends before I can get even halfway there. Even the expeditions aren't as fun as they used to be. I'm rapidly losing interest in the game these days.
Longtime player disappointed
I use to play the all the time even willing to spend a little but now it’s ridiculously expensive to be able to keep up with any challenges. The team challenges use to be fun but greed made it impossible. I just casually play now when bored. The super blasters are almost impossible to keep for more than 1 or 2 levels and I’m pretty good at the game. The updates are horrible I miss the switching glove and others. Becoming like all these corny games just pop ups to get you to spend more. 👎.. sooo many on my team are deleting game or slowed playing hopefully the makers will wake up b4 game is comepletly ruined.
Bait and Swap
The game was fun a few years ago but the developers have modified the playing elements so what used to take one resource to remove an item, now takes 3 attempts. You are told to match 3 of the same color items but when you do, instead of removing them from the playing field one just changes color and no longer matches. After 3 attempts of the same items they will finally clear the board. The bottom line, you can’t win more than a round or two without using more coins to play or quickly use up the resources you’ve gathered for days.
The developer should mark all rounds “Hard” if they can’t be won in a single round attempt. I’ve played multiple rounds where the objects aren’t even on the board to remove by your final play and you can’t win the round until they appear. I’ve put in help tickets for those game screen numbers but nothing is ever fixed in the players’ favor about those issues.
Another new change was to our tools; you have a shovel to hit any item to remove it from the playing field but then added a the new “lady bug” object that the shovel won’t remove. I asked in a help ticket why the shovel wasn’t working and was told, “no, it doesn’t on the ladybug.” I replied those rules need to be specified in their game play articles (it’s still not there). Especially when the ladybug needed to complete the round doesn’t even show up on the board until your final round of play. But that issue with an object needed to complete the round not being on the game board even in the final round are not just ladybugs, it occurs for other objects.
Our team went from 50 players in just two days down to 9 players a few months ago when the major graphics, resource tools changed and “cards” arrived. That tells me the players quit because they were as frustrated with the developers as I have been since the major tools and changes were launched. There are more enjoyable games out there. This used to be one.
