Multiple devices becomes very expensive
I got one of the trail cameras recently and decided to pay the monthly subscription to be able to see video from my motion alerts. $20 per month without being able to rewind in real time was a little expensive but I figured worth it. I decided to get more cameras since I was already paying for the subscription. Well the app wants $20
per camera per month. The app and cameras are no where near good enough to justify that price. So the app technically shows my multiple cameras but I only have video on the one I am currently paying for. I am likely to return these and get something legitimate with a better app.

20 a month can’t afford
I wouldn’t have bought this camera if I’ve known there was a $20 subscription fee sending back. I got rep l cameras that are free.
This app is annoying
There is a message that keeps prompting every time I want to view the live stream of my camera.

Triple charged me in the middle of a month and stopped my subscription
Changed me 3 times in one month in the middle of the month now I have no subscription at all and no one has tried to fix the issue after I sent bank statements and 5 days of messages hoping to get my security system back on think god I have a second system running or I would be unprotected right now at my house.

This app and camera worked great for a couple months, then a subscription required message popped up, and will not let us in to our camera without a subscription. So we can no longer use our camera! Very frustrated. We contacted support, but they are not helping us.

This doesn’t work in Jamaica
I canceled before the trial was over but got charged 19.99 anyhow.
I signed up for the free three day trial membership but canceled after 20 minutes into it. I got my Apple receipt today and I had been charged for next month on two cameras. Waiting to see if they charge me for the month after that I will contest these charges.

The customer service team is unresponsive it there says for them to send a one sentence reply with no solution. Paid for subscription and fwmeta still isn’t working. Terrible user experience would be better off getting anything else.

I use the First camera it was ok for the prize, but I decided to Buy a couple more (9) to put arround my house and in to the woods but when i’m connecting them the app start asking for another subscription for every camera you conect to the app.. if I’m already paying a subscription why do I have to keep paying more and more?? Not worth it
DONT PURCHASE
This camera makes you watch ads to wait h a 10 second clip of anything but animals. Wind will set it off. Poor battery and needs a subscription to watch more of the clips. Awful

Just about everything a person would want in a cam/app but this is NOT it. Just bed from start to finish!!
No security
This camera offers no security for your home and property. Search elsewhere when looking for a device that will offer you the security you need. In addition, you waste money monthly on a subscription to videos of your own property and home that you cannot access, can you say illegal.

Worst camera app I’ve ever used. Spontaneously disconnected from my camera, and will not let me reconnect or add a new device. Tells me to go to “settings“, but there is no place in app that lists settings. I have contacted company multiple times and they refused to respond. Don’t waste your money on these cameras since they only use this app.

I have been trying to add a second camera but it doesn’t want to connect. I tried reaching out to the them through the app but it’s a Ai who is trying to help you . Then they can’t help anymore they say that they will get in contact with me soon. After that they don’t get in contact with you and don’t help you. My camera still doesn’t want to connect.

Impossible to purchase cloud storage, virtually useless
I have tried everything to find a way to purchase a cloud storage subscription through the app bc there is no way offered in a browser. Developer has no website and no customer service. Completely glitched so you cannot access video playback no matter what you do. Only good for live view, which is useless to my security needs. Returning camera for refund.

Careful with this app they’re really sneaky even if you have a subscription the subscription gets kicked off and they make you purchase again and then when you do you’ll get charged twice
Expensive for what it is.
$20 a month plus the need to get apple storage for the videos is more expensive than other solutions
Using the app
The fact I gotta pay outta pocket to use the app is totally insane. I wouldn’t care if there was ads when there’s other cameras available to do the same without them but at least let users be able to use the thing
Limited options
This camera app gets 2 stars because of the very limited ways to customize your cameras. For instance, there’s no way to set the length that it records after discovering movement or a person in the viewing area. The camera I got from Temu for it does not follow the person when it discovers them. Nor is it clear enough to read a license plate 25 feet away and there’s no zoom. There is not a way to set the sensitivity on picking up a human so I’m averaging about 130-150 ten second recordings a day. Meaning that if the wind blows a piece of grass it records a 10 second video. The best thing about this app is that the intercom is very clear on both sides.
