Hidden Prices, No Customer Service *********
Pricing is deceiving, there are red zones that they won’t go. The customer service is almost nonexistent and if you do get someone you have pretty much wasted your time.
If You’re from the USA this App is Useless
This app will not let you register without a Korean driver’s license. Don’t even download it if you’re from the USA. Typical xenophobic Korean sentiments.

They force you to get credits and penalize you for no reasons. Cost me 3x what Lime did for the same ride

Amateur product with scammy practice
Ask you to load credits upfront before you even can ride, without knowing the cost of a ride or even if the scooter you are in front works.
Not foreigner friendly
After charging me $5 dollars, it couldn’t verify my original license nor my Korean temporary license. Don’t recommend to foreigners.
Wasted money
Saw a GCOO scooter so downloaded the app. Had to add $5 credit before it would scan the scooter's QR code, only to find afterwards that the scooter was out of battery.
Horrible
Scooter malfunctioned all the way back home and it broke down before I got home. I couldn’t stop the ride and I had to walk home and I was sick so that was a horrible experience 😔😔 will never use them!!!!!!

Rented a scooter in DTLA after getting tired of walking to my destination. Rode it for about five minutes and it kept surging while stopped. Too sketchy so I parked the thing because I’ve had enough of that. Eight bucks later for what seemed like a thirty second joy ride is not worth the headache.

When you finish the tour they give the value but when you look at your bank account they have discounted much more than they tell you in the app

The absolute worst rideshare/scooter I’ve ever attempted to use this thing started going 5 mph out of nowhere but wouldn’t let me see anything on a map or anything telling me where I could go to get the speed to go up so I was like F this And I tried to turn it off. Of course it won’t turn off. I can’t end the ride and it’s I’m standing here like an idiot while charging me money and I can’t end the ride and then of course customer support is closed. Unreal.
No warning for “no ride” zones
In what is apparently a super classist move, the scooters shut down the minute you cross the border into Skid Row. I work and my community is here and it doesn’t make sense why this company would restrict use of its scooters in a large central area of downtown where many people live in work. I will not be using this app anymore.

Intente usar huno y no se movió y cuando quise cancelar el viaje no me dejó porque no estaba en una zona de estacionamiento y ni siquiera estaba en la zona de estacionamiento y cuando me moví a la zona tenía que ir a la calle con autos pasando en palabras simples la app me pidió que me pasara en media calle no gracias
A Complete Wretched Scam
This idiotic app is a transparent bait-and-switch scam. I picked up a bike in DTLA as I was carrying something heavy a few blocks to my office. At the end of the ride, with no prior indication, I couldn’t leave the bike anywhere in DTLA since the whole city is a “red zone.” The moronic scam app would have me ride to some distant location to stop the ride and then hike all the way back. The app is still sending me updates that the bike is still out my door and I’m still “riding” and being charged for it. They absolutely need to criminalize this behavior, and I will absolutely be suing unless I get a full refund for this scam app.
Bad service.
Scooters are falling apart. Customer service is horrible. They have scooters Allll over the place in the way of walking spaces. But I parked in a spot that works well and they charged for return fee. I Don’t recommend. There was no alert of it being a charge zone, I looked on the map and it looked ok.

Setup issues
I just wanted a quick ride, but the setup is ridiculous. Too many steps to complete, requires access to nearly everything, and the verification SMS/short code was never received, even after multiple attempts. Wasted 30 minutes for nothing. Ended up going with Bird scooter nearby… much quicker, easier, and trust worthy.
Unacceptable
I had to walk home. The scooter was going to be my form of transportation since I didn’t have a ride at the time.

지쿠 킥보드 인도에 있어서 연결해서 탈려고 하는데 돈은 계속 나가는데 킥보드는 고장난 것 처럼 출발도 안 하고 원래 주차되는 곳 인데 주차 안되는 구역이라고 뜨고 돈을 먹튀하려는 생각인지 모르겠네요

Downloaded this app because I was out walking on a hot day, and saw a GCOO scooter with an advertisement hanging from the scooter that showed the comparison between Lime and GCOO cost per mile. While GCOO is cheaper per mile, they don’t tell you how much it will cost if you end your ride inside a “gray-zone”. I assumed it would be a $1-2 charge. When I got to my house, the app said it would cost $12 to leave the scooter there. More than twice the cost of the ride itself. I did not and cannot afford to pay that much, so I rode back 2 miles to leave inside a regular drop zone. That wasted an extra 10 minutes of time.
It also strained my wrist further because the combination of rattley handlebar and touch-to-push accelerator puts significant strain on your wrist. The speed was also very inconsistent throughout the ride. Annoying ride overall.
It seems their business model is to use cheap scooters, and streamline scooter pickup so their drivers spend less time going out of their way to pick up uncharged scooters. This allows them to charge a slightly lower cost per mile and cost per minute than other rental scooters companies. We’ll see how it works out in the long run. Judging from this one ride, I don’t think it’ll work out well.

Badly built app. Requires access to Bluetooth Camera and Photos (???). Hard NO. Pricing is not revealed until you create an account and login.
I’m thrilled to see a service like this in Phuket but unfortunately this company seems to be following a dream already abandoned by western companies. Successful bike sharing operators elsewhere have realized to partner with an application platform like Lyft or Uber instead of reinventing. They should offload this App to Grab if possible.
The bikes look nice but are all E bikes so not really an exercise option.

I do not trust
App wants email, phone, photo of drivers license and thats where I stopped… Visiting their website my wifi security blocks it indicating malware. All too risky for me just to use a scooter….
