Every single phone number they list doesn’t work. I called from 3 different phones and every single one was a dead line. Do NOT give your hard earned money to this place, imagine if I had gotten into an accident and couldnt reach anyone. Ridiculous.

Drive Program
I wish the drive program tracking was first responder friendly. My husband is a police officer and his score has taken a hit because the app is constantly tracking him. No one has the time or patience to go in and change EVERY SINGLE trip. There should be a feature or contract or SOMETHING for first responders so their score doesn’t take a hit while literally saving lives and responding to calls while on duty. I’m now switching to a different company because my premium has almost doubled.

One of the clunkiest apps I’ve ever used. Tried 4 times to give GEICO my money for renters insurance and each time some software issue prevented me from handing over my hard earned dollars. Gave up and just went on the website.

Es malísima siempre que me llaman aunque no conteste la llamada la app marca como que la conteste asumo que es solo porque entró la llamada, además bajando al estacionamiento de mi trabajo es en forma de caracol y en bajada así que tengo que bajar lento y con freno e ir frenado poco y siempre me marca que estoy frenando bruscamente y no es así porque voy lento un fracaso total porque no importa lo que haga esta app siempre me marca mal esas dos cosas. Es frustrante.

Lousy insurance
For the whole time paying geico I don’t see the benefits of having this coverage I have cracked window and paying full coverage and yet I was told I can’t get the window fixed. I am looking for other insurance that is cheaper and more reasonable and accommodating to a car that is paid off yet no benefits no discounts but you guys are quick to cancel someone and take money it’s a rip off.

I got this app to access my insurance info and at the most annoying moments there is always a request to review the app. Really ruins the experience.
Buggy
Awful, buggy, terrible. Nearly unused. It requires multiple attempts to do literally anything in the app. My numbingly repetitious.
App is clunky and frustrating
Almost everything about the app is unintuitive and backwards. I had to call to add a motorcycle coverage to the app. In fact, years went by with me calling Geico to add my motorcycle to the app and they were unsuccessful until I practically got the IT department boss on the phone. It’s a joke. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. A group of lizards are probably working in India for fruit flies to engineer the app.
APP/billing
It gives no info on how to pay your bill on the app. The billing app did and said nothing just billing. Not even under help did it give steps on how to pay your bill under the billing selection.

Can’t login with my birthdate/policy # saved password don’t work either. Read fine print you be amazed at the verbiage that increases your rates.
Please fix
The 2FA nonsense is absurd, and makes logging in unnecessarily difficult. Please have an option to turn this off. I do not need 2FA to view my policy in an insurance app.

Tell me why if my payment is due July 4 and today is June 24 am I getting notices of cancellation when I was never late for any payment ever? You all are doing the most in all the wrong ways!
Clunky
Your website is very clunky. My auto pay stopped working because a card expired. Your system wouldn’t allow me to update the card information with a new expiration date and then said continue to reject the card. I tried over and over again no success. When I call you on the phone a lot of automated nonsense and sues until I hang up. Overall, not a good job.

I’ve been a Customer for years! My debit card got renewed and the system kicked me over to one payment premium, which I’ve never done. After getting the run around, I had to pay more then one payment to get back onto an auto pay plan.

I’m trying to get a simple quote and they can’t stop interrupting offering extra coverage and bundles. Immediately asked for lots of personal information and emailing/texting with extras. That is a disgrace of today’s internet commerce

This is the worst auto insurance company. I am actively searching for another one and I’ve gotten at least four replies. Better coverage and lower payments. This company doesn’t care about its clients.

Had password saved. Now that I want to login to the account it doesn’t work. Reset password option fails every combo email/dob or policy#/dob. I have the policy# right here on the bill and I know my birthday yet this poor app still can’t accomplish a simple goal. Took the better part of 30 seconds to open after I clicked a text link to view my new ID card. Then took several seconds more to cough up the card.
And of course it needed another update, when I didn't have Wi-Fi.
