Yeah, Mark Zuckerberg is a good guy. The Winklevoss twins are maggots. I bought $200 worth of bitcoin they said it was gonna be a nine dollar fee. They charge me over $12 now they won’t let Buy any bitcoin and so I was like. Let me see if they’ll let me sell so they let me sell the Bitcoin and now it says I have zero cash balance. I’m gonna have to sue Gemini.

Placed several orders the wrong way. I voted “No” on one contract and “down” on another. I didn’t find out until I looked at the history that the bets were placed the exact opposite.

They will lock your account randomly.. good luck getting it unlocked, you have to make a NYS complaint and demand funds. Ridiculous company.

Do not get this card
I’ve had gemini for years, but wasn't active for the last 2 or 3 yrs so forgot my password. I went through the prompts to reset, and it kept giving an error code. I uninstalled the app, downloaded it again, and tried to create a new acct, and still got an error code. Is something wrong with the app because I have an updated current phone, with both data and wifi, so my phone isn't the issue?
Awful customer experience
My experience with the Gemini app and their credit card consisted of applying, immediately being blocked for two months, attempting to verify myself 3 times with support over multiple emails being told it would take 5 days only to never get a response. I ended up closing my account and wishing I never opened it in the first place.

This app is so bad you have not been able to withdraw my funds with them for the past 2 months I keep doing same verification over and over again without a positive feedback I hope I’m not been scammed by trusting you app

This app need to be backward compatible to any older device, so people can have access to emergency fund or their credit cards … please make this work for older devices not limited to newer devices

For a month now I have been unable to create new custom price alerts. Every asset chosen keeps coming up as GUSD/USD $0.00. None of these app updates have patched the issue. Please fix. Save the Bot response.

Adding passkey to account as a spam block. Cannot even access the app functions, support team is even worse. Bad company tries to be everything but can’t even do logins correctly.

I transferred crypto from one of wallet to Gemini. It’s been 3 weeks. My crypto is not even deposited. I try to contact with the customer care agent no result. I submit a file with all the evidence no result. No customer care agent contact with me. I don’t even know where to go to find my money. I am suggesting all the crypto users do not even use Gemini for crypto transactions. Unless you want to loss money like me. I am concerned how APP STORE even list this fraud app to their App Store?

They locked my account right after my first small test trade and approving me for their credit card. I followed their ID verification instructions soon after the account was locked. It has been over a month and it’s still locked. I can’t transfer the crypto I bought out of the account, and I never got a chance to use the credit card. I contacted their customer service again today, and they said they were never able to open the verification file I sent them, even though I followed the instructions exactly. They never reached out to me to let me know. Do you really want this level of customer service anywhere near your money?

Terrible App
This app is always crashing and never updating. The charts won't show, your holdings quantity is always way off. On the credit side it never updates balances. It got declined at a business meeting while the app showed a 3k balance. Unacceptable on all fronts. I will pay this off and never use again.

The card declines every transaction I make despite months of usage.
It is infuriating because they send you a message hours after they have declined your transaction.

Long Term Customer
The payment processing for their credit card is garbage. It takes a minimum of 7-10 business days to process and post to your account. I have a credit score of 825+, a high income, and have had the card since the fall of 2025. And they only give you a maximum limit of $2500. If you don’t pay your balance off weeks before you reach the limit, you’re guaranteed to have payments declined because the payment still has not processed.
They have also recently sent me an email stating that the rewards program has miscalculated their payments/rewards and they will be adjusting all my future rewards to make up for the overpayments.
The amount of issues and downtime for maintenance has been really frustrating and annoying. I’m not pleased at all with my experience at all.

Predictions Feature is Iffy
I like the card benefits and the crypto trading UI / features. However, the predictions can be frustrating to use. Many times I will place a prediction, I will receive the order confirmed notification, but it will be stuck in open limit orders. From there, even tho I would have won the prediction, it doesn’t pay out and just returns the money I initially staked.
Support is nonexistent
I have been on here a month 1. Never received incentive rewards 2. Been a month without a single reply from there support I’m starting to think they don’t even have one and if they do small customers are obviously not even close to a priority to them as they can’t even bother to reply to me as of now probably 8 messages to them I heard good things but have experienced nothing short of disappointment

FORCED QR CODE. CANNOT SIGN IN.
The APP is no longer crashing upon start. However, After entering my email and password, it is asking me to “scan” a QR Code. My phone meets all the qualifications. I will NOT scan a QR code to sign in. Who has anther phone to scan the damn QR code, ON THE PHONE WE ARE ALREADY USING!? There is no option for a hardware key, also if you are FORCING “passcodes” on everyone, customers need the OPTION to log in without a QR code!! Clearly this useless APP is functioning only to inconvenience the customer. Your tech department is pathetic. Whoever is managing these “updates” and taking weeks or months to resolve problem, after problem, after problem, needs to resign or be fired. Also, the new customer service agents are complete idiots who don't LISTEN. The filipino customer service were a lot friendlier, 1000% more proactive and competent than the new American ones. Whatever you're trying to do to “save a buck” is INCONVENIENCING ALL your “customers”.
Credit limit
The fact that I make over 1/2 mill a year, have a great credit score, and they won’t give me more than a $2,500 credit limit is irritating. I do love getting $BTC rewards though… I would use it a TON if I could. It takes forever for them to apply your payment to your balance, leaving you in limbo and unable to use the card.

This app sucks so bad. I can’t get ahold of anyone for the last 2 months. I need help verifying and the only way to do that is to chat (email) them. I’ve even called to leave a message, and still nothing. Worst app in the world. Doesn’t respond to customer inquiries. Does not help customers. Basically they took my money and have just been holding it because I can’t verify. Why didn’t they verify me before letting me do any transactions? Oh right, so they can keep it.

Randomly frozen account, zero support
I had just gotten into using Gemini and had gotten set up with the credit card. It advertises this great card and has a great selection of cryptos to purchase, but after less than a week the account was frozen with no elaboration. Up to that point I had only used the credit card once for buying gasoline! It’s been over a month since I have asked support for information about why this happened and how to unfreeze the account. Everyone is probably better off using any of the other competitors platforms. If this issue didn’t happen I’m sure my review would probably be 4-5 stars, but this is ridiculous!

Bad glitching/ restriction of funds
Its been a long road with gemini from waiting to get my money back for years through their lawsuit staking program to constantly delisting bad faith assets that they add so fools will buy. Then when you try and sell/ transfer before delisting neither is able to be done and it is covered up by server errors . Working on transferring all my assets out. To top it off the twins went all in on the trump family presidency grift. Truly disappointing

My card got suspended when I asked why I got a email saying it was for security reasons and they couldn’t give me a reason why. I now have to wait a month and will have no idea what I did to cause this issue

Awful customer support, terribly buggy app
Title says it all. They can’t do anything for you over the phone (if you can manage to reach them) and they try to redirect all customer requests through email, obscuring any live support as much as possible. Also has a shady history. Love the card besides that.

This app is worthless if you want to use a security key as your 2FA method. There is no option to log in with a security key and Gemini support is beyond incompetent.
I recommend Coinbase, Kraken, Binance, or just about any other crypto exchange over these clowns.

Ohhhh Gemini
By far, the worst credit card in my wallet: lowest limit at $2k; takes forever for the balance to update whereas most other cards update as soon as you hit the submit payment button; something happened to my account where I couldn’t use my card anymore. Called customer service and they basically told me it looks like my account is closed but it’s not and the only idea they had was to send me a new card. Last time they offered me a new card I submitted a request for the new orange one. Was told the order was received and it would be fulfilled shortly. It never came. Instead after months of crickets I messaged them and was told the demand was overwhelming and they ran out. They offer to replace my card with another black one and that never shipped either. When I did eventually receive a card it was silver. You can’t even bypass Apple Pay with a text like basically every other card- you MUST CALL and speak to a person which is a whole nother unnecessary step.
On the Gemini side of things I don’t know where it’s pulling the data from for the charts but it never seems accurate. Collectively you can see why the stock recently plummeted by over 75% in the last 6 months. And I doubt they’re even an acquisition target at this point.

Worst credit card known to man. The absolute worst customer service! PLEASE STAY AWAY. They take weeks to get back. Answering line is at-least a 30 minute wait. I wish I never got this card. It will be a nice paper weight though
Won’t release your funds
Fiat withdrawal is apparently broken. 😞 Haven’t been able to withdraw in weeks. Plan to lose any money you deposit with Gemini.
Disappearing Funds
App constantly shows wrong funds, doesn’t display yearly, monthly or daily graphs correctly. Staked funds will disappear and reappear at random. Seems like they’ve skipped over everything broken and instead opened a Credit Card & betting that they push. Focus is entirely on money, not a functional app. Save yourself some trouble and use a different platform like Kraken Pro.

Every time you pay to often they whipe out all your banking info. They make paying a pain by constantly needing your bank info again and again.

The app has been having an ongoing issue, whenever you try to move crypto it crashes the app and kicks you out. Over half the time I try to make a card payment the same thing happens.

i dont know why but i cant make a payment since the app updated i go through everything to add my bank select my bank account through plie and nothing shows up to make the payment dont know how to get ahold of anyone…. if you wont take my money how do you expect me to make a payment
Absolute disgrace
You have a better chance of reaching the president than getting ahold or even a email response from this disgrace of a company. Costed me a lot of bills I missed because my account was restricted, took two weeks for a response.

I’ve been using Gemini as my crypto exchange for a few years now. It wasn’t until my last transaction I noticed an enormous fee while selling BTC despite having active trader on. In the past most sub thousand dollar transactions would have a fee under $2, but starting last week every sell or buy transaction was over $11. That’s 5 times what it should be. I withdrew my money and crypto and will use other platforms in the future.
Scam: use delay Data and high fee. Highly recommend Coinbase
