This is crazy but I at up an account with them years ago. I can still log in but the password has been compromised. Now that it is, I’d like to change my password so that someone doesn’t use my credits, account etc. but there’s literally no way to change it or even to contact support. I work in tech at one of the big tech companies so I have a pretty good sense of how to navigate a variety of UXs. This one is a mess.
Took my money
I was trying to send one Fax it kept trying to charge me 4999 then I tried six faxes. It kept trying to charge me 4999 and I never ended up still charge me and now I have to fight with Apple to get my refund, I would not recommend this to anyone and I never had a problem with Genius Scan ever but with Genius Fax, they take your money and they don’t provide even if you don’t use it, which I don’t think is fair if I use the product, then I’ll pay for it but I Fax and I was still charged and I don’t have a lot of money and I’m a single mother with two kids and I’m on disability and now I have to fight with my bank and Genius Fax and Apple for my money back I do not think it’s fair at all!!! will never use this product again!!!
Buyer Beware!
This app does not work. I sent a fax after buying a credit. It never reached its destination and the app tells me the fax was sent successfully but can’t show me a confirmation due to issues with cache. Very poorly designed app.

I can’t believe that when I purchased fax credits on this app, they only give you a short window to use the fax number! I purchased a block of faxes because it was more cost effective to buy more at one time then purchase a minimum amount. There was nothing indicating that I had to use all my faxes up before a certain time or I lose the number and fax credit remaining. This is a very unreasonable, stupid and inconvenient product if that is and will be their policy! Since when should the customer have to do business on your deadline? Absolutely ridiculous! I want my money refunded immediately genius scan!!!

I purchased the 50 sheet package to fax 12 sheets and made 5 attempts to send the fax unsuccessful. I then faxed all 12 page on my personal fax without any problems. DON’T buy this app! It is bogus!!!!
$40+ down the drain
Well, it would be nice if the fax app, I don’t know, allowed me to receive a fax. I reserved a number, paid $40 for 100 pages so I could receive a 59 page fax. It never worked. Had to get the files mailed.

It is charging 0.99 per page and fax number 3.99, but it does not work still I spent 8 dollars and can’t contact customer service.

The fax aspect for receiving- I can’t attest to that. I was told that 2 faces (in different subscriptions) were sent and I never received any. The sending faxes has been a lifesaver for me, however the cost per page is incredibly high. I wish there was better integration where you could draft a fax and come back to it and edit prior to sending. I wish I could save the number and come back to the program and finish a drafted fax and attach additional pages to it. That aspect is lacking. In addition you aren’t notified if the fax doesn’t go through so if you don’t use it often and assume something was submitted, you coukf check back a month later in a panic to discover your document was never sent.
Update to lower star rating/ no customer suppprt and my fax that I sent over a month ago never actually sent and now I can’t find the file and can’t ask support to provide a record if those pages

WAY too many spam messages and wastes your credits.
Keep getting random faxes that aren’t meant for me
I used to like this app but all of a sudden I have started getting faxes from random places that aren’t meant for me. And it is starting to cut into my needed credits. I’m paying for faxes that I can’t use and it’s stating to affect my bottom line with my business. There is no customer service number for me to call about this either.

So apparently, I was given a number that someone else previously had. So when I received a fax I was charged for that fax that does not belong to me. Can’t find a number to talk to anybody about it. Not happy, will be canceling.
