There’s no metric or meter to show you how many credits something is going to cost. You could do the same test over and over and the number of credits that it’ll use will be different. System is just designed to use up all of your credits as quickly as possible so that you have to buy more. You will always run out of credits right before completion of a project for you to buy. Frankly, a 10,000-point hit for this scope of work is exorbitant and completely out of step with any reasonable value proposition. This is particularly egregious considering that I provided the baseline materials myself. The platform’s role was to process existing data, not generate a 48-slide deck from scratch-yet the "usage fee" suggests otherwise.
Furthermore, I am extremely disappointed with your policy regarding error corrections. I noticed that even when the platform makes a mistake or fails to follow instructions, any request for a change or fix results in further point deductions.
I have two specific questions that require immediate clarification:
• Valuation Logic: How is a 10,000-point deduction for 48 slides-based on provided materials-justified? At this burn rate, the platform becomes functionally unusable for professional, high-volume projects.

Bought the pro plan that was advertised as having free ai chat and photo generation (I know the the diff between these options and the other options that use credits like a prompt from the workspace) and unfortunately both ate up all my credits last month and didn’t have credits for a month. Customer service doesn’t exist. This is the same story. Just check reddit. If it keeps happening I will file a chargeback with Amex.
False Advertising
I have a plus plan just used the chat and it sucked up all of my credits (20k). I’ve reached to support and am still waiting for an explanation.

I’ve spent $300+/month on credits since launch and promoted GenSpark in my communities. Now they removed credit purchases and force you into higher purchases $149/mo Pro just to keep working. I’m locked out of client projects unless I 4x my subscription cost. Support ignores emails. This isn’t "upgrading" and even though I absolutely love Genspark. I canceled subscriptions that I had no problem with for years. I think they should focus on their customer service and not so much growth. Literally I’m watching my credits just get taken away and the projects aren’t even working anymore. It’s really really sad.

Misleading Offer
Upon creating an account-you are prompted you have free initial usage of Genspark. However, upon my FIRST use of creating a powerpoint deck, I couldn’t even get to the final presentation because the clarifying questions use up all the “free credits”. It’s one of those “read the fine print” moments, nonetheless, you shouldn’t offer a “free experience” only to get hit with a paywall upon first usage.

Promising Platform Let Down by Support and App Quality
I wanted to like this platform, but the overall experience has been disappointing.I’ve been stuck for days on a basic but critical issue, connecting a custom domain with extremely slow and inconsistent support responses. For a paid or production‑ready platform, waiting days with no clear instructions is simply not acceptable, especially when teams are trying to move fast.On top of that, the mobile app feels unfinished. Basic actions like copy‑paste don’t work correctly, which is surprising in 2026 and makes even simple tasks frustrating.The core idea is good, but execution and support need major improvement before this can be relied on for real‑world use.

YIKES! Crashed my iPhone
I was excited to start using this new tool. But as soon as I opened it, and when the app asked if it could send me push notifications or not, and I politely declined, it completely froze me out of my entire phone. I wasn’t able to even do a hard reset. I just had to wait all day for my phone to die. Fun times! Thanks for the unplugged day Genspark!
Issues!
Downloaded and wanted to pay for the app monthly, I did a quick sample/tryout and it get failing to do a simple request. Went back and forth for 10 mins then it said I was out of credits. 👎🏻
FALSE ADVERTISING! Buyer beware.
I downloaded this app 3 days ago and opted for the $25/mo “unlimited chat and image” plan to try it out. Around 72 hours in I got completely cut off mid chat and prompted to upgrade to the $200/mo+ plan and told I was out of my monthly usage. No warning, just cut off mid chat in the middle of a work project.
I specifically avoided all things that weren’t “included with unlimited”. I used the chat and image generation tools only. No video, no add on features…strictly chat and image as described as unlimited when I signed up.
The AI would take it upon itself to create an “AI agent” mid chat unprompted. I would ask it specifically “that’s great but is that burning up my tokens?” It reassured me it was included with the unlimited part of my plan. Within 48 hours of signing up I got a notification that I had used 70% of my monthly tokens already. So I made extra sure not to generate any more images and remain in chat mode only. Day 3 locked out and asked for more money.
Unfortunately I really loved the intuitiveness of it, but considering it’s being advertised and an “all in one workspace” unless you plan in budgeting hundreds of dollars a month it’s basically useless for a heavy user that wants to use it for that purpose.

Don’t Commit to Yearly
I committed to yearly price plan price plan to save a few bucks. After only 7 days I found myself out of credits and had to wait till following month to use again. Their “unlimited credits” is not the case. Read the small print. You only have 72 hours to cancel for a full refund. Tip: Pay monthly and ensure you like tit before committing to a year. In my opinion there are better products out there than this.

Frustrating
The credit drain rate with little to no transparency or insight into what uses what continues to be a problem. The app and user interface have weird aspects that make me think they could benefit from having more non-tech industry users in their beta group to improve experience.

Not ready for prime time
I am a paid Genspark user. Genspark has some impressive capabilities and a lot of potential, but the tool is not ready to compete with other, more robust platforms. It makes too many errors and you consume your monthly credits FAST. For example, you can create very impressive slide decks with one prompt, but you could spend hours (it happened) to me, fixing formatting and layout errors. The research agents are also pretty bad. There is one feature I really like, which is called “Mixture of Agents”, that pulls from all models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.), analyzes their responses and then prepares the best answer, based on its analysis. However, this is not enough for me to stay as a costumer. I won’t be renewing my annual subscription.

I wouldn’t mind using this app more but the credit system they have uses credits very fast. I see this as a money grab for credits or I would’ve given them five star.
Good product..TERRIBLE customer support
This product is really cool and powerful but for how much it cost there should be at least a customer support. I have emailed them 6 times…wouldve called but they dont have a phone number to call. In those 6 emails I have gotten zero responses. Im using this for business as well so its very upsetting and we will be searching for new products thats are similar.
