Freezes
Freezes a lot and stops tracking!!
No instructions!
You’re on your own just tapping buttons and sliding things around trying to figure out how it works. A simple read me file would be a huge help
Mostly frozen.
Since it is frozen and not recording almost every time I look at it I must say it is pretty, gives a lot of statistics, etc but since it is generally frozen it is worse than nothing for me. Dangerous to use off road.
And trying for customer service is a joke.
I when through the app to ask is a ? And wrote a kind and fair criticism hoping they might be able to help. After about 20 minutes I sent send just to realize the link in the app does NOT include an email address.
Not a serious app or developer.
