You have an ad for Lily Wish WHICH IS A SCAM! Shame on you for not checking this out before you allow them to advertise during a game. You are not doing what it supposed to be done to stop scammers😡
Game not working - no support
I play this game every day. Today, it won’t lock in. There are no messages on the boards, no solution to fix the problem, and no way to play. I can’t login as guest, I login with my email and it won’t let me in, it just sits on the start screen. Good game, but no information when it’s not working and no way to get Support.
Crashes
I played this game for a long time now and I really love it. But lately it’s been crashing on me on the opening screen. I deleted it and reinstalled it and it’s still crashes. Please fix!

This game is BS. The more you make the more you pay to play. I had 10million in coin and was forced to play tables that cost 6 hundred thousand to play with jokers. Needless to say I’m completely broke. Literally ZERO coins. We should have the same choices we had when we had less money. I refuse to spend my money to buy more coins. Complete BS. ZERO stars should be an option like the amount of coins I have.
Buyer beware
How is it that I always played the minimal amount and was 300 games plus winning against losing games? As soon as you think you’re doing good, you lose the next 10 games and all of your coins as a result. Absolute scam! Stay away! Certified in 2022… I think it’s time they get reevaluated!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬 They have got great graphics but they only TAKE there is no way to win money. You just LOSE LOSE LOSE AND THE WAY THEY DO IT IS VERY ADDICTING… their algorithms are very good so buyer beware… YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!

Stealing money
I purchased coins for $99 and I got charged $147. This happened on another game that I used to play but I quit because it was doing the same thing. It was charging me extra money by about $50. it seems like there might be some kind of scam going on here
Pop ups are insufferable
It’s a shame, it’s fun gameplay, but the in-game pop ups for stupid nonsense like unlocking chests and “super bonus” junk, and side games, are so excessive, it makes the app extremely irritating to use.
The app also auto starts games if you don’t leave a table, and you’ll have no idea until you log in later to see you’ve lost coins for a game you never started. Pretty dumb. Also, seems rigged to me. But… I wouldn’t care, if I didn’t spend money for additional coins.
This is just basic loud and bright, money grab like every other dumb app, and it ruins what should be a fun p2p game.

Addicted, but irritated
I play this game every day. It’s addicting. BUT, there are some annoying things you can’t avoid. Like the safes that “I win”, but can’t open for lack of space. Tedious. More frustrating is your algorithm for my next game. I can sit through a dozen options before I find one that I want to play. And, if I set up a table, I have to sit through a dozen people entering and exiting the table before someone de ides to play. Often, I just give up and exit the game. It would be nice if I could set bounds for what I want to play.
Update to my post-- I’ve been experiencing glitches with the app where I get disconnected and lose the game. The first couple of times that it happened, I shrugged it off. When it kept happening, I thought I would send feedback. The developer pretends to be interested in resolving issues. But, then just sent me a trite response that I had poor WiFi connection. I was playing from home, sitting by my router. I’m beyond irritated now. I feel disrespected by their tech support.

Fair card certified…what a joke …update it continues
How can a person continually lose and it’s supposed to be “fair card certified”. No way this game isn’t manipulated by the creators. You know the creators of this app put that up on the opening page because people complained. Such a joke! Like anyone is gonna believe that. Play the game but don’t give them any money
UPDATE: it continues. I win 1 game and proceed to lose at least 10. I’m just gonna lose the money and drop this app. It is so ridiculous. I email them and they say how they are fair card certified but I don’t believe they don’t have something to do with who wins. No one is that unlucky to always get the worst cards or play against people that the game gives a perfect hand. I’m so frustrated.

Liars
I played a 1250 game and won jack pot included they gave me 2163. where did the rest of my win go? even if you minus the 250 for the jackpot, where does the 3 come from in 2163🤔?
Very one sided/unbalanced
3 games is a row, I never even had the chance to play. I picked up one card and the other opponent is already knocking . All three games, all the same outcome .. ZERO cards to absorb any points.

You forgot the X
There is literally no X to leave the Memorial Day promotion. Can’t move forward in the game AT ALL. Forcing the app doesn’t work either.
Too many long ads and they charge for everything like chat etc..
Game started out pretty good but once you start losing they take away the lower bid tables and only give you high bid tables to play! We should be able to play any tables as long as we have the bid! Don’t make it impossible to continue to play unless we make purchases to continue ! Which I did and still got no where- Too many ads as well, it wouldn’t be so bad if they weren’t such long ads!! Opponents take too long to take their turns and they actually charge for chat so we can ask to hurry up - charge for everything that would make this game as the real deal

To many in game pop ups
Way too many in game pop ups in the lobby. They are things in the game but if you just want to play rummy and not have a million pointless curtains closing and coins covering you screen to show you something you’ve see a million times, don’t play this game. Game play is good, but all the other stuff really takes away from a pretty solid app
