I noticed recently that I lost coins without playing any games. I purchased some, the balance updated, and when I went back to the home page, the amount had been reduced without my playing any games. I did it again to see if it was a fluke…and it happened again. This time, I took screenshots. I’ve yet to receive an explanation from support or get my coins back.

They control the cards!
Whatever you do people DO NOT spend any money on this game. It is fixed!!! They control what cards you get. Sure they let you win every once in a while, but they keep you at a lhevel so that you will keep buying their tokens. They are nothing more than thieves. They tell you there no bots in the game which is a boldfaced LIE!! The developers of this game are cheating out of your money whenever you purchase their tokens. They say you are playing other people which maybe true sometimes, most people I don’t know when they lose. The verbal expressions prove they are bots. I know they will send me a text telling how good other people play and bad I play. There is very little skill playing rummy. So if you are paying money for tokens you are just throwing money away.

The graphics are good. Won a few games and didn’t get the rewards for the wins for an house game. Pop-ups WAY TO MUCH. They made me back out of the game.
Unfair coin valuation
I spent several weeks and tens of dollars completing all their albums so that I would get the grand prize which I did. Immediately after they raised the price of the games by five times so my $12 million was no longer worth that much. In fact it was worth five times less than that.. they set up a situation where the prize that I had worked so hard for became valueless after I won it. Stay away.!

I used to love this game so much but if you ever buy coins you start losing every time no fun anymore

Seems great at first, you bet $300k and have $600k, you win and get 415k, loose next round and back to $0. It’s a scam.

First of all, this game has you competing under the false pretense that you’re playing against other humans. All you do is play against the games bots with AI generated names. It uses an algorithm to calculate your spending versus your win loss ratio. It has you winning just enough to keep playing and then purchase when you run low on coins. It encourages many micro purchases for “exclusive” events and has various mini games so you do not get bored, but even those are heavily rigged. This game app is a waste of energy and effort and your skill of actually playing rummy isn’t factored as it knows your hand. This game scams more than Vegas! Don’t waste the storage memory and keep your money!

Coins keep disappearing
Everytime I come back in the game my coins are gone, also anytime I watch a reward video, the video freezes and I have to close the game meaning I don’t get the reward.
