For old players, we can’t even ask for a server merge without devs just throwing anything together and calling it a day. If you want to play, go find the official discord after creating a new account and using the discord to find older players holding onto dead accounts.

The dev team has totally ignored repeated attempts by people to address the issues the game has going on. Anything that is needed you have to pay for and it is not achievable for other people. They expect the few whales to carry the other players. But they will also let someone steal your account if you have not been in for a few days. I have emailed them repeatedly about these issues.
Don’t waste your time on this game. I am invested like many others, however the devs never keep their word. We have a great group of players that keeps dwindling. They use deception about prizes you are supposed to get. Then if you confront them they say it takes time and they will look into it. However they never do it.
The security is bad. People can take your account if you are not on it for a few days. You can get it back but you have to worry about them getting back on. We have told them about this many times. They have taken a type of currency we used to get and eliminated. Now it is randomly sent to some people. I have a hunch it comes when people are spending lots of money. Stay away.

Scam Wars
Girlwars has always been in deep drama with its community. Developers do not listen to us or the Community manager. The game is not great, the only reason people stay is because of the community. I feel like Girlwars should go into eos because of how poorly the devs do. They give little compensation and basically ignore us.

I simply can’t play the game I downloaded it for the first time a few days ago and I get either can’t log in too many accounts or my accounts banned. I’ve repaired the data and deleted the game and redownloaded and it still says the same thing.

It made a purchase go through that I didn’t even mean to buy and now my account is permanently stuck on pending purchases and I can’t update any of my apps because of it
Lost all my game data
I thought I linked it to my Facebook and the game decided to glitch and say delete data so I deleted the game because it wouldn’t let me open the game and so I lost all my progress. I guess I’m just deleting the game because I am not going through that again.
Misleading
While the gameplay wasn’t the worst, I feel their “Deluxe Pack” for the rewards was misleadingly advertised. It seemed to suggest that if you paid more, you would get an outfit and the character as it showed an icon for the outfit AND and icon for the character. In reality, you need to have that specific character.
So, you need to have the SSR character already, and you may even need the UR upgrade-I don’t know, but it doesn’t much matter. I may be at fault and somehow missed their clear warning, but I feel that I did not and the marketing is misleading. It leaves me with a character outfit I will never use-especially not now as I will not play a game that misleads me like that. Shame on me. I just wish I wasn’t out so much money now.

Looks like a great game but doesn’t work for older devices. I’m running iOS 12.5.7 iPhone 6 Plus and it saids it’s compatible but does not work please fix. Make it compatible

Be careful when playing! You can accidentally click on an item in their mall and spend your gems automatically. Customer service won’t do a thing. Won’t be spending any of my real currency on this game again.
Won’t open unless on WiFi
I live the game but it’s unplayable and won’t open past the entry black screen on cell data. I did all testing, setting changes and resets and the game only opens when on WiFi.

Scam game!!
You can only play this game on wi-fi. When I asked support why this is they asked me for my ip address!! The game crashes all the time and bugs are everywhere with no fixes. All they care about is milking their players and will probably end up disappearing like many gacha games.

Summon shard wdf 😂 and all units girl sзxualiced why?. You have good game but if you improve it without begging so p2w and when you summon at least you summon units not shards. Only sick people who like anime game that show the body ( 🍌) will play this for a while.

I came back to return to the game, only to find myself forced into a brand new account with no way to log out. You create an entire game, but you forget to add a logout feature. What a joke.

eSIM
Fun game. With the recent update I’ve been having issues with the game having an eSIM. Game works while in WiFi but not on carrier network.
No support
I was over charged for packs I bought a number of times and seen gems disappear and had to reopen the slots. Contacted gm with no response. Just be forwarded
