I am sharing to help other customers not fall for the trap. Please note that after you have paid - the customer service ends. And it is not possible to receive a response and help regarding the activation of the line, I activated my line - not long ago, I encountered a problem - in customer service they closed the tabs I opened with them, one after the other. And the response did not come and even when it did it was a very, very shallow and slow response so I highly do not recommend buying anything here!

1 Gb use to be no more than $1. Now it’s $3.89!! Use to use this service loyally because it was the most affordable option. Raising prices like this. Honestly awful.

I would attach screenshots of their "excellent" responces and speedtest which results = 0.06mb/s Dowload , 0.05 mb/s Upload. forget about streaming data its just impossible with 5G, LTE (with and without VoLTE enabled), 3G.

I thought this app would help me with data overseas but I was wrong. I was in South Korea 2 weeks ago and I purchased an eSIM from globalyo. After installing the eSIM to my phone, my iPhone immediately became carrier locked. I contacted support and they were able to cancel the plan and refund me my payment. It has been a full week of my being back in the States and my phone is still locked. I contacted my original data service carrier and apple and they said they can’t help me. I tried to reach back out to globalyo to ask them to unlock my phone. They have completed stopped responding to my tickets and closed my tickets after 10 mins of me placing them. I now have to get a brand new phone when I just got my IPhone 6 months ago. I highly recommend not to use this app or globalyo for data service overseas.

ESIM Great, App a mess
The eSIM pricing and features are great. But this app is a disaster. I don’t know what a bubble is or a stream or a whatever else it offers. It’s just a whole bunch of garbage thrown together in an app. And when you need to find the features in the app for controlling and updating and purchasing eSIM’s… They’re all lost behind static. This app is garbage, but I put up with it for the pricing.

Not sure what this app is a game a eSIM I live in the US Ireland and Spain sadly this eSIM is the worst out of the bunch app looks like a child’s game and the service works as data but has blocked calls WiFi calls and texting doesn’t work. Yes I’ve used 4 different esims as I have work in 7 countries and yes this is is ESIM is not letting me work and is useless …. The data part works but the errors and problems with my iPhone are a communication disaster

Avoid this app if going to Asia
I bought Japan Esim and load picture take 30sec, it’s too slow that is unusable. I ended up buying a new one from another App.
This app may seem have good price but they choose the lowest internet speed local service provider, in Japan avoid KDDI network. If you search all Esim they sell for Asian countries they are all cheap and slowest one.
Customer servide refused to refund. Save your self some trouble if going yo Asia.

Do not make mistake
Do not make mistake and buy unlimited pckages, after 1 gb it drops to 100 kb/s, very slow. Other packages work well
Don’t purchase it’s not worth your money
Purchased a plan for Europe . The service is extremely slow with 3G and most of the time doesn’t work. Tried to get refund was declined. Don’t waste your money on this service find something better!

I bought world explorer sims. Friend tried installing one on her phone. Didn’t work. Went to install the second on my phone. No option to install it. I activating it thinking I would get an option to install but nothing. Reached out to customer service. They telling me to go to the install sim and change APN or something. How can I do this when it’s not even installed. I sent them screen shots and everything. No other response from them. Basically they took my $20 for a service I can’t use and since I activated them it’s running for the month but I don’t have any access to data. Too many issues with this. I’d avoid using it and find something else.

Reached out to support a few times after loading the app. Their instructions didn’t work. I contacted support and got nowhere, several times. They won’t refund you. I would advise to select other e-sim companies!!
Useless app money lost
I have paid 9.99 for 5gb of data never got the network connection couldn’t use a single bit of it. Contact the support but they replied once every 24 hours. When they couldn’t resolve my issue support stopped responding and replying. Please do not purchase it you will not get the service.

Had an agreed a refund with support agent that never was processed. Chats make you wait for over 4/5hours and you get “disconnected “.

I had issues with activation with several esims from these folks. Reached out to support, maybe 10x through out my vacation, never got in contact with them. I was always in a queue. I will delete their app and try to go through my credit card to get refunded.
Difficult to use app, product does not work as described, no support available
I bought a eSIM that should work in multiple EU countries. When I changed countries it stopped working. Reached out to support and wrote an email. No response. Better to spend more on a product that is actually supported than waste time and money here. The app is also unpleasant to use.
No customer service and doesn’t work
I have tried to get 3 eSIM cards. All have even purchased and when you try to add them, it says download interrupted, try again. Then when you try again, it says it has already been added to a device and won’t work. I tried on different devices with the same results. Reached out for support and no one response. Their chat feature is horrible.
Seems like a scam to me.
I entered my credit card information for two separate cards and neither of them worked to purchase the data package because of the zip code but both of them were charged for the purchase. Now I have two charges and no data. GoMoWorld is more expensive but is way more reliable in my experience.

Went to a trip in Caribbean and purchased a $30 plan that’s supposed to cover the area, yet had no internet there, despite activating the plan before traveling and getting connection with local cellular networks while there.
Trying to get a refund now and they are asking for screenshots of just about anything: bank transaction, account page with avatar visible, network settings. The communication with support is held via in-app chat, but the attachment feature is broken, so I can’t attach anything even if I wanted to. I don’t, because they clearly know who I am if I am chatting with them from their app. They should know my account number, my purchased plan and my payment transaction number. It’s like they are trying to make it difficult to get my money back for the service I didn’t get.
It was a big waste of time trying to get the internet to work during my vacation and continues to be a waste of time trying to get a refund.
