Paid subscription w/ Google ads
It's unacceptable to have ads in an app while paying for a subscription, with the addition of the app also collecting money from each order placed. This recent change is unprofessional and downright greedy.

I used Glovo 3 times with no issues. The 4th time, I left CLEAR instructions for the driver to leave the food at the concierge…Iike I did the other 3 times. The driver pulled up, and then just pulled off. Stole the food. Chatted Glovo help/support and they refused to refund or get the food back. They said that even though the courier did NOT follow instructions, they showed up and left and there was nothing they would do to help me. Never use GLOVO!

تجربتي مع Glovo كانت خايبة بزاف. طلبت واحد الأوردر وخديت برودوي بثمنو كامل، ولكن ماوصلش كامل! ومع ذلك تسجّل عليا نفس الثمن بلا حتى تعويض ولا توضيح. هاد الشي غير مقبول، خصوصاً من تطبيق كبير بحال هادا. خدمة الزبناء ضعيفة وماكاين حتى اهتمام بالمشكل. ماكننصح حتى واحد يستعملو إلا بغى يضيع فلوسو.

I’m writing this review because customer service is not possible to reach. I ordered food. I paid extra for feta. It was missing. I was able to chat with support and I was told I would receive a credit.
I just placed another order. I did not receive a credit. I’ve clocked everywhere and it appears they lied about the credit. I also checked against Just Eat. Almost every item is 0.50-1€ more on Glovo. They show free deliver but then you wind up paying more per item which adds up. You pay a service charge (free delivery but you still pay another charge). Then they also want you to tip.
The customer service is awful. There is not a way to ask about your credit and why it was not applied. Just Eat is far superior and I will be ordering from them from now on.

so i’m an american visiting italy. i figured i’d stay in and order some food. well, the driver got lost, and i told him i’d meet him at the park gate. i watched as he drove past me and canceled my order. i contacted glovo support only to find out they won’t issue a refund or reorder my food because “it’s in the terms and conditions” that you don’t need to refund an order after the courier has picked it up.

Je fais une commande , et ça ne marche pas c’est insupportable. aussi on ne peut plus annuler les commandes quand on veut ce qui est extrêmement inefficace.

I cancelled my subscription properly. App confirms cancellation, finished and deleted. They still took my subscription money a month after cancellation. They make it impossible to contact support so they pretended my subscription was cancelled and are trying to make it difficult to cancel further on purpose or get support for why they are still taking my money. Absolutely horrible. Shameful. Thieves.

Frequent Problems and No Real Support
Very disappointing experience. I have been a customer for over six years, and I constantly face issues with this service. My order was delayed for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes, then suddenly cancelled without any valid explanation. The support team is not helpful at all and does not provide any real solutions. This shows a clear lack of respect for loyal customers’ time. I do not recommend this service.
Catastrophic experiences
With glovo food NEVER arrives in an eatable temperature its always SO COLD like an yesterday cooked meal, 99% of the delivery guys are Rude and have Ego issues, if you don’t have an elevator they wont come up to you even if your house is on the first floor, even if u say your sick or whatever and thats the opposite of theirs advertising videos where they say they bring the order to the door step. The drinks are always spilled on the food…

Not working
The app logged me out and won’t allow me to log back in. I tried using WhatsApp and SMS and neither will send the code to my phone so I can login. This is very frustrating as that is the way I access my account. I tried deleting the app and redownloading again and it still won’t work.

Stopped using it as they grossly manipulate delivery fees and charge bad weather fees on clear sunny days! Delivery without Prime was 7.49 and 3.99 with prime (free) but then they add a 3.49 bad weather fee when it’s sunny outside!

Tenía la suscripción pero últimamente he tenido mala experiencia con Glovo, ya me han hecho perder mi tiempo más de una vez por problemas con los pedidos, repartidores, demoras, etc… no tiene sentido seguir pidiendo a través de esta plataforma si no hay ni seguridad ni orden, es tirar el dinero. Me cambiaré a uber eats y a pedir directamente de los locales

I made a grocery order when I am on vacation in Belgrade from this app and never received my order. Contacted customer service but no one even tried to help me. I explained them the situation. The agent said they cannot issue a refund and just closed the chat. Try yandex Go. Don't waste your time and money with this company.

I placed two orders on here in the same night trying to get food while in the hospital but neither were delivered properly. The second order wasn’t even refunded despite it’s failure to arrive. This was my first and LAST experience with this app

They show you one price when ordering and after it is delivered they provide you with a cheque with a higher price. The funnier thing that if you sum up the prices for every item in a cheque you get the price they shown you initially but at the bottom of the cheque the total price is higher. Clown and fraudsters 😂

Didn’t deliver and still charged me
I ordered two overpriced vegetarian wraps for €30. They never came, and the first thing I see from them is a cancellation message. I had given them the exact GPS location and plugged in the house number and floor manually as well. I’m on the ground level, external door, so it’s not hard to find the house number and door. And this is not my first order, I’ve gotten many deliveries from them to this address. In the past if there’s ever an issue they just call or message. I got no messages, no calls. Contacted support, they told me no refund, and said they had tried to call me on some random number that’s not even my country code. I have no idea where they got the number from, as I said they’ve called me a dozen times before. So they tried to send it to some address that’s not mine, tried to call some number that’s not mine, and they considered that my fault. Keep my money, I’ll never order from you again.

This app and its drivers are a scam. First time I ever ordered, the delivery guy called me and I came down and grabbed the food. No problem.
Second time, I ordered 70€ worth of food to arrive between 8:00pm and 8:30pm.
At 8:30 I received an email saying my order was cancelled because I wasn’t at the address provided!! The Glovo app usually shows progress, and they try to contact you when they arrive. This time, NONE OF THAT. THEY CHARGED ME THE FULL 70€, even though there was NO effort to contact me. My call log was empty. Then what was fishy, was I contacted customer help, and they said the delivery guy reported “no incident”.
They stole the food, lied, and charged me the full amount as if I received it?!?

Doesn’t refund your money
Terrible experience with this app. Two of my goods that were cancelled never gave me my refunded money. Customer service didnt care about helping me. They basically stole my money.
