Great App Now Unusable
This has been an excellent app I highly recommended, but is has become unusable. In May 2026 it started freezing and shutting down. Then at the end if May an update made this happen less often. Now it is back to the same issue. I communicated and developers just said the update should fix things. Well, it did not. And it does not matter if I am connected to Apple Health or not☹️

Used to be a good app. Now constant upselling!
This used to be a good app but now every other day it tries to upsell you for multiple additional expensive services. If you want to be interrupted constantly by ads, get this app. Once a week ads is OK but every day or every other day is too much. The place to go for harassing ads is Facebook but I don’t need harassment when trying to care for my diabetes.

Just made me do an update and now I cannot use it at all..
Not so great

Your latest update, which appears to be designed to enable easier connectivity, has made the app essentially useless for manual data entry. I’m moving on after years. a real shame.
App is frozen
I’ve been using this app for years and loved it for tracking multiple types of readings. However, it recently started lagging when I moved around in the app and now today is almost completely frozen. I can’t move around or log anything. This is very frustrating and upsetting as I used this on a regular basis as a go to for keeping track of vital information. At this point I would not recommend it to anyone.
Stopped working
Following a recent app update on or around May 8 2026, Glucose app is no longer functional. Upon opening, it now freezes and tries to read from a CGM. I do not use a cgm and always enter my readings manually which apparently is no longer possible. I will search for a different app.
Update woes
I’ve used this app for several years and it was seamless. Never once had an issue or problem.
Since the update it won’t let me use it at all. Just sticks on receiving data. Don’t know how to get past this receiving data business so I can enter my data and see my trends.
Disappointed. Why can’t developers leave a working product alone?!? If it must be upgraded, BETA TEST and roll out to select users to do real world tests before crashing everyone else. smh.

Fix the update
I’ve really enjoyed this app but the last update has completely broken the app. I can barely login and I can’t click on anything once it finally loads the history page. Who did your code testing before rolling out this update? Do better.
Bad Update
I have used this app for several years. Recently I performed the updates to ver 3.15.0 on my iPhone 12 mini with the latest OIS. Now it’s broke! It displays a notice to connect to a meter. I think Bluetooth. I don’t have a Bluetooth meter. I check my blood and enter the data manually. That’s all I want to do. It also is asking to share. I cannot see my history because the screen freezes. I try to add an entry but it just sits there and can’t do anything. I’ve tried everything short of deleting it where I lose all my data. It also seems to be draining my battery, like it’s trying to do something. This version doesn’t work anymore on my phone. I pay for this subscription and now it’s worthless. Please help!
App support
Don’t bother trying to use the app support option. It doesn’t work. Nothing is working. No information is made available. As usual, the latest update means that the app no longer works.
App Becomes unusable after latest update!
This app used to be great until this latest update! Just opening the app causes the interface to become unresponsive… then the phone gets really hot… I emailed support but got no response . Will have to look for something else. And this is the second time an app update has rendered the app unusable. Trying to figure out how I can get all of my data out. Non existent customer service is not a good way to keep customers! The listed developer website… does not even exist!
Stops while Syncing
Been using this app for years without a single issue. Since last week, the app stops working stating that is syncing with Apple Health.

This app was great. Loved the data and it was easy to use. After the update it does not work at all. I saw lots of others say the same thing. It has been a week and so far there has been no response. If you are working on a fix let us know.
Was a great app until latest update
Since the update the app crashes every time it is opened. I haven’t been able to record any results since the update. It opens, I get a pop-up saying retrieving data from Apple Health and freezes. Please fix.

Can no longer enter data manually
Since the update, I can no longer enter my data manually. App wants to connect to my glucose meter, but it does not. App then locks up and does not respond to anything. It is now useless to me.
Completely Useless After Last Update
Whatever you did, rendered the app completely unusable. Now all I have is a chip that says it’s syncing with Apple Health, but it never finishes and freezes the app entirely.
Frozen app
I’ve been using this app for years, just paid the $39.99 renewal fee…. App is now frozen and I’m worried that if I delete it and reinstall will I loose all the data?! Sent an email to the help desk and no response.

The free version worked great. It did everything I asked to do. Once I paid for it, the app is now locked up. I can’t do anything with it.. I don’t even know how to get my money back.
Latest update makes app unusable
I’ve been using the app happily for years but this latest update causes it to crash after “receiving data apple health” popup appears. Please fix or else I’ll have to find a new app to measure my glucose levels.
App NOT compatible with Apple Health
I have the paid version. Today it appears to gone to war with Apple. I use a CGM, and now it isn’t compatible saying I can only use a recognize glucose monitor that the app recognizes. The app won’t even allow me to enter data. Until yesterday, I had none of these problems. No way to contact support or even trouble shoot. I removed the Glucose App & Apple Health App. Unable to reinstall as they are still at war with each other. I want a refund or have them FIX these insane demands.
Keeps Crashing
Today is May 7, 2026- as of yesterday it is unusable. It’s stuck in some synching mode where it says it’s “receiving data - Apple health” -I have the free version which is fine for me. I use it only to track my blood sugar, but while it’s in the sinking mode, I’m unable to add the blood sugar reading. Unable to tap anything nothing is responsive. It’s frozen. Please fix this. I’m using an iPhone 13.

I purchased this app for $39.99 for the year and it worked for about 2 weeks and then stopped working. It freezes and I am unable to use it to log any data. Updates don’t fix. I tried hitting the button to contact support via the App Store and it takes me to a website that never loads.

Last update causing issues with apple health receiving data
Up until the last update the app was great then this last update has made receiving data from apple health basically make the app unusable. I tried get support in the app that takes me to a webpage that doesn’t work.

Crash! Crash! Crash!
I wonder if the developers bother with QC before they release a version? The app first began crashing when connecting to the Bluetooth glucose monitor. OK, I can still enter the data manually, so I continued using the app. Now the app locks up hard on launch with a notification that it is receiving data from Apple Health. Clearly the developers have been hired for their diversity rather than their competence. “It compiles? That’s enough QC for us! Let’s ship it!”

After this last update this app is no longer functioning. It takes forever to sync with Apple Health if ever. You cannot manual enter information. I have been happy with the app until the last update. Please fix before I leave and find another app that actually works

Ive used this app for years and loved jt. However, in recent months, the app crashes a lot. Most important is crashes EVERY time I try to export data! The entire reason I get the paid version is so that I can export data in a nice pdf and send to my doctor. Now, app crashes EVERY TIME. I have emailed support weekly...AND ZERO REPLY. Therefore, they are completely STEALING my money. Paid features are not possible to use!' And they have no interest in returning a message or fixing it! THEFT!
