My inability to find recipe AIs that will just take a type list of fridge food (not clickboxes) and spin it into an entire menu of recipes to free fridge space has been a unicorn I've been seeking forever. I hate super cook, and another ai said this was the fix for autistic people with this need.
I spent an hour painstakingly typing my entire kitchen inventory into the box, got one usable recipe and then it deleted the list. I was actually in tears .

Good program, bad app
I love the program in itself as it is very helpful for my adhd however, the app version keeps shutting off when ever i click a feature to use. I tried deleting and downloading again and it still keeps happening. Im hoping this can be fixed soon.
Horrible. Malfunctions with each use.
After performing one task and going to the Goblin Tools menu on the top right of the screen the screen will flicker & an error message pops up, a second later, the app shuts down. You have to reopen the app after only performing one task with each use. It does not save any data, including if you are in the middle of the project any step away for a few minutes it deletes all of the information you’ve typed in.

whatever update just happened absolutely torched the app. can’t even open my to-do list without the app crashing. it won’t save what i’ve entered and deleted so when i open it a day later stuff that i’ve already deleted still populate the to-do list. the huge blocky squares that used to be clean small ones are awful on the eyes: revert it!

Great premise, botched execution
I never leave reviews, but I am genuinely disappointed in this app. The lack of support on the app’s main website or other place to voice feedback has brought me here. I truly do think it is a great and could be an indispensable tool for neurodivergent people, or really anyone, in assisting executive function. It truly made my life so much easier to categorize and process. It acted as a secondary, working brain that genuinely helped me get through some extremely rough patches.
However, frequent crashes, buggy features, and lagging synchronization between devices affecting already finished lists have made me hate using it. The latest feature, adding tabs in the MagicToDo list, was a brilliant addition that I thought would be amazing. I loaded a lot of things from my main to do list onto that new tabs, hoping to better manage my many categories of things to remember.
…Then they disappeared. I didn’t even see when it happened. The whole tab wiped clean. And I tried using the built-in back button, refreshing my page, nothing. All of it gone. I wrote down what I could remember on a separate piece of paper, and thankfully, I have some of the tasks backed up in other places, but now most of the ones I only had in Goblin Tools are just gone with no way to get them back.
In a panic, I opened the app on my phone, hoping to catch the things I missed since I can always count on it to lag during sync...it was halfway into syncing and didn’t catch anything new that I had written NOR had it kept the old stuff. But the WEBSITE synced immediately and erased ALL of it. I was able to back out on the website and get the previously wrecked list back, but it’s still wrecked.
So that’s it for me. I will be uninstalling the app and finding a different task management solution. Use this app at your own caution. I was really excited to support this project since it’s been so beneficial in my life. But that’s what it is. A project. The lack of customer support options makes that clear. I should have paid more attention. You are a test subject benefiting from an ongoing AI project. It’s great for small tasks and light projects, but be very wary and back everything up somewhere else. Do not use it for large, time spanning tasks or projects. Especially if you don’t have great working memory.

This app used to be AMAZING. Now it crashes constantly. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that made it even worse. Now I can’t even open it without it crashing within seconds. I also lost ALL of my notes and to dos, and there isn’t any app support available. Very disappointing.

App crashed four times after downloading. Not even able to interface with any of the tools. Complete waste.

I paid for the app because the webpage was good. The app has been crashing since December anytime I try to open To-do. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled and restarted my phone several times. There’s no one to contact. I wouldn’t buy this app, just use the webpage version.
Great idea, but only crashes
Maybe this app was more stable in the past, but I can’t open a single function on it without it immediately freezing up and crashing. Will be delighted to change this rating/review if it stabilizes.

Was great
I don’t know if there was an update recently but I’m finding that it wants to crash every time I try to open it to edit something. I also was editing something last week and was proofing before I saved and had to put my phone down for a little bit and come back to it which has never been and issue as long as the tab was open. This time when I came back to it reset and I lost everything I had typed up and the edited version. I did not have anything to reference what I had wrote to go back to. I had spent a lot of time on it and had at least 5 paragraphs of content way more then I would be able to recall quickly and retype those thoughts again in the same or even similar manner. I was very defeated and ended up not getting back to this for a couple of days. I also didn’t trust to use this tool after that. I was going to try it again tonight for something smaller and less important and it keeps crashing and will not load. Hopefully this review will let someone know of the issues so they can get it fixed soon. Thanks

I can't even use the app at this point. I use Goblin Tools on Chrome. Also, it's free to use on Chrome AND IT WORKS.

I use the Formalizer function every day to enhance my responses, emails, and correspondence, as well as to check for grammar, adjust for tone, and even shorten text for character-limited comment sections. In fact, I've utilized the Formalizer to refine this review as well! It's also very helpful in making highly technical and inaccessible language more understandable.
The professor is quite interesting, and I look forward to exploring it more in the future.
I do have a couple of suggestions regarding the color of the text cursor and highlighting; I find it a bit challenging to see the pale green color against the white background. Additionally, there are times when the cursor jumps from where I click to a different spot in the text box, which can be a bit frustrating, especially since the cursor is nearly invisible. It would also be beneficial if the text boxes were adjustable, as I often find myself typing lengthy text in a separate document and then copying and pasting into the box. While it's not essential, having the ability to resize the box for direct typing within the application would be a nice feature.
Aside from these minor points, this is a fantastic app, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! I would give it 4.5 stars out of 5!

Timing of steps is WAY OFF BASE! two minute to choose a history essay topic? 3.5 hours estimated time for 1500 words with citations? I think they just roll dice to pick a number.

I asked the professor why the east wing of the white house is being destroyed and it told me this was a lie as it’s a historic building and would never be torn down… bruh- read the news.
Laughably bad
GIGO. Laughably bad. Example: breaking down cleaning for someone with ADHD. You can break down each task but all it does is spit out the same comments over and over only slightly more detailed. It doesn't give you a plan, or timelines, or tell you how to schedule cleaning, or help tell you what cleaning supplies to use on what surfaces. It's typical AI GIGO. I deleted the app even though I paid for it that's how bad it was LOL!

Constantly crashes. I liked the idea of this app, but it’s unusable on a iPhone 16 with the latest IOS

Unfortunately this app crashes 85% of the time I use it, before I can even type anything in. When it DOES work it has SUPER helpful tools that are really efficient & make life as an ADHDer so much easier. I’ve been waiting for an app update to fix the crashes so that I could put a 5 star review but it’s been months of waiting to no avail. Excited for when they make this app stop crashing because besides that, it really is a magnificent array of tools.

It’s a good concept, GREAT even. A wonderful accessibility tool! The problem is it likes to just crash when doing actions which really sucks. You’re better off with the website which is so frustrating when money was spent on it
It’s just the website in an app
Really cool utility. Clearly just the website pushed into an app shell. Wanna know if an app is using a webview? You cant pinch zoom most app pages. You can pinch zoom web pages.
That alone isn’t worth just two stars but my app also crashes constantly. It’s borderline unusable. I’m guessing the app is rarely tested because they never have to touch it, since, again, this is clearly just the website wrapped in an app.

Unusable with iOS 26
Cool concept. Bought it a year ago, used it a few times. Doesn’t work with the latest iOS update (26). The app only works on half the screen, the bottom is a blank white background. Plus it hasn’t been updated by devs in 2+ years. Skip this app-save your money.
