Nikke costume facts is the worst change ever
I had made this mistake before I love nikke but we lose out on great designs due to a paywall and nikke deserves its love and support but its business practices are atrocious.
Also the recruitment has been absolutely awful for the special events for the last 2 years. I will keep playing but don’t waste your money on then gambling you’re just throwing your money away and burning it.

Over spec Neon
This is by far the best mobile game that I have ever played. Hands down. Period. I’ve played a lot of gacha games and this one is in my opinion the most generous.
The reason for the 1 star review is because the devs are sometimes a little too money hungry when it comes to premium character release models. Shift Up makes PLENTY of money on skins. They can afford to show a little more skin on the premium free characters (Pilgrims and Overspec characters) I’m leaving my review on here and every other platform as a 1 star until Neon: Vision Eye’s skirt is altered to show more skin. I know that I am not the only one disappointed by this decision.

Don’t bother with this game if you don’t feel like emptying your wallet.

Frustrating gacha broken for me
I played this is best game, characters are amazing, events best, and story telling so very good. But gacha hurts me almost three months, I never get SSR. I tried to pull so much nah. Something isn’t right in system break or gacha glitch. I asked friends for test, they got SSR for each events about 20 or 30 pulls than I pulls 100 or more each event update. Almost impossible to get SSR. I don’t understand why is gacha. Any reasons? Give me a break. My gems is too risk for 3.5 anniversary soon. I doubt I get new SSR future.

The 2026 april fools event was horrid. i have never been so disgusted by this game until now
Game needs fixing
The game has a bad bottle neck in resources especially when it comes to leveling and breaking limit. Breaking limit requires rng pull from SSR and it’s the highest rarity and you need total of 4 of the same copy to reach max to include one as base. Also players are forced to work around the character you pulled, you cannot collect a specific character if you like the design unless you have lottery jackpot luck. This kinda defeats the purpose of skin when you cannot get said character. You also need dolls which is very time gated and rng which is needed for your character power. In conclusion, you are forced to wait for events to somewhat get decent resources. It seems the game hate its player base. They lack a system that is easy access to get specific character instead they have banner with slight increase of drop or a very expensive petty system. Also they keep deleting my review 😒😒😒

They straight up stole my account. I signed up for this game via Game Center. They arbitrarily signed me out. When attempting to sign back in, they do not provide Game Center as a sign in option. Fine, I’ll use the email associated with my Game Center account. Nope. All of my progress, all of my purchases, wiped. It’s acting as if I’ve never played before. Very, very, very shady. Disgusting actually.
There are no pilgrims in the five pilgrim casting molds.

Banner rates not correct
40000 gems on the collab banner and not one ssr. Zero yellows in 40000 gems. Something’s is not right.

Usual Gacha
Cool art and story but the rates are so abysmal it’s not even funny. I’ve done 1000+ pulls, which is about 100 multis and haven’t had a single SSR (this is over the course of a year, so a year with no SSR).

This game is a money pit and one of the worst gacha games I’ve ever played in my life. The ratio for the pull of a good character dosnt even matter you can spend hundreds of dollars and just get repeat characters you have. Getting a new character in this game is next to impossible. I do not support the creators of this game nor the mechanics. This game is beyond money hungry. DO NOT PLAY

This game only cares about its eastern audience. Be wary to play if you live in the west.
Worst gaming experience Ever
This game is completely unplayable. I've been stuck on it for ages. Not only is it laggy, but it also takes up a lot of memory. It's utterly useless. What kind of garbage game does this company make? I think the company is garbage too
China Ruining things
Ever since Tencent bought more of SU quality in this game has fallen off a cliff. Censored units, a far better version of the game is ONLY available to CN players and they will charge you 60$ for a skin. Avoid avoid avoid. if you want to goon go to Brown Dust or something anything else. If you want story literally go anywhere else this is just nothing but depression for depressions sake. They kill characters because they and I quote “couldn’t think of a use for them” after selling you 20$ skins for the characters. They’ll do nothing but bait you give you garbage that you pay for while CN gets exclusive characters, story content, animations, movies, and fully 3D characters in some cases. Shift Up doesn’t deserve to continue to exist and when Tencent inevitably buys the rest of the company I will be happy to see them out of a job.

Was Good, Not Anymore
System Errors galore since the new updates. Most of them have been random. Cleared cache, repaired resources… nothing works. Random errors as if I’m the one at fault. The only consistent system error I’ve encountered: The new event is fun, with decisions that affect the outcome. But try any of the branches after completion and the system errors out. Has done this 3 times today. Not interested in continuing this dance.

Exhausting tedious insufferable Slot machine
The writers and art team carry this slot machine on their backs because there is absolutely no “gameplay” to speak of. It is pure no skill RNG luck whatever name you want to use you will spend insufferable hours beating your head against a wall until the luck of spawns attacks and timing all smile in your favor just to beat one annoying boss after the other. Tedious and annoying mobile controls force you to cramped thumbs trying to keep up on your one hundredth replay of the same annoying level until you finally catch good rng for your “skill” to be useful. You think gacha games are about pulls? Oh no no no they cram luck based mechanics into every annoying petty and exhausting aspect of this game. Want to upgrade equipment? Play a round and get a % chance to earn equipment. Then a % chance to roll good stats on that equipment. Then a % chance to earn the currency to re roll stats on that equipment. The stats? A % chance. Upgrade dolls? % chance. Get dolls? % chance. Getting the Nikkes is the least amount of gambling you will do in this slot machine. The story is 10/10 my advice - don’t play this slot machine masquerading as a mobile game(its designed for PC) watch the story on youtube and be done with it. “Playing” the game is not an enjoyable experience.
