I booked an Air India flight (AI 929) from New Delhi to Dubai for 3 March 2026 through Goibibo. The flight was cancelled, but I have still not received my refund of ₹14,431. It has been quite some time and there has been no proper update or communication from Goibibo regarding the refund status.
Despite contacting support, the issue remains unresolved. This has caused serious inconvenience and reflects very poor customer service.
I strongly request Goibibo to process my full refund immediately and improve their customer support for such cases.

Advertised zero cancellation but applied charges and denied a full refund when only one leg of a round trip was canceled. Customer support falsely claimed to be IndiGo Airlines. Highly misleading and untrustworthy.

This app allowed me to book a hotel reservation in Hyderabad using USA mobile number. It doesn’t allow me to access my trips and doesn’t have option to provide the usa number. In such case it should not have allowed me to make reservation in the first place.
App doesn’t let me login when connected to wifi
Doesn’t work when connected to any WiFi and log into my account. But allows to book, but mytrip or login functionalities doesn’t work….There is no way to connect with customer support as it only gives the option for trips and not app issues….

Worst Customer Service for international flights
Please don’t use this service for international flights. They never help you if the airlines makes changes to your itinerary. Good luck getting back a refund! They will try their best to steal your money than help you. Don’t fall for their low prices.

I had rescheduled my flight where they reduced the baggage allowance from 2 to 1 without any warning and not supporting to even correct the mistake. Even air India highlighted that it should not be done and is not possible in most cases .

“I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked a room with breakfast included for my stay from November 2nd to November 4th, but upon arrival, I was told that breakfast wasn’t included. This miscommunication was frustrating and set a negative tone right from the start. The room itself was very small and in poor condition-stuffy, unpleasantly odorous, and far below basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. The situation was so bad that I couldn’t stay for the entire duration of my reservation and ended up checking out early on November 3rd, booking a different hotel for the night of November 3rd to 4th. Overall, I feel I didn’t get the value I paid for and am unlikely to use either Goibibo or this hotel in the future. I hope they address these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.”

I will never use Goibibo ever again. I would say 10 of 7 or 8 are being scammed by them. I booked my flights from Bangalore to Chennai round trip, at the time of booking the price was 7000 rupees and when I tried to submit the payment the price went up to 12000 rupees and when I chose to cancel the price went back to 7000 rupees and got me confirm the booking. After few mins I get an email confirmation flights booked from Chennai to Bangalore and back. Why will I need a flights from Chennai to Bangalore when my original flight booking are from Bangalore to Chennai round trip. When I try to call goibibo it directs my call to goibibo and air India express but goibibo takes me to VM booking not found and when I call air India express they say they can’t do anything and want me to talk to goibibo which scams customers and does not give customer support. I had to cancel my flights through Air India express and loose close 2500 rupees. Never book with goibibo and loose your time and money.

This site is an oneway site. You can book only. You can not contact either over phone or email for any query. The site is not customer friendly. So a fraud site. Never encourage such sites.

Pathetic customer support
Trying to get a refund for the cancelled trip, submitted a refund request through the app for a canceled bus trip the operator, simply came back and said by Goibibo that operator said bus was not canceled and didn’t refund the amount, although the bus trip was indeed canceled. There is no way to follow up further with Goibibo and can’t talk to anyone, what a crappy app and pathetic customer service.

Due to technology issues, lost so much money!
This app is poorly designed, and I couldn't get hold of customer care team on time, and when I called them, they were rude and put me on hole for 45 mons, and charged me thousands of rupees without cancelling the ticket, and told me that technical glitch caused to charge me extra for a duplicate ticket. Very strange and I don’t think this is a genuine travel agency.

I booked rooms with goibibo and when i reached at the hotel the rooms condition is not good which is shown in pictures is totally different. And the hotel staff behaviour is very bad to the customer so i prefer don’t make a booking with goibibo.

The hotel is nearby the temple. The staffs are rude. Used bedsheets were given with full of hairs and sticky materials. Room walls are full of guthka spits..

No option to turn off push notifications
The settings page shows a header “account settings” and has a description under it that indicates one can change push notifications. However when you click this header all you have is “delete my account” and “go contacts phone book sync”

When you’re in the US you cannot reach theSystem or service because they insist to use a 91 code and I have a US code so there is no way to. I have tried sending letters they just bounce back. They say I must do something to get the money in the refund into my bank account versus a credit and there is no way to do that about having a 91 code before my phone number. Nobody calls me back or helps me from emails.

Please Don’t use this App
This is such a terrible app, they won’t respond to your queries and they disconnect your calls if they don’t have any answer. One of the worst experiences I had is they asked me my title ‘MR’ while booking my ticket and they programmed to add my title at the end of my first name and when I requested to correct my name i was to pay the penalty to change the name, I called them several times and they disconnected my calls when they had no answer.

Price changes are happening within no second …. I checked for the price on web it was way lesser for the same hotel in app it’s very higher … be very careful, application and the web search are tuned very brilliantly to cheat customer

Today I have availed app for hotel booking at Kukke . After reaching Hotel , I understood that I was charged 60% more by Goibibo App. I regret now using app for hotel booking, instead I could have directly hotel reception for room booking and saved money.

Issue related to flight timming
We have booked flights from Goibibo at the timing of 6 o'clock but don't know how Goibibo changes the timing and shifted it to 1:40 and now asking for extra charges for cancellation or time changing. This is not acceptable from the site like Goibibo
08/march/2022 payment not refund
I have book train from bhopal to Raipur but internet is not well that the reason my payment was successful but Goibibo app crashed and get back to me in home page and i want help and my refund from gibibo
Worst App ever & many technical issues
I tried to book for 9 AM. After booking, it was showing PM time. So, I thought it was my mistake. So, i cancelled it and booked it once again. Again the same thing happened. It was PM when it actually chose 9AM from tiruvalla to salem. It is not even making sense. i need my full refund.
